Well, why are you so surprised by this situation? Everything in the old scheme, the coin raised, earned money and lowered back. Everything is standard It's all about miners, difficulty and profit between bitcoin and bitcoincash. As both of them have same algorithm and devices for mining, bitcoincash is the real competitor of bitcoin. Real competitor BTC in terms of shilling. Try to do research who is behind BCH and people supporting it. BCH price behavior is totally manipulated. They use the opportunity of the Segwit2x cancellation of fork to gain attention by means of FUD news. And now bitcoin network is overloaded by small size transaction which in my opinion setup intentionally to hurt BTC. |

Just read carefully the rules and analyzed it on your own. Not all the time the bounty manager will explain everything that already stated.
Answering the question; posting of twitter status is not necessary since it is not stated to the rules and only Facebook campaign have that rules. Then regarding the time of report. It is included to the format the exact time of cut-off of report per week. And lastly, there is no specific min/max number of share and like to be report so it means that there is no limitation of reporting, just make sure that it is in-line to the timeframe of each cut off.
