Except we just want to stay away from profitable coin in this market, this information on centralized exchanges does not scare as they present. Binance had this hack and Kucoin just had his but they are still offering services. Some exchanges are well prepared to handle some of this challenges and they make the right provision for it. Centralized also give opportunity to multiple chain wallets that most DEX does not, more also the transaction fee on the DEX are still crazy, so we cant because of security alone just would not take the risk in this profitable market.

No news of Trump getting the infection, only Melania Trump got the infection at the moment. I can count several incident in September/ October that should have dump the market so badly after the sushi hack but the dump was mild. Second Defi exit scam, Kucoin hack, Rumour on stock market dump, Bitmex refund, Salt ICO refund, They are related to daily crypto trading and could not dump the market. IMO it looks more bullish

Defi has produced many crowdfund with anonymous team and that has reduced the scam, whatever the hype in the space I will never acknowledge a project with anonymous team. It does not cost a team anything if they got nothing to hide. A team with track record in the space is more attractive to raise fund. Go beyond the Linkedin information to verify the authenticity of the team, Linkedin can work with any date and we know older account could be easy to accredit.

If we dont know the first world countries know and am sure none of them want to be overtaking in their position of power. I believe you cant just overtake the world power because of such acquisition. The presence of samsung, iphone etc had improve the technology of phones in china. China now had the highest traded phone in world even with all the reaction on USA to reduce the adoption all over the world. I am really disappointed in the inability to prevent the sale of the coin after the stolen wallet had been discovered. Even if the team has enough to cater for the loss like Binance, the level of connection should help to freeze the coin. The complain was for DEX this time and Binance allowed the conversion of coin to fiat for Eterbase stolen fund. I dont know what to believe sometimes with the exchanges, if they cant protect themselves as exchange who is really safe with them.

I feel the strategy would have been engaged now and this prompted the question on the type of coin to take profit. IMO taking profit early from altcoin with stable coin wont maximize the benefit from bull market from bitcoin and ethereum expected price feat. I feel the last bullrun hurt most Americans that didnt plan well on paying tax. It is better time to learn the needful from taking profit the better way.

I expect the price to rather pump into the new year or stop pumping before the new, then we will see correction by January/February. The little difference that will come within the cycle can always be expected. My $14000-16000 is a conservative price for bitcoin but ethereum may still double the price from now ($350) due to the development by November, Hoarding and Defi.

RSK was the closest to developing a platform on bitcoin that could compete with most of the technology in the space, have asked from different rootstock channels to defend the purpose of the project, they mention few projects that latter exited. I consider developers of HBTC to be looking for attractive idea to steal into Defi market with bitcoin as top coin. They have always struggled to have a breakthrough and some are bad in making the hype for their projects in the market.

I wont be choosing side for USA presidency, I just wonder why the revelation is coming out now that the election is close, especially from dailies that had always been against him. I am expecting  response from the Presidency soon as campaign is ongoing. If the Tax news is true he might struggle to defend it but will it cost him the election? Eterbase got the same issue and the fund was moved to exchanges ( Binance and Huobi), the exchange got high chances of fund recovery. I am of the opinion of allowing transfer to exchange account with KYC to allow the culprit apprehended. Kucoin hack didnt affect the market but I feel the control of the transfer reduced the effect in the market dump. Recent hack look loose and unprofessional, can we say the wallets are safer or the hackers are incompetent?

the most important feature of stable coin or USDT is the marketcap in cryptocurrency. The high it rises the strong the space in ability to cope with dump in price. USDT has grown from less than $3b to over $15 this year. If the value could grow beyond $100b through the bull market, it gives an advantage for the level of dump. Since USDT has enough Fiat to depend the value it is more substantial and stable than other coin.

Taking profit will differ with individual traders; base on period (long term and short term), coin type etc. I dont consider it to early to know the strategy to stay beyond the bull market and rather thrive through the bear.

By now the OP should know the price predicted is not possible. When bitcoin rose to 20k in 2017, it was not from $350. My own conservative high price for ethereum is $800, This I expect by the end of the year after the launch of the ETH 2.0 in November. After the pump we might likely see another dump in the year or Next January. The capacity of Eth to bring various development in the space is high, Asides Defi and influence of DEX, we could see more approach to enable flow of fund.

I still consider the scam claims on Defi to be early, I also feel the ICO comparison is still early, ICO raised so much fund that we have not seen such in cryptocurrency at the moment. Ethereum contribution to both start up process are similar but i think I consider Defi is to be improved with financial use case for cryptocurrency.

Can you provide medium that argued on the asset class of Bitcoin? Except the online or digital features attached to bitcoin that exempt it from the definition of Asset, I dont see any feature of asset that bitcoin does not have.

We are still far from the bull market and Uniswap gave over 180000 users 2400$ each, even for those that the transaction didnt go through. Last bull gave some bounty participant reward close to 50k and more at distribution. Because it does not happen now in the bear does not mean it doesn't happen at all

Defi didnt bring scam, scam has always been with us in this space like we see in any hype or successful idea everywhere. I found most old crypto enthusiast to be very cautious with the Defi and this resulted in the late entry by many. Whereas many new investor benefited from it. We should be cautious risk taker in this space and try not to be left behind. I see more people in Defi with the correction but we may not see the size of pump for some of the successful Defi in the market like the new.
