941  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin continue to rise on: March 18, 2023, 08:24:04 AM
hello, all my friends... now the price of bitcoin has increased quite a lot... and now bitcoin is in the range of 27000.
but I want to ask do you think the price of bitcoin will continue to rise until it reaches 50000 or not... ?I want to hear it from all of you...
and if I sell my bitcoin now I'm afraid the price of bitcoin will fly even higher... I want to hear your opinion...?
One of the things that is very difficult to say for sure is the future price, and the answer that will be given will still be ambiguous. if people know for sure that bitcoin price will reach $50k, then i think people will panic to buy bitcoin immediately.
However, we are all optimistic about the high price of bitcoin in the future. there's been some speculation about it, particularly the halving. however, that does not mean it is a sure thing. people can explain their speculation in full, but it is not necessarily accurate. we must be optimistic that the price of bitcoin will be very high in the future. after that, you need to make your decision to invest in bitcoin or not because you will bear all the risks yourself.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin cannot be a Bank? on: March 18, 2023, 06:47:51 AM
all of these questions are possible if we sell the bitcoins that we have. however, if we were to question the matter, then bitcoin would have to be converted to Fiat first. the same question as "Can you pay your medical bills with gold ?" then in general the answer is yes, if the gold is converted into fiat.
However, it is very difficult to compare banks with bitcoins because basically the systems are different, if banks have a centralized system, then bitcoin has a decentralized system. if you compare banks with bitcoin, then the difference is very clear.
943  Economy / Economics / Re: Can I take a loan to invest in bitcoin? on: March 17, 2023, 02:00:20 PM
it is a very good explanation for your friends who want to buy bitcoins from loans. however, too many people take this path without thinking about the risks. when the results do not match their expectations, frustration and stress will occur. they sell their goods, and blame this investment.
However, it is highly discouraged to borrow then buy bitcoins. even though the goal is investment, it is not recommended because there is a monthly fee that he has to pay. if his salary is not able to cover the monthly payments, then it will be frustrating.
944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Ponzi Schemes - People are confused. on: March 17, 2023, 12:44:23 PM
Well, OP have done a great work. Not everyone does it. Bitcoin at the beginning days were much used on gambling and for illegal transactions. This itself a negative discussion on bitcoin. Later the same bitcoin have grown good and had been used for investment, transaction, trading needs. People should understand the difference between the ponzi schemes and real potential of bitcoin compared to other cryptocurrencies available for usage.
Yes you're right. The OP actually did a pretty good job of justifying their statement and giving them an education. it's quite funny when a place goes bankrupt or is a scam, then highlights its payment alternative as the source of the scam. however, they need to learn more to provide accurate information to the public because it could negatively affect their own shows. I think a lot of people would realize that if they understood crypto, and they would embarrass themselves.
945  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it legal for our kids to learn trade? on: March 17, 2023, 08:30:34 AM
I think, if you only teach them the basic knowledge, regarding explanations, and some points in it, it won't be a problem. it would be better if they know about trading and the risks from us. However, I think, they are still not ready to trade for real. it might be better to teach them at 16-17 years old. it can be an introduction for them before they actually try to start their own trade. is it legal? well, if it's just teaching about I think that it's a legal thing. we know that many subjects that are "mature enough" are taught in school.
946  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: March 16, 2023, 03:22:38 PM
Too many reasons for this. I know that they too have been trying to change their lives, and trying to have a lot of money. Among them, quite a few have succeeded, and many have failed. However, some of the circumstances that might make them still in that position are environmental factors, limited circumstances, doing the wrong way, lack of knowledge, laziness, and actually there are many more reasons that can be mentioned. However, this might be overcome or at least improve their economic status a little by studying, doing business, and continuing to try to do new things.
947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my small investment on: March 16, 2023, 02:46:18 PM
I bought a $14.55 bitcoin a few days ago when it was at 22k. Again Bitcoin came to 19k. However, I did not sell bitcoins. I was convinced that the price of Bitcoin would rise again. I buy $50 worth of bitcoins again. Got some profit on this small investment. Looking at Bitcoin 24k today. I will keep it for a long time and will not sell it now. I think at some point bitcoin will pump a lot

Since I can't invest more dollars, I don't have that much money. Still will invest as much as possible.
that's a good move. you only need to invest little by little using the money you can afford to lose, and it doesn't disrupt your economy. no need to force to invest a lot, but little by little but consistently. the advice i can give, don't look at the development of the bitcoin price in the near future when you plan to invest in the long term, just aim to buy a few bitcoins every month as your long term investment. when the price of bitcoin goes up very high, you won't realize that you already have a lot of assets too.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project's Price after got exploited on: March 16, 2023, 12:52:59 PM
if something like this has happened, then the team will give their best strength to turn things around. however, as far as what has been seen so far with the same case, it is very difficult to quickly recover the price that was previously achieved. however, it is possible that if the dev actually delivers on this promise, the price might recover little by little. all you can do right now is wait for the official announcement from the dev regarding the progress they have made regarding this case. but don't expect too much about it.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too good to be true? on: March 14, 2023, 06:44:58 AM
If we think about it, it's not impossible. your target is very high, however, I've seen people grow their assets from minimal capital to huge returns. however, I think such a high target requires good skills in the world of trading, as well as a lot of patience. however, I said it is not impossible, but reaching that value can be a very long journey. you can try to double $100 to $200, $200 to $400, and so on. Good luck.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is launching a new project during bear market a good idea?? 🤔 on: March 13, 2023, 09:58:33 AM
2018 proved that it was never a good idea to launch a project during the bear market if you've got no long term goals for what you're working on. I've seen projects die off easily from there and then lost track because they're not committed to what they're working on. But, I also saw a few projects that introduced themselves on that bear market and didn't stop from there and managed to reach the bull run and then, that was the time that they found success. By looking at the two situations, you can think of it and have an idea of whether you'll have what it takes to pursue the project or just stop.
Well, in fact, there are so many ICO projects that failed in 2018, whether they are still selling, those that are just running, or even those that have been on the market for a long time. However, at that time, all asset prices fell, and people tended to prefer holding their digital assets or adding to popular assets like bitcoin. However, if it's just introducing the project, and attracting potential users, it's still a good idea. IMO, in bad market conditions, and the prospective project to be developed can overcome this problem, then that can be a good signal to sell after a bear market occurs. however, selling in a bear market is still a bad idea.
951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have failed too severely, time to give up? on: March 13, 2023, 06:21:34 AM
actually, there's nothing wrong with your way. you don't need to force buyers to pay using bitcoin even though there is a discount if using payment using bitcoin. let your buyers buy with cash, or with fiat. providing a payment alternative should not force them to use it. let your business continue to accept bitcoins. if the person understands and uses bitcoins I'm pretty sure they will buy using bitcoins. however, if not, then they will use cash. well, no harm to that. we don't know when our buyers bring us bitcoins. besides, not everyone understands the use of bitcoins. so, continue your business as usual, and you can also introduce bitcoin to your prospective buyers if they still don't know about it.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: March 13, 2023, 03:39:19 AM
Having some understanding that we couldn't really just pick the right altcoin anytime we try, we are not that lucky, is the biggest reason. People are skeptical because there has been a ton of altcoins that caused a lot of trouble for people and that's the issue, we are not talking about something that has been clean so far and we have worries out of nowhere, we are talking about something that has been dangerous since the first try and that is why people are not entirely sure about it.

I mean if you have seen so many guns fired in a place, would you keep going back in there just in case the food is good? I doubt so, that's why there is a worry.
Well, if we're talking about new altcoins or altcoins outside of popular coins, I think people need to do a little extra research before investing. skepticism is normal. That's because so many altcoin projects have become scams, or been abandoned by their developers. In fact, I've also experienced this. Even though altcoins have tremendous potential to increase the amount of investment we have, the risk of being wrong in choosing an altcoin will cause the assets we have to decrease drastically. there are many reasons why people are skeptical in choosing altcoins for investment.
953  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too late to start? on: March 12, 2023, 08:53:49 AM
Hi!

I have heard about Bitcoin back in 2017 but never got to learn regarding about it. I always thought that crypto was a fluke and that it would definitely not be a type of transaction until pandemic happens. So, as the title would suggest, is it too late to start investing on crypto? And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?

Thanks in advance!
You know, in 2017, there were people who said that is he too late to invest in bitcoin, just like you. even in the years before and after that. Well, if you want to start, then start now. it's never too late to invest. the future will be an opportunity for every investor to gain profit, or incur a loss. if you never start, then next year again, you will say the same thing. whereas, a lot of people are also just starting out nowadays, and are turning into professionals when you ask the same thing.
In 2017, a lot of people are also just starting their careers in this investment, and right now, they might have gotten a lot of assets from it. if you are interested, then learn and get started. someone else's answer won't make the experience for you. get started, and create your own experience.
954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel selling your BTC against your plans? on: March 12, 2023, 06:24:33 AM
Regret, that's the only thing I felt since that day. I sold my first and maybe the last huge amount I hold of bitcoin for me last 2018 or 2019, I don't have choice that time rather than to sell it because I need fist. That time the price of Bitcoin is not so high compared to the last ATH of Bitcoin. If I will get a chance to have bitcoin again, I'll make sure to use it properly now and to budget it so that regret will no longer be an option to me.
Actually I also lost that moment. for some reason, i also sold a lot of crypto assets I had that year. However, seeing crypto prices going up so high at that time made me quite frustrated. However, I think many people make the same mistake that we do. whether it's due to economic factors, needs, business, and others, many people sell their assets even before the halving occurs, or not long after the halving occurs. this can only be a lesson, that we really need to prepare emergency assets without involving the investment assets that we have.
955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will accepting cryptocurrency as a payment be profitable for business? on: March 12, 2023, 04:05:26 AM
The Asnwer is yes nowadays there is actually a lot of payment gateway offering crypto as payment. and if you open business using crypto there is to option you can convert it to fiat by using already  payment gateway, or just sit it to your wallet but you will face a volatility.

Open new payment platform meaning opening new customer and speaking of crypto payment VPN and VPS both of them there are a lot that crypto accepted
yes, that's absolutely true. in fact, when you don't want to hold bitcoin, you can still change the results of the payment to stablecoin or fiat. it's almost the same. however, by accepting bitcoins, people might be even more interested in the business you run. You know, quite a number of bitcoin users want to make those transactions live. it will of course be profitable for your business. in fact, you will not get a loss. this might be referred to as business development.
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What holds you back from investing in Altcoins ? on: March 11, 2023, 08:20:35 AM
When a bear market occurs, the thing that makes me not want to invest in altcoins is that I'm afraid the price will fall. even more so if it is a new altcoin. although this can be seen as an opportunity to increase the number of altcoins at a low price, it is quite difficult to invest again when we still have these altcoins. seeing its value fall is enough to make a lot of people frustrated.
However, it's only natural that people hesitate to adopt an altcoin when the price is dropping, even CEOs of many new projects understand the same thing. they sometimes delay their token sale if market conditions worsen. however, some people wouldn't hesitate to buy bitcoin or the popular altcoin in the current situation.
957  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is kyc verification dangerous? on: March 11, 2023, 06:14:37 AM
KYC will be very dangerous if it is used by irresponsible people. there are so many negative impacts of KYC if it is used in the wrong way because KYC has almost all the information about a person. However, why is KYC verification still being enforced today? It's because of regulations in a country that require companies to know who their users are. this aims to avoid money laundering or other negative things that can come from consumers or companies.
958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which cryptocurrency do you prefer the most to accept payments in? on: March 11, 2023, 03:53:46 AM
There are more than 12000 cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, altcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, etherium and so on. We all have our favorite cryptocurrency. Among all of these, which cryptocurrency do you trust and prefer the most to accept payments? Share your thoughts about it.
in general, I'd go with Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, USDT, and BUSD. I chose Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB out of the many cryptos because I believe those three coins are the most used for transactions. other than that, people tend to be familiar with the three coins. So, I think, that's for the best. while for stablecoins, I will choose USDT and BUSD. this is because the two stablecoins are the most widely used, and I use them the most.
However, I might add a few tokens depending on the situation. if there are still potential tokens and the community is huge, then I might consider those tokens as a payment alternative.
959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: reasons why someone wants to pay in tether and not bitcoin? on: March 10, 2023, 02:31:24 PM
I think it's just a stability issue. tether is a stablecoin. people sometimes choose to use USDT to store their assets in crypto to make it easier for them to use them without thinking about the volatile levels that occur. if someone wants to be paid using tether then he/she is most likely avoiding the volatile thing that happens with bitcoin. I don't think he's worried about his assets being frozen, rather he's afraid the price could decrease more than he thought.
960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Caution Newbies Bitcoin is BTC on: March 10, 2023, 11:10:59 AM
why is he sure that it is bitcoin, while the advertisement clearly says BFICoin? if the ad only showed the logo, I think it might happen, but by advertising BFICoin, people wouldn't spell BFICoin as bitcoin. you know what i mean.
However, your friend needs a very deep education for this. I'm pretty sure that if a project names their coin with the name bitcoin 3.0 or a name with elements of bitcoin, and has a total supply of 21 million coins, then he or she will probably feel that it's the next generation of bitcoin.
