941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: December 10, 2016, 02:00:34 AM
And on top of all gambling means that you know you will loose still you always do it, itself means a super addictive activity.
That is not entirely true, it is not that you can't win or will lose every time - if that was the case then nobody would gamble at all.
You are right about that additive characteristic of gambling it is pretty accurate.

For me gambling is game of chances when luck is a determining factor and skill/personal abilities/knowledge is not needed to achieve victory.
I like to keep it simple.
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many BTC do you gamble with? on: December 10, 2016, 01:48:16 AM
My max bet is no higher than 50 mBTC but I only bet that high when I am fairly certain that I win as my whole bankroll is 0.1 BTC.
Normally I bet with 5-10 mBTC when odds are @1,5-2,5        I know that this is not much, but I can't afford to lose more money.
943  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin. Long or short? on: December 10, 2016, 01:06:22 AM

Deserves because it's weathered all the storms its had thrown at it.

Hacks- CHECK
Government scrutiny- CHECK
Blockchain strong- CHECK
Uptrend- CHECK
Biticon deserves new ATH, all right. But do we really have base for it in 2016? I don't think so. With only 20 days left until end of the year price spike of 100% is impossible.
It is true that we did not have any hacks/fails and uptrend it here but that is still not enough.
We need to wait for bitcoin related projects in 2017 to take effects (SegWit is not activated and I want to see price after BitCache will go live) - so the price can move.
944  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitrevolver.net - Fun Bitcoin roulette - Try your luck! on: December 10, 2016, 12:43:43 AM
So what has developed from this site, if I saw it was quite interesting, but unfortunately have not seen active users playing on your gambling site Smiley

AFAIK it is not a multiplayer game, so what does that change that there is no other players? Will you be more secure if instead "• Online users: 0"
It was "• Online users: 26"? If you like the game just play it. That is the reason nice and unique concept are often dead on arrival.
945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 10, 2016, 12:26:28 AM
It's personal preference you can go all-in every time or keep your profits - your choice. I find out that if you continue to gamble there won't be any difference in the long run.
Personally when I bet low then I play with all my bankroll, but when I score high win, then withdraw profit and gamble with initial bankroll.
946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe that win in gambling is depending on your luck ? on: December 09, 2016, 10:23:30 PM
I am totally believe that gambling is depend on luck and nothing else. You know in gambling only one thing we need it and final it, and that is Luck.
I will not talk more than without luck in gambling. We can play every game, even we have experience and also very well in all strategy but without luck that's all are useless.
But there are some games where you also need some skills and experience along with some knowledge of that game besides which we cannot think of a win in gambling especially in sports betting where you would have a good knowledge of the sports and the players on whom you are betting.
And still even if a newbie poker players will have luck he can take down professional pro. All it takes to have strong hand because you are lucky.
Gambling is designed to be game of chances and you can win rather by having luck than through your own actions/skills.
947  Economy / Gambling / Re: New gambling game when you win always (Beta) on: December 09, 2016, 10:18:42 PM
Actually pretty cool, I like that you've done something quite unique. A couple of suggestions:

* Include full information about how the provably fair works, giving a hash without telling people how it works doesn't really help.

Actually as it seems to be completely single player, I'd recommend using a nonce based provably fair akin to something that the major dice sites do.

* Be careful in your marketing. By saying "where you always win" people will instantly think it's some sort of scam. While I understand what you mean (you always win at least some of your wager back) it's not very clear and gives people the wrong first impression

* Find a native English speaker to help you out, as unfortunately unless it reads very professionally people will be very hesitant to trust it.

Good luck!
A fair point, I wasn't aware what is going on with the slogan "where you always win' until I read this post. My main concerns at this moment:

- Site is unique and therefore might be confusing for people not used to non standard casino games, some sort of tutorial, explanation is needed.

- you need to promote your gambling site very hard, we don't see many unusual concepts and community might not find this attractive at first.
948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: December 09, 2016, 04:35:18 AM
My idea is to bet only when there is serious promotion going on. I am not talking about something like rollover 30x to grab bonus because that is very hard to win.
The best promos are cashback promotions on lost bets. I've seen it on both https://1x-bit.com/ and sportsbet.io
949  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price by 2020? on: December 09, 2016, 02:09:27 AM
Long-term prediction of bitcoin price is nothing but pure lottery, it is not even a speculation anymore.

Just let me remind you how optimistic everyone was after that ATH in 2013.  One of these "prophecies" from that time:

"Tim Draper stated how he envisions Bitcoin to hit a $10,000 USD per bitcoin by 2018." - We are still waiting for this to  happen.

950  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Bitcoin slots on: December 09, 2016, 01:54:21 AM
I guess the simplicity of CoinRoyale's Slots was always enticing factor for me.
I don't like over complicated slots machines with half dozen of rows and cool graphics anymore.

See what I mean by old school Slots Machine:

951  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I bet you have never lost more than this !!! on: December 09, 2016, 12:45:26 AM
Well, while the numbers are certainly overwhelming for people today my wild guess is that this guys probably owns more than couple thousands BTC.
I've seen this type of gambling before - it is for certain an early adopter with more Bitcoin you can count.
952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best current site to play some small stakes poker cash games? on: December 09, 2016, 12:20:26 AM
Is fortunejack only poker tournaments or is there cash games? I'm on the site only see tournaments...
No, poker tournaments are addition to the standard games. I am not sure if you can see that part of the site with table browser if you are no registered.
But standard games are there: https://fortunejack.com/poker/

Thanks for the Payment, FortuneJack.
954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 207: Rousey vs Nunes Prediction and Info Thread on: December 07, 2016, 07:39:13 PM
Whenever I check stats of these two fighters Rousey is always leading the charts.
It looks like she has over 80% chances of winning this fight according to Cagerank prediction.
Unfortunately I can't check the odds on my favorite sportbook now as it is still to early for most sites to include this fight.
955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In what gambling games are you good at? on: December 06, 2016, 03:13:06 AM
Beside Poker you can't really be good at any gambling games.
Maybe if you are genius with mathematical skills then live BlackJack can be a real possibility for you because you can use counting techniques.
The problem with gambling is - even if you play everyday - you won't learn anything new, nothing help you win more.

957  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next week double top @5530 CNY down we go... on: December 06, 2016, 01:57:28 AM
btc must correct now if it does continue to go up more we can expect a bigger flash crash from 8/900$ back to 600 in 2 weeks

i dont get all people who think btc will just keep on rising dudes this is not a lottery u wont be rich in a few months it takes years...

You do realize that Bitcoin is deflationary and it HAS to go up over time, right? You do also realize that we are OUT of the bear market, right? Right? I believe the best course of action at this point would be cautious optimism. I just don't get all the negative nancys around here? Are all you guys paid trolls or just failed bad and got burned day trading BTC? Inquiring minds would like to know.
Quake is right, there is no way or need for BTC to correct itself now, especially not so low as $200 below current price.
It is rather the opposite, with India and Africa advancing in the bitcoin rush $800 is real possibility next week.
From the other hand, beside natural market resistance nothing is dragging BTC price down.
958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: December 06, 2016, 12:18:13 AM
I just like gambling, it is my hobby and my way of spending free time. I give up hopes that I can win big money, I am not lucky enough.
All these people bragging about how gambling is their way to big money make me laugh - either you start with big money already so you can bet high or you stay poor.
959  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETTING SITES TO AVOID on: December 05, 2016, 11:32:48 PM
I am surprised that no one here mentioned https://www.999dice.com/ already. Apparently their provably fair system is rigged somehow.
But I am not an expert on PF systems so I can't tell what is wrong exactly, maybe someone care to explain it to me?
960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: December 05, 2016, 12:55:37 AM
That is why you can only win in the beginning i experience this too in some gambling site which is they let you win in the first time. since people who are gamble and win a small amount or win big they are still not satisfied they will greed to play and lose it all in the end..
The other strategy they are made is making a new account with different ip and address so that they can win in the first time and withdraw and make a new account again. because gambling can let you win in the first game play..
Your opinion you shared here is one massive conspiracy theory -  you think that casino owners can manipulate outcome of the games?
It would mean that gambling business is one big rigged lie. I can't imagine this to be true with provably fair system implemented.
