I am little disappointed with Christopher Nkunku transfer because his ability for Chelsea player in next season, actually Chelsea have inconsistency performance in this season and drop from top fourth standing position, they need new center forward can help them reach UCL position zone.

I think it's lot more complicated than that. Nkunku is a crucial player for Leipzig and they need him this season. Also lot of clubs have him on the list so lot of clubs would have been in race for Nkunku in next transfer window so Chelsea just booked him for next season. Nothing to disappoint there. I think they can still work out well with what they have got this season.

I think fatigue is normal but with the holiday conditions now after the world cup titles are over for some players because there are only 4 clubs who will be playing I don't think this will be a bit serious because they must know that they often live in this condition too.
Even though it was a bit forced with the world cup which was actually different compared to the previous several titles, this is not an excuse for professional players and I think they will understand that.

Well not an excuse but manager often tries to rest players who he doesn't think can give their 100%. Maybe they can be switched on but by playing them they know their risk and they might lose a player for an entire season if injury is a bad one.

On Arsenal I think they have to fight before the start of the transfer and I'm pretty sure about their form if you look at it from before they had their holidays.

Yeah I am confident about their form. One thing that I like the most is the chemistry that Arteta is building inside the squad. Its not only the regular squad or senior players, but young players are getting involved too. I like the way this is headed. No wonder Ronaldo praised Arteta and rooted Arsenal for this season in Piers Morgan interview.

Alejandro Balde is projected by Erik Ten Hak as a replacement for Luke Shaw next season, because the player is almost out of contract and intends to move to another club, this situation has made Manchester United even more interested in bringing Alejandro Balde to Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Alejandro Balde still wants to stay longer at Camp Nou, because the player wants to continue his career at Barcelona. Negotiations between the two parties are still not going smoothly and it is likely that Manchester United will find it difficult to reach an agreement with the players and Barcelona management, because Xavi has a long-term project with the young players they currently have, and it seems that Manchester United's chances of signing Alejandro Balde are very small.

Yes Balde contract extension is close with Barca and is gonna be a long term one with a release clause: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1603745991307702273 . Club has option to extend his contract to one more year so not 100% sure if he is gonna leave. He is a crucial player for United and I think they will exercise this option. I think couple of weeks ago I read about him and Rashford's contract abotu to expire situation and in both the cases United have the option so not much of a worrying sign for the club as long as player wants to continue.

In less than 2 weeks we will see the Premier League get going again. What is curious is how the clubs will start again in the Premier League, will they be able to get better or the same, or even experience unexpected declines. Arsenal and Manchester City are still the center of attention at the moment because they are 2 clubs that are competing for a position at the top of the standings. Problems have also happened, such as injuries to players such as Gabriel Jesus at Arsenal. The thing they were afraid of seemed to be coming to them now.
The things that are a big topic of discussion for Cristiano Ronaldo are also that we will not see his conflicts with Erik Ten Hag and also Manchester United following the agreement of the two parties to break off cooperation between them.

Its not about injuries but lot of players will be not 100% fit so manager might rets some of their first team players so it might be set things off a bit in this gameweek for some teams. Losing Jesus is a main problem for us but I think we can work out well with Nketiah by the time Jesus gets 100% fit and rejoins the squad. Its a tough January for Arsenal so a hard test for us and we need to avoid any loss of points with 5 points gap with City on the table.

I don't want this to be a sad cry for Messi for failing later.

There is nothing to cry even if he doesnt win the World Cup. Argentina has made it to the final and he knows for sure that there will be only one winner in the end so there is nothing to be ashamed of. Its not Messi vs France but its Argentina vs France so the entire team that lost on the final would be responsible for their loss though

For me this time I think they deserve it which is why I want them to win. It's not about Messi but the way they have played the tournament throughout despite the upset in the first game was really something. It's gonna be a tough game in finals as they need a proper plan to check Mbappe's run. Molina and De Paul are the likely one's for the job but still have doubts if they will catch onto him everytime. Others in defence line also need to check on Giroud and Dembele who can also give slight troubles from time to time. It's gonna be a tough job and it will be interesting to see how Scaloni plans thing in finals.

Manchester United are rumoured to be making an effort to sign Gonçalo Ramos these days. There is still not clear statement from Manchester United side about bringing a striker in January though. But maybe they might be thinking of Ramos for next season. Besides Benfica might not be close to a deal in the middle of the season while he has been very useful for the team until now.

Especially his hat-trick in the World Cup was enough to get the attention of some big teams. Manchester United might want to act faster than the others. He is valued at only 24 million euros for now. Who knows maybe the Red Devils can have a deal with them at around 40-50 million euros the most. But this World Cup performance will surely make an addition to his value.

Yeah one of the names to watch out in this upcoming transfer window after the hat-trick but I think any club interested should think about this before making the move happen. He is having a good season at Benfica so far but still have doubt if he is gonna handle Premier League easily. Last thing United want right now is another out of form striker in their squad. United still have Rashford and Martial which I think for this season should be enough though.
947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 15, 2022, 11:18:51 PM
I think the premier League is very open, I don't think arsenal will win the league,I don't know why I feel so but I don't think they will still have momentum that they have before the break,I think Manchester city are the favourite to win the league, they have the qualities and depth in the squad, Tottenham Hotspur will improve, with Conte experience I think they will go far, then Manchester United I still don't know what they are made up,let's wait and see after the Ronaldo sagas I think things might be different.

Can understand your feeling but this time Arsenal is very close unlike any of the season. We have got the good start and good run. Secondly and most importantly we have good squad with lots of potential so I think it's going in the right direction. Eitherway even if Arsenal don't manage to win I am still happy as Arteta is building a great squad and if it goes like this then maybe not this season but we could win next season or maybe next after that but it's sure gonna come as like I said I like how team is building at Arsenal.

France to play World Cup final. Congrats!

France 2-0 Morocco

T. Hernández 5‎'‎
R. Kolo Muani 79‎'

Well they deserved it for sure. I think the early goal messed up their plan but they really did well for most part of the game. They needed to contain Mbappe's run but no one matched to him today. It would be interesting to see how Scaloni will plan to contain Mbappe in finals.

Today Morocco also had some close shots but France defence were very alert and Lloris also pulled off some crazy saves. Good game from both teams, still heartbreak for Morocco but they will definitely get a huge confidence with how they played in the tournament so far to reach the semifinal stage.
949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 14, 2022, 07:14:21 PM
Opener for France in 4th minute and that definitely would change all the plans for Morocco. Yamiq's decision to intercept the pass was a big mistake and that gave away all the room needed for France to find the first. It would be interesting to see how Morocco take things from here on. Another goal from France and there will be lot of pressure on Morocco so they also need to be alert in defence as well.

I don't have an unexpected it when talking about an underdog team.

This world cup already had a lot of surprises for us, and Morocco was the hero bet today, I play them in a betslip with France and get a nice x5. Is creasy to see them as the underdog to win the world cup, that bet is an x10 on this point. And if that happens I would not be surprised at all.

Go for the underdogs is the best way to win in this world cup  Grin

Haha true that, Underdogs have been brilliant this world cup. However lot of them got screened out in quarters but Morocco is the only one still going strong. I am totally rooting for them to reach to the finals at least. Now that I see that France is their next opponent, I kinda feel they have to go slightly overboard now as compared to other opponents they have faced till now. It's gonna be a very good game for sure.
951  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 10, 2022, 07:01:24 PM
Morocco is one of the unbeaten teams so far. While others experienced it all in the group stage. Aren't they a great team right now? Portugal underestimated them by not playing a player like Ronaldo in the first half. Even though in the second half after Ruben Neves was pulled out and replaced with Cristiano Ronaldo, the style of play has changed, and many opportunities could be obtained by Portugal. Cristiano Ronaldo's dream is over, he's a great player, it's time for him to retire. The 2022 world cup is his last dream.

Wow didn't noticed that Morocco were having an unbeaten run so far. Anyway they have been brilliant but I think main reason behind is their formation in certain situations like facing the attack where Amrabat goes deep with the defence line making it 5 on the back line . Others in attack also dropping down a bit and not allow much room. They've been sharp so far and no wonder they have advanced thrashing the heavyweights.

I am impressed with so many individuals in that team. Now I am rooting them to reach the finals. It's gonna be a bit hard with the injuries but I love and believe in their fighting spirit.

All through my life I had underrated Ziyetch because of the role he plays in Chelsea despite that I have been a Chelsea fan and also a strong Manchester United fan, I have never appreciated Ziyetch. This world cup has made me develop very high respect for him.
Congratulations to Morocco because they have made history for Africa

Everyone deserves a chance and Ziyech hadn't much of a chance at Chelsea. Furthermore manager should be patient for the player to get settled in the position and role. Ziyech is a great player and I hope Potter does gives him a good amount of chance after his World Cup performance.

There are lot of players in Morocco who will be getting lot interest from good clubs now. Such a strong performance against a side like Portugal.
953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 10, 2022, 04:36:50 PM
exactly as you said. in the second half now Morocco has become more defensive. and Portugal became more attacking.
Morocco has to really remain very defensive against the mounting pressure from Portugal, one goal can earn you a win in a game but can still be very dangerous to defend. Portugal is making changes to try to get a goal. A goal for Portugal can turn them on to go for the win. I am sure Portugal will not also want the game to get to penalties that they know Morocco already has a very good record of in this competition. Brazil was kicked out yesterday by Croatia, so far it is looking like we may see Portugal out today as well.

Yeah I think right now their strategy is to keep their defense on alert and close the room as much as possible for Portugal to attack. And go deep in counter and try to take a shot and find another goal. One goal more and that will be enough cushion for Morroco to advance. So far they have been really well and it's just some more minutes now to go.

Argentina leads at halftime 1-0 against Netherlands and are looking superb. If Argentina continues like this they will easily win 2-0 3-0 against Netherlands, but what an assist from Messi just pure magic even at this age. Netherlands starts to attack but just cant score

Right before the start of the WC, I have been saying that Netherlands lack proper striker and right now they are having troubles. Argentina will target to find the second goal or maybe more goals to find enough cushion to win comfortably. Netherlands on other hand will be looking for equaliser but with strong and alert Argentina's defence. Hope Netherland come out with a plan to make it more interesting.

^ Jude Bellingham is estimated to cost more than a hundred million. That is for sure. Jude Bellingham is already very expensive because of his recent performance. And I think even one year ago, players were not so expensive. But right now, because of ongoing inflation, players have become very pricey. Honestly, if anyone has decent potential, they are being sold for around a hundred million. Therefore, I don’t think there is any way Billingham is even close to being less than a hundred million. I am not going to be surprised if the number does reach 150 million, to be honest.

But at the same time, we will have to realize that there are very few teams that are eager to pay 150 million for a player. So that instantly takes away a lot of competition. But the clubs who are actually interested in him, almost all of them can afford the money.

I think there are lot of factors involved and right now the fact that Bellingham is young and is playing at top level is what has made everyone go after him and raised that price tag. Sometimes players status like how much crucial to the squad also raises that price tag. However players near to contract expiry might have significant fall in their price tag. Right now Liverpool is leading the race as I saw a post from a trusted source. Can't recall..possibly cfbayern or romano.
956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 09, 2022, 07:07:01 PM
Moukoko to Chelsea? I don't think such deal would happen for Chelsea. Because I wouldn't expect Chelsea to be the only team in this race. Maybe Bayern Munich would be interested in signing him in this case. Because they were already one of the rumoured teams with him. But I don't know if they would like to fill Lewandowski's place with him.

Moukoko is still a very young player. This would be just an investment into the future for them. But if Chelsea sign him I think they would plan to have him in the starting eleven. It depends on finalizing the Nkunku deal of course. In that case he would be Nkunku's substitute.

They already got Nkunku confirmed in summer transfer window , so really confused why they are going after Moukoko now. Besides after Haaland, he is the next one so to me it seems like Dortmund are gonna keep him for some time.

About Cunha to Wolves, that one is true and a strong rumour. Also Wolves are targetting Felipe as well. Interesting to see if Atletico will let them go. They might allow Cunha but have little doubt over Felipe.

Croatia did it and what a way. Well defended and well played Croatia. Heartbreak for Brazil but Croatia did a better job.  Brazil should have found some goals early with some chances but Croatia's goalkeeper have been brilliant as well. I think everyone played very well in Croatia team today.

Now we have Netherlands vs Argentina now. Tight game but I think Argentina should win this by the end.
958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 08, 2022, 07:26:26 PM
When did Jaoa Felix become a natural attacking player, like I mean, is he no longer a winger ? Jaoa Felix can not fill up that role left by Robert Lewandoski.

I was honestly thinking they're currently now switching plans to make Harry Kane the number one signature immediately the window resumes mMMH ?

As far as I know, what I think Bayern Munich needs is a complete Striker and Felix is a winger, I have also read they Christian Pulisic in exchange for Kingsley Coman, for me that will ne a very good deal and the intensity with the attack will be sharp.
Currently Striker's are difficult to get, else they will make plans to also get Lisandro Martinez from Inter Milan.

Yeah not a proper striker but he is a good dribbler but still far away from natural striker. About Kane to Bayern , I am sure Kane gonna stay at Spurs as long as there is Conte. Possible if Conte leaves then maybe he can move on to some other club but right now he believes in Conte a lot.

I can imagine half the football world wanting to sign Musiala after this World Cup. By far the best German player, IMHO. His market value has already reached €100m, making him the most valuable German player. It's pretty crazy that he's only 19.
I am not surprised that he is getting so much attention lately. Musiala is gonna extend with Bayern for now but lot of clubs will be after him when his contract is about to end in future. Some may even hold talks with the player beforehand, just a verbal one.

Bellingham is also another name who is getting too much interest. Madrid and Liverpool are the clubs confirmed but Liverpool are leading the race. Can't wait to see him in PL if happens.
959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 08, 2022, 12:24:58 PM
Regardless of anything, Manchester United's success in stopping Arsenal's winning streak this season is an achievement that should be appreciate. Next I'm really looking forward to the debut of Manchester United vs Manchester City next January. The meet between the two clubs will present an exciting sensation considering that Manchester City is one of Arsenal's main enemies in the race for the EPL title, while Manchester United is the first team to give Arsenal defeat.

Yeah that's something that hurts us a lot going back on how Arsenal have been going so far. Still we have been going strong since then and have avoided much upsets in the season far. Will hope Arsenal continue this consistency back again when league resumes after the World cup.

About United and City Derby game, will expect United to beat City as that will become better for us extending the gap. I don't know but United somehow plays great football against big clubs. In their first game against City they faced quite some defeat and will be looking for revenge so possible that United might be able to City in their next fixture whenever it happens.
960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 07, 2022, 06:45:34 PM
Besides Cody Gakpo there is one more Netherlands player who targetting by big clubs because of playing well at world cup and reported Inter Milan player Denzel Dumfries was targeted by 2 England clubs Chelsea and Manchester United and actually Inter don't mind if he moves to other clubs because basically Inter needed money and Inter have to sell several players to solved their financial problem but Dumfries agent hoping Inter wouldn't provide high price to them because he fear those clubs will withdraw to gets him because of Dumfries price is overpriced

There are lot of players being monitored now after strong performances them. It's not just two names but lot of names are there. Lot of rumours will come up also but I would say stick to strong sources only. Dumfries recently moved to Inter and Inter are not a bad club either. Besides he has contract until 2025 and to get Dumfries, clubs interested have to pay a lot. I think he is gonna stay at Inter. Clubs might contact the player or club but at some point I feel it will fall off.
