941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Tells His Mother Dogecoin Is Her Mother's Day Gift on: May 10, 2021, 01:46:59 AM
Unfortunately, some number of Doge fans will miss the joke and will think that he really gifted her some dogecoins. Because that's exactly how all this thing started - people started believing in Elon's memes that he will make Dogecoin the currency of Mars, or will at least accept it for his products or something, all while he never even confirmed that he owns any coins. Traders and speculators took it as opportunity to start the pump, and retail investors have picked it up, especially since the whole GME meme drama was so recent, and it's easy to draw parallels.
They believe on everything Elon Musk says, especially DOGE on going to the moon and I don't know the real benefit of that into DOGE platform aside from the hype. Many of my friends are burned out already because of the recent dump on DOGE, they're greedy and now they are paying the huge price for that. If Elon is giving her mother a DOGE, then so be it that is not a good progress with DOGE after all, people should already know this.
942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you set stop loss for long term gem? on: May 06, 2021, 11:43:14 PM
Yes, even if I’m holding Bitcoin for long term I should have my cut loss level because I have to become more responsible and I know even if its a good coin, there are times that it will go below your buying price so in order to protect your capital, always set your cut loss price.
943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why ETC price goes up so high recently? Does it have something related to ETH? on: May 06, 2021, 10:40:35 PM
Why ETC price goes up so high recently?  Does it have something related to ETH?
Nobody anticipated ETC to hit that price easily in just a short period of time, it just like a $30 worth per ETC and now, its all time high is around $150 which is so unpredictable. I don’t know if there’s a connection between ETH and ETC but they both have made their new all time high, and congrats to those who hold ETC since the last bear trend, I didn’t see this coming.
944  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why I am confident Bitcoin price will still rise A LOT before the next big crash on: May 06, 2021, 09:46:56 PM
Bear trend will happen soon, Bitcoin can’t hit the resistance level anymore and we’ve seen its price stabilize on a specific level. If you have chance to take profit now much better but if you’re still holding with your Bitcoin, be ready to face a lot of challenges. I’m actually preparing now for the new bear trend, and I’m ready to buy the dip.
945  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency, now a fast rising trend! on: May 06, 2021, 09:12:44 PM
A trend that everyone should watch closely because it changes from time to time, and I have to agree that this bull market attracts many fresh money, and that makes it more valuable. This rising trend is the result of a good services being offered by cryptomarket and I have to admit as well, that the hype of some tokens also attract newbies to start to learn about cryptocurrency, the mass adoption is happening now I believe and that’s good for the whole cryptomarket.

Anyway, you’ll not get rich by just owning a crypto you still need to work on it and achieve that goals through your crypto decisions, so don’t expect to get rich easily.
946  Economy / Economics / Re: If Something is cheap you Buy it Buy the dips on: May 06, 2021, 08:47:56 PM
Despite of so much pressure on the value of Dollar I think it is still one of the best fiat currency which can easily rise despite of any economic crisis so buying if on its dip price is also a good investment for long term. Seriously, there’s no focus on fiat money right now because of the uptrend in cryptomarket, after this maybe investors will go back to Forex, its still a good market though.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Elon Musk's goal with Dogecoin? on: May 06, 2021, 01:55:16 PM
Do you think he does it because he wants to make money? Do you think he speculates with Dogecoin?

I am wondering if he will keep tweeting about after the bull market is over.
He’s making money with DOGE and that’s for sure because you’ll not hype a specific currency if you don’t get something in return. Actually, we don’t really know his goal on hyping DOGE, that’s too impossible to know not unless he’s one of the secret creator of DOGE, that make sense. Elon is very influential, he’s so serious in cryptomarket right now.
948  Other / Archival / Re: Everyone is following the same strategy on: May 05, 2021, 11:40:28 PM
I don’t follow anyone’s strategy because that wont work for me, I’ve created my own trading strategy based on my own timeline so don’t ever think to follow any strategy, better to create your own and focus on that. Don’t get any pressure from anyones trading strategy, that is not good in long term.
949  Economy / Economics / Re: Will China take over the world with the Digital Yuan? on: May 05, 2021, 10:39:53 PM
China is a thriving country in the world. It is the 2nd largest economy country in the world after the United States. Digital currency is thriving in this country. I think that in the near future China's digital currency will dominate the world market. We should prepare for that to happen and receive it.
The world can’t accept that China will take over as the world leader, many countries will not allow that especially the US. Many countries are now working to have their own digital currency as well, especially the Dollar so I don’t think the competition will stop them and I don’t think China will take over the world just because of digital yuan.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid using LATOKEN and Cointiger to buy any altcoins. on: May 05, 2021, 08:47:23 PM
I’m avoiding that exchanges at all cost since they have a bad reviews ever since and I know the volumes are being manipulated plus the huge fees is a negative thing for me. I don’t know if they scammed you or what but if you’re experiencing a problem with them, better to deal with the top exchanges and trade easily.
951  Other / Archival / Re: Yobit fake trade history on: May 04, 2021, 09:37:23 PM
There’s a lot of bad reviews about Yobit but of course its not the only exchange who fake the trading volume and trading history, maybe its a BOT but still the datas are being manipulated. I have my experience with some other exchange and the worst thing here, the token has a huge trading volume and yet the price remain the same, you’d better deal with the best exchange.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is dogecoin suitable for kids? on: May 04, 2021, 02:25:42 AM
I am thinking to teach my 8 yr old daughter about crypto. But past history riddled with illicit activity so I was thinking to open her a just dogecoin wallet and have her to learn to use it. Do you think it is suitable? Anyone done this? Or any risk?

Thanks.,
Just make sure you guide your Daughter properly because she might send it to someones else or give her access to someone else. This is a good idea actually, not just DOGE but giving cryptocurrency to your child for their future needs is a great preparation that parents can ever done to their child. I'm also planning to have a specific wallet that I can give to my children when I'm gone, I want them to financially secured when time comes.
953  Economy / Speculation / Re: May 13th, Bitcoin will surge to $70k or it will be dump? on: May 04, 2021, 01:27:20 AM
I know we already heard the rumor if Alibaba has bought $20billion in bitcoin. They will publish their unaudited Q1 2021 report on this May 13th,

Source : https://www.google.com/amp/s/zycrypto.com/alibaba-rumored-to-have-bought-20-billion-in-bitcoin-will-this-come-to-fruition/%3famp

What do you think? If this really true, remember what happened when TESLA announced they have invested $1.5billion in BTC?

Quote
USA: Tesla buys $1,5bn in Bitcoin. China: Alibaba, hold my beer.
This is just a speculation but if this is true, then we can expect another pump with Bitcoin since we all know Alibaba is a huge company as well and China is also a great country that support Bitcoin today after so many years of denying it.

Bitcoin is still on the up trend, we might see new all time high again in the coming days. Though this is not a financial advice, buying bitcoin today might give you profit by next week, we'll find out.
954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for next 100x coins on: May 03, 2021, 10:32:55 PM
Look at dero first coin with homomorphic encryption

But do you really wanna invest now that it already pumped 700%?
Better to look for other options, there are so many shitcoins right now that easily goes up like its not happening, better to watch out BSC network because most of the new shitcoins are under this platform and guess what, they pump like there’s no tomorrow. Don’t look on the top position right now, just look on a new project, they can make you more profit.
955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing Urge or Trading Surge on: May 03, 2021, 10:11:31 PM
I’m not into trading that much because I have a limited time in the market so I tend to buy and hold for a specific period of time. Most of the time I took profit as early than expected because of some circumstances so I don’t think I can hold for straight years because I believe the market will always pump and dump, so taking profit at the top and buying at the bottom is my priority, this is a smart hodlers for me.
956  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Agriculture on: May 03, 2021, 09:47:03 PM
how can i use bitcoin to improve my plantation farm? Does it mean farmers cannot use bitcoin to improve their peasant or plantation farm?
You can only do is to accept bitcoin as one of your payment in your farm. As bitcoin is just a way for investment, nothing more. Related to your plantation, if you can find clients to accept bitcoin you can do it as well or just convert it to fiat.

Bitcoin or Blockchain can't solve every problem in this world though.
That’s also what I see with regards to this topic. Agriculture has its own different set of technologies that is not needed of any internet so therefore, Blockchain technology and Bitcoin wont directly affect them aside from accepting Bitcoin as mode of Payment, there’s nothing more to help them.
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [Reverted] on: May 03, 2021, 05:25:31 AM
I lose many ETH because of the gas error and this has been the issues before so I learned the lesson already.
Every time I transact on MEW, i didn't change the default setting despite of paying huge fees, because by this all my transactions went through. There's a lot of error with ETH network recently, I hope they are already working to solve this problem.
958  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are some good crypto trading apps on Android? on: April 29, 2021, 10:28:13 PM
Binance works for me all the way and I always have a smooth transactions every time I trade. You can also use Trustwallet or Metamask to trade on liquidity with DEX, this can also a good way to buy new tokens from BSC network and ER20 tokens, it's available on Android system so you don't need to worry about that one. If you're going to use wallet apps make sure to back up that wallet and protect the private keys.
959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Eyes on BTC Dominance! on: April 29, 2021, 09:46:10 PM
BTC dominance is now below 50%, this is now the start of the altcoins market, bitcoin is only fluctuating and it's not anymore creating a new ATH

It's been just 2 weeks since the last ATH and the one before that was in March. I don't think this is a valid point for assessment.
This is to confirm the altcoin season since Bitcoin stabilize on a good price for now and many altcoins are rising unexpectedly. The so called shitcoins are now rising and making a lot of money for the scalpers, if Bitcoin dominance continues to fall or to stay on this level for now, the altcoins season will become stronger so better to hold more good altcoins now since ATH with altcoins is still possible.
960  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: April 28, 2021, 11:47:20 PM
I have my experience on a gambling site where I received some bonus of $50, but since the withdrawal fee is around $30, i decided not to withdraw and just play that money on their site which turns to zero later on. I’ve learned from this experience and never deal with gambling site with a huge fees again.

This a huge help OP, we’ll watch this thread for more updates. Smiley
