I think this is possible but again the issue is banking system if then govt decide to deal it like banking system than it is impossible and the crypto currency decentralization is totally different from fiat currencies.

There was big difference b/w 2017 and 2018 ICO as in 2017 there were no KYC no extra regulations by any govt and also market was in stable position specially in 2017 Q4 but in 2018 there were many factors including bearish market and KYC rules for investors and bounty hunters and also some advertisement restrictions by Facebook and Twitter which degrade ICO popularity and mostly did not achieve there softcap.

crytpo trading prediction is very difficult as i have examined from last three years almost every year it give surprise so nothing is impossible ,don't lose your stamina and hope and be careful when you make some investment.

I will suggest hold but if coin like TRON is in trending then must take part in trading, at the moment market is not stable hope after bakkt launch it will go to new record value.

As per my knowledge every big exchange is supporting Ethereum hard forks and all private keys wallet linked to ethereum blockchian also support it.
