Their prediction isn't even very bullish, at least by the standards of this forum. According to that article, Facebook is worth $150bn. For Bitcoin to reach this as a market cap, the price per BTC would have to go to about $20,000, something that many regulars here think can happen within the next 18 months.
Brilliant logic!. 18 months seems a bit too fast from my viewpoint, but who knows.

339? 260??
I would love to get some coins at that price but it seems very improbable. We would need really catastrophic news to dip like that.
Im ready to bet with some of you that we donīt test <360 in the next 30 days.

I guess it is likely that some components of the satoshi nakamoto collective are indeed active members of this forum.
How can you be sure that SNakamoto is a collective?. I donīt say itīs not, just that we canīt know for sure... unless you belong to the collective Why thereīs that urban myth about Satoshi been a collective?

We more people feeling like this, the sooner and bigger the breakthrought. C'mon pink, spread some more FUD

If I were him, most probably I would read this forum and even participate here de incognito. In fact, Iīm mostly sure he is between us, looking astonished how his baby evolves out of his control.
Time to use the collective intelligence. Letīs catch him!

How much coins did you buy, Torque, if it is not an indiscretion?
If BTC surpass the 4000USD before 12 months, I could not retire but to get a long lasting wanted caprice, or two, or three =D

Im seeing the price is decoupled since 7-14 days at least, normally +20USD in bitstamp. From a somehow newbie point of view, I see it as a potential bad sign, reminds me somehow the MtGox decline, but Im not sure how to read it and I guess it could be related to the Chinese news.
Could you explain whatīs happening and share some light about possible consecuences for the BTC economy?. Why the traders are not arbitraging it fast for profit?

It will go 2731.03 USD, then crash to 743.57 USD >>> that will be the best buy moment since tomorrow.

Your contributions stink bro, donīt contribute again.

To make matters worse, if a truly rich person (in bitcoins) dies and leaves no will or whatever, we could end up losing tens of thousands of bitcoins over time equating to billions of unique transactions. That means all the community possesing BTCīs would get the wealth of this man automatically distributed. Would be the good time to kill whales for profitīs sake. Canīt think in a higher level of poetic democratia.

Computer randomness is pretty pseudorandom, maked up with the ticks of the computers clock to amplify the randomness, but quantic random generators are fucking random itselves.
However when a massive number of humans focus on the same event (11S attack, new years eve, etc). The different quantic rnd generators display a very curious behaviour: they enter in synchronicity offering the same 0's and 1īs at the same time.
Strange.
It seems conscience has a major impact bending probabilities. The wave function collapse is another example in the same line, I bet that these facts are somehow related, but we donīt know how, yet.
Even if I have some reserves about the possibility of predicting BTC prices or tendencies with neural nets, I find your work fascinanting and will keep an eye on it.

The main problem here is the irreversibility of the crypto transaction, which renders it unusable in practice. (To buy goods, I mean)
However, I would <3 to see paypal falling, too much commisions for a shitty and biased service
