941  Other / Meta / Re: User creating massive amounts of referral spam - EmpoEX on: June 23, 2015, 07:24:50 PM
Just report them and they'll get handled asap. I handled the ones I could.

Ditto. Don't know why the hacker bothers wasting the accounts like this though. They get noticed immediately and it's blatantly obvious ref spam so next to no one will click on it anyway.

They can't sell the accounts because no one will buy an account without signed message and the owner can retake his account signing a message and pming theymos. Most hacked accounts are not even worth for signature campaigns unless the ones with daily payment, like yobit.

Since they don't see a good use for them they just use it for referral spam

will we stay @240~~ for a long term?

In the same sense that some people said that we would stay in 220's for a long time, and now we are above 240 with no sign of fall
943  Economy / Speculation / Re: What does it take for Bitcoin to go 100X? on: June 23, 2015, 07:17:54 PM
Some or many people willing to put several billions into bitcoin reserves.

But what would make people put billions into BTC Huh
944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COPA AMERICA discussion on: June 23, 2015, 07:15:20 PM
I had a small bet on Uruguay to win at the start of the tournament (didn't realise Suarez was still banned for the bite at the World Cup doh). That's looking like a pretty poor bet so I might just have a small bet on each 1/4 final now to try & sneak a little bit of profit.

At the moment I'm thinking 0.05 BTC on the following (just to make the tournament more interesting for me personally). What do you guys think?

Chile vs Uruguay (Chile to win - offset my initial bet with Chile Wink)
Bolivia vs Peru (Bolivia to win)
Argentina vs Colombia (Argentina to win)
Brazil vs Paraguay (Brazil to win)

Chile probably will win.
I think Peru will go to the next stage
Both teams may win, no idea
Brazil classify but not on normal time

Looks like my posts got rollovered.

Thank you for pay for them, and not just ignore them
946  Economy / Auctions / Re: WTS almost Hero member on: June 23, 2015, 07:01:22 PM
i think its too much for just a newly Hero Member

this, as wel as the fact that a large majority of the posts are in the altcoin section, which most sig campaigns do not pay for. you might want to adjust your prices a bit.

Sig campaigns do not pay for previous posts. The saig campaigns pay only the posts after the enrollment. I think previous posts is irrevant.

They look for the post history of the account. You'll need to make some pages of good posts, and still risk not being accepted by some campaigns.
947  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 23, 2015, 06:53:08 PM
Some bears try too hard to decrease price. Even fork happens price won't effect dramatically on both sides.

Rumors about the fork, you mean.

I doubt that anything concrete would have no effect on prices
948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COPA AMERICA discussion on: June 21, 2015, 10:03:53 PM
Brazil put most of their players in defense. I doubt they will make another goal. And would not be surprised at all if the game ends in 1-0 for Brazil
949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COPA AMERICA discussion on: June 21, 2015, 09:25:47 PM
let's see what happen to next match Brazil v Venezuela but it looking much hard to get draw this match, as the statics says about this Brazil will win this match and will go to top position in group c after this and they will do their all the best for this match.

I do believe that Brazil is favorite and will win, but Venezuela improved much in the recent years. All stats that are too old should not be taken into consideration, in my opinion

952  Other / Off-topic / Re: General Football Discussion - Copa America on: June 20, 2015, 02:44:05 PM
I think Chile win win, they are at home and won 5-0, the biggest win so far in the tournament

Keep posting, one every 14 days at least, and make your posts don't be lower than your potential activity.

If you manage to avoid being banned, you'll be hero in a year and half

i think both lending and becoming an escrow are good options but for both of them you will need some trust buildup. besides i fell like forum has enough of both of them.
you can sell goods on the forum though. if you can i think selling stuff is a good business and it will build up your trust too.
Lending doesn't need trust. For collateralised loans, escrow will be used and it can be done. Escrow needs significant trust and many people already offers 0% fee escrow already. It isn't a good way to earn.
But lending can be very profitable, but be careful.... there is a lot of
scammers here
Only when a member or below offer collateral, then you can accept the loan. Check for trust rating and posting history. If the person is an addicted gambler, common sense will tell you not to lend him.

I think nothing wrong even a newbie member can get loan if they have collateral...with the term that collateral must have worth 110% of the value of loan

But there are so many loaners around and most likely the loan requests will be filled before you can even see them. And there are some people that even offer interest free loans to people.

And you can be scammed even with collateral, the other part can reset the account's password or be about to receive red trust, or have other problems that will make them useless

You would make sure that the escrow actually changed all account details that could be used to reclaim the account that was given as collateral. Its something i have to be very cautious too, as an escrow. I never want to miss a potential way a seller could use to reclaim an account.

What can be done if the user put a secret question in his account? Do you verify it too?

Negative feedback, but you're posts aren't great either.

I thought that this campaign don't care about people with negative trust.

They should update OP if they changed.

957  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 20, 2015, 12:33:32 PM
Is this true?

-snip-
I just waited 3 days to be told this.  My Bank in the UK told me before Bitstamp did that raiffeisen bank are rejecting payments. So lord knows how long i will have to wait before i see my money again.
Simply AVOID Bitstamp. Not worth the hassle.
In the UK i am buying all my bitcoins from Bitbargain.
Some people are really ignorant and impatient if you ask me. I am going to disregard the possibilities of it being true or false. The problem is not Bitstamp, it is the Raiffeisen Bank. You can't blame Bitstamp for this.

I've always used Bitstamp and have never had a single problem with them.  Please tell me which exchange would reimburse the customers after a hack of 19k BTC?

Back to the price now. I wonder if we could stick to $240 as the bottom now. There is no reason to go back to $220.

Tell me what other exchanges except Gox got hacked by 19k+ BTC?

(Concrete proof please, not only rumors)
958  Economy / Gambling / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP UNDER 20!!Discussion!! on: June 20, 2015, 12:23:09 PM
So Serbia beat Brazil in the final wow. I didn't see that coming, does this mean that in the next 3-4 years there will be very talented Serbian players making transfers to the top European club teams for big money?
Very interesting, I don't know much about U20 football but naturally I'd expect Brazil to have better players due to their history, heritage, Brazil has an endless chain of world class players, always has so this makes the victory for Serbia even more surprising for me, well done Serbia!
Anybody here predict Serbia to win at the beginning of the tournament? I bet they were great odds.
No, not at all the case here. I watched previously U20 cups and this tournament has a little in common with big football world. In 2009 Ghana won tournament yet I haven't see dominance of that country since that time. Players from that winning team should be now in their prime, same thing with Costa Rica and Hungary - these countries took 3 and 4 place in 2009. Do you see any of these countries high on FIFA charts?

Costa Rica did good in the last WC

Ghana has good team, they did bad in WC except against germany because of internal disputes
