I am always more interested in buying but not more interested in selling. সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে আমাদের এইখানে অনুবাদ ভয়াবহ আকার ধারণ করেছে। সত্যি বলতে আমি এতটাই বিরক্ত বোধ করছি যে দেখলেই মনে হচ্ছে ইগ্মোর করি। আগে আপনি কিংবা আর একজন করত সেইটা মোটামুটি পড়া হইত, এখন দেখলেই বিরক্ত লাগে। আর খুব প্রয়োজনীয় টপিক ছাড়া অনুবাদ করারও মানে হয় না। আপনার কথায় বুঝা যাচ্ছে Little Mouse ভাই ও আপনাদের দেখে জেলস অনুভব করছেন।  হ ভাই আপনার পেছনে অনেক মেরিট দৌড়াইছে আমি তা দেখছি  তবে এখানেও আমার নতুন করে কিছু বলার নাই কারন উপরে অনেক কিছুই বলেছি। আর আপনি যে কন্সট্রাক্টিভ পোস্টের কথা বলতেছেন তা আপনি কেনো করেন না? বাংলা থেকে দূরে থাকেন কেনো আর গ্লোবালেও তো আপনার কন্সট্রাক্টিভ পোস্ট খুইজা পাইনা। আপনি এখানে কন্সট্রাক্টিভ পোস্ট করে সবাইকে শেখান কিভাবে কন্সট্রাক্টিভ পোস্ট করতে হয়। ভাই Tv এর সামনে বসে খেলোয়াড়দের খেলায় অনেক মন্তব্য করা যায় তবে যে মাঠে নামে সেই বোঝে কত ঠেনা। অন্যরা যা মনে হয় তাই পোস্ট করুক আপনি তো এখানে এসে কন্সট্রাক্টিভ পোস্টগুলো করতে পারেন অন্ততপক্ষে বাংলাদেশের স্বার্থে। কিন্তু আপনাকে তো দেখা যায় না আর হঠাৎ করে এসে মাঝে মাঝে এমন কথা বলেন যা নতুনদের মোটিভেট করার পরিবর্তে ডিমোটিভেট করে। বাংলা বোর্ড এ কেন পোস্ট করিনা তা বলেছি আবার বলার প্রয়োজন দেখিনা। আপনারা তো অনেক জ্ঞানী মানুষ আপনারা খালি অনুবাদ আর নিউজ শেয়ার বাদ দিয়ে কন্সট্রাক্টিভ আলোচনা করেন না কেনো ? আপনারা সিনিয়ররা এসব করেন দেখেই নতুনরা শুরু করে। Little Mouse ভাই এর একটা কথাই বলতে চাই আমি " খুব প্রয়োজনীয় টপিক ছাড়া অনুবাদ করারও মানে হয় না" যদিও এটা আমাদের বোর্ড এর কেউ ফলো করেন না। মূলত এখানে বাংলাদেশের বিষয়াদি অথবা বিটকয়েনের বিষয়দি নিয়ে আলোচনা করার চেয়ে অনুবাদ মূলক টপিক নিয়েই বেশি আলোচনা হচ্ছে। বর্তমানে আমাদের এই কমিউনিটি থ্রেডে কয়েকজন স্বনামধন্য ইউজারদের আনাগোনা খুব কমে গেছে তারা মূলত এখানে অনুবাদের যাঁতাকলে পিষ্ট হয়ে তারা এখানে পোস্ট করাই বাদ দিয়ে দিয়েছে। এমন কোন পেজ নেই যেখানে এক বা দুইটি অনুবাদ মূলক পোস্ট করা হয় নাই। এখানে অতিরিক্ত মেরিট পাওয়ার লোভে অনুবাদ মূলক পোস্ট করা হচ্ছে। এখন পর্যন্ত বিটকয়েন টকে সকল দেশ মিলে যতগুলো অনুবাদ মূলক পোস্ট করা হয়েছে তার চেয়ে বেশি পোস্ট মূলত তিন মাসে আমাদের এই বাংলাদেশের ইউজাররা করে ফেলেছে। এটা মূলত আমাদের এক অর্জন বলা চলে। যেখানে ১০০ টা কনস্ট্রাক্টিভ পোস্ট করলে পাঁচটা মেরিট পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে না সেখানে একটা অনুবাদ করলে ১০ থেকে ২০ টি মেরিট পাওয়া যায়। মূলত এখানে শেখানোর উদ্দেশ্যে কেউ অনুবাদ করে না বরং মেরিট পাওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে অনুবাদ করে থাকে। মেরিট দেওয়া বন্ধ করলে অবশ্যই এখানে অনুবাদ মূলক পোস্ট করা বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। OP কে রিকোয়েস্ট করব আমাদের এই কমিউনিটি থ্রেডের নাম চেঞ্জ করে " অনুবাদের বাংলাদেশ" দেওয়ার জন্য।কিছু করার নাই ভাই বাংলা সেকশনে এখন নাটক চলতাছে, সোজা বাংলায় পোস্ট অনুবাদ করাকে আমি মেরিট অর্জনের সম্ভাবনা ছাড়া আর কিছুই দেখি না। গ্লোবাল সেকশনের বড় বড় সদস্যরা যদি পোস্ট অনুবাদ করা নিয়ে মেরিট সেন্ট করা বন্ধ করে দেয় কাল থেকেই দেখবেন বাংলা সেকশনে একটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ হচ্ছে না। পোস্ট অনুবাদ করলেই দশ মেরিট এই লোভ কে সামলাতে পারে। সপ্তাহে একটা অথবা দুইটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ স্বাভাবিক ছিল এখন প্রত্যেকটা পেইজেই আমাদের দুইটা থেকে তিনটা অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট দেখতে হয়। বাংলা সেকশন থেকে আগেও পোস্ট অনুবাদ করত কিন্তু এই লাগামহীন ঘোরার মত নয়। যে পারছে সেই এখন পোস্ট অনুবাদ করছে। কিছু পোস্ট দেখলাম সরাসরি গুগল ট্রান্সলেট করে এখানে পেশ করা হয়েছে এবং যাদের পোস্ট অনুবাদ করা হয়েছে তারা সেই পোস্টে দশটা করে মেরিট দিয়েছে। @Z_MBFM ১২ অক্টোবর থেকে ২০ অক্টোবর এর মধ্যে তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করেছে এবং সে এই তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করা বাবদ ৪০ মেরিট পেয়েছে। তিনি সাত দিনে তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করেছেন। @DYING_S0UL আগস্টের শেষের দিক থেকে অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত তিনটা পোস্ট অনুবাদ করেছে তাহলে আমরা কার অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট পড়বো। একটা অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট পড়তে যতক্ষণ লাগে তার থেকেও কম সময় হয়তো আরেকজন আর একটি প্রশ্ন অনুবাদ করে। গ্লোবাল সেকশন থেকে যারা অনুবাদ করা পোস্টে অনেক বেশি পরিমাণ মেরিট দিয়ে থাকেন তাদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলছি আপনারা কিছুদিন অনুবাদ করা পোস্ট বাবদ মেরিট দেওয়া বন্ধ করুন, আর যদি একান্তই মেরিট দিতে হয় তাহলে সীমিত পরিসরে দিন যাতে পোস্ট অনুবাদ করার নামে বাংলা সেকশনে স্পামিং না হয়। |
