You must have passphrase saved just for like any other cryptoproject there is no "forgot my passphrase" function. If you lose it / delete it / it gets stolen we can't do anything about this. As suggested how did you manage to lose it? When you login look if you are not adding other chars or space at the end as that would generate / open another wallet. |

I can now see mine on the ark tec dashboard. I'm not use if this question is valid so help me understand this. I know this is DPOS which we can vote for delegates but if we store our ARKS on the lite wallet, can we do the POS to multiply our arks?
You need to vote for a pool if you are not going to be running for a delegate - you will be able to vote via Ark Desktop wallet and earn some from just voting for a pool of your choice. |

There is around ~ 40 signature participants that provided email for bounty, but they didn't register on TEC with that email (as it was requested and required) - I'm gonna be contacting all those (if you haven't gotten signature bounty on TEC.ARK.IO showing yet) in the next days after main net on the email provided with further instructions as those will need manual processing! If you come in here demanding signature bounty the second main net starts cause you failed to follow rules I'm just gonna ignore it!

Will we have a desktop wallet? And one wallet only contains one address? I think it is inconvenient, we need to have multiple addy in one wallet for more privacy.
You can add import / create as many accounts as you want in ARK Desktop Wallet and distribute your funds as you wish - just don't forget to save all your passphrases! |

Hey @cannabanana, do you know when the lite wallet will be updated. Is this going to happen before the launch? I am asking because I have only set lite wallet for now and want to know if I need to set up desktop wallet if this one is not going to be updated at the time main net is launched. Thanks Lite wallet won't be avail till main net when we go live - and it doesn't matter if you used Lite Wallet or Ark Desktop Wallet to generate your ARK address - you will be able to login to both with the same passphrase. Hi BoldNinja, This past Sunday i created an address for the Ark Lite wallet wallet and posted the address in the address slot at the Ark site; will everything be ok, or do i need to create a new Lite wallet address when the main net goes live? Everything is OK just make sure you have saved your passphrase! You can check if your address matches passphrase by going here : https://arkecosystem.github.io/ark-paperwallet/ , clicking on "Enter a secret passphrase" and you will get an ARK address that is associated with that passphrase. As said each seperate unique passphrase will always be associated with that ARK address - doesn't matter where you login, just make sure you don't lose your passphrases you are going to be using as we cannot retrieve it. I did with my passphrase generated from a desktop wallet and nothing happened. Was impossible to do actions. Well what do you want it to happen? There are no tokens yet on addresses as we haven't yet started main net and you'll still need to withdraw from TEC.ARK.IO (19:00 UTC remember?). One thing to remember about the launch is no pool will be running for the first week while the devs are checking everything is working as it should be and to allow people to withdraw their Ark from the tec site. There are plenty of peoples proposals up on the delegate proposal forum here https://forum.ark.io/category/5/delegatesWell if pool will get enough approval % and it gets in the 51 active delegates then it will be in - forging is enabled on block 75,600 tho (~1 week from start). |
