I am going to be completely honest and it may upset people..
I was very clear about running 2 separate swaps
1 via BITTREX
and
1 via POLONIEX
IT STATED IN LARGE LETTERS ON FRONT PAGE OF ANN FOR 1 WEEK THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY OTHER SWAPS!
The reason I did it this way is I knew that I would not have the time to bother with the manual exchanges.. Why havnt I replied to these PM's?.. because I have 4 pages of them... But I am a nice guy and I will attempt to help get this accomplished. I will start sending out wallet addys for you to send your coins too for an exchange int he order that I recieved the request. First person I catch dumping the coins within 24 hours of me sending them will result in me stopping this.
You gave up on this coin while others did not.. ohh you didnt see the message?? like I said you gave up on this coin and project and you were not interested in what was being posted. I refuse to bust my ass for you... But I will send out coins on my schedule not yours.
I know some people were on vacation and I am sorry that you have been placed in this category and you are the only reason why I am even bothering with these manual exchanges. Left over coins will be considered a donation to the project or RAINED IN OUR IRC CHANNEL to our supporters.
To all those holding worthless #shop. Quote this message all over the land as a warning to future investors. You can print that crap on a shirt and wear it to the next BTC conference and no one will give a rats a**. Call 20/20 maybe they will tell the world for you. |

It's going to 50k before announcement, keep your heads up.  This is quite an "under the radar" coin. I'm happy I found it yesterday. Such a low coin count and such low volume. This is going to be very interesting. And if the dev does pull through with the contract.....this will be CRAZY! I'm honestly a little excited. Edited to add: I will say that this is the largest spread I've seen between the buys/sells, until someone put a 17k buy up. It was like 9k/16k. It's great to see so few investors sell at those low prices. Most of the movement has been from the buy side. Thats the same issue we had when we took SHOP to 150K sats.. Only the weak hands would sell.. I believe people realize how under valued the coin is. |

You may not know this.. but I was one of the guys trying to start this proof of dev movement and I have actually started working on a website that will make it really easy to use for the end user but at the same time give it the ability to interface with other cryptosites using api. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=702471.0Over the last few months I have invested tons of my own $$ into this project and you have never seen this DEV dump anything. I have also ran multiple contest giving away some pretty nice items or selling via our market and I am sure people here will vouch for me. Just like you I invest my own money in this coin and I can show you logs of be buying SHOP and SHOPX when the price got cheap enough. So when the price is down I also hold the same bags. I gave away 1BTC in coins via Poloniex and guess what I paid up. When people purchased items from me on our market and they did not live in USA I sent them BTC with no other questions asked. If you want me to do a verification of DEV I can do that too. I do not mind. |

Yes I do I will send coins out by Friday. I have asked the new owners if they would be willing to put 100BTC in escrow to prove that they are serious about the buyout. I will let you know when I hear back from them... who could be trust with 100btc? maybe an exchange? Can you explain this to me? Is this in relation to the company that wants to buy up 100k SHOPX? Thanks in advance. And again great job. Yes the company that is purchasing this project I have asked them to place 100BTC in escrow to prove to everyone how serious they are about this project. |

only ~365K coins in circulation! buying @ 1600 sats is such a bargain. By far the most undervalued coin on the market. And once the SHARKS smell the blood.. its going to get a little insane around here  1600 sat? Where? Everything now is 13k or higher, with not even that much available. This thing will shoot up to ridiculous heights with very minimal BTC injection. My mistake.. meant 16K |

I will be putting a plan together to distribute the coins that are currently held by bitcointalknshop.com if you have any advice let me hear it. We have a little over 30k coins that will need to be distributed or destroyed.
Also I was looking and if they started the buyout today.. there wouldn't be a single sell order left. Who knows where this will leave the open buy order at? .5 btc per SHOPX? that would be insane.

 I created this graphic based on the discussions I had today. (some dates may change before deal is finalized) PROS- After this deal is signed and official they will purchase 100,000 SHOPX from Bittrex to not only boost the value of the coin but to ensure they have coins to reward users.
- I asked about the Investment and basically they plan on buying the 100k coins and creating several positions in their company that will eat up $250,000 in salaries for the first year.
- There will be over 50K USD invested in the website/market at this first stage and $100K USD dedicated to Marketing and SEO.
- Another 40K will be invested in the Exchange and Mobile Apps.
- The rest of the funds will be earmarked prior to us closing this deal. And I will make sure its public knowledge.
CONS- They cannot guarantee anything after Jan 1 2016. Basically they will give this project 16 months to take off or they will pull the plug.
- I will not be part of this project after closing.
If you have any questions I will try to answer them. Also the few people who need coins exchanged I will be sending you a SHOP address at some point this week to get this complete. |

LOL @ DEV MISSING!
Sorry I was enjoying the weekend camping with my family. I will be attending a meeting tomorrow and should get more clarity on some stuff. I am sorry that I havnt been around much since making the announcement but trying to enjoy the last few days with my kids before school starts.
My goals for this meetings is to establish a timeline for this project and to find out more details on the investment they have promised to make towards this project. I will also discuss what my role with be with this project.
Expect to hear back from me Tuesday after 7PM.

As an investor/holder of SHOPX, unsure what to do without BCTS. Is there a timeframe for the new dev/investors?
They purchased the domain and content of the websites.. but I believe they will be building a standalone arcade that will allow you to play for free or use many digital currencies to play and to be awarded with. I can sell you my vbulletin license and I can ask about the existing forum and arcade provided you set it up on another domain. Not sure about the DB since I doubt they will allow anyone else access to user data. |
