9421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW MUCH YOU EARN/LOSE FROM TRADING on: October 04, 2016, 03:20:55 AM
I still new and know bitcoin, last week ago I was join and deposit in 2 trading site. I still learn and read from some users to get profit

Good  luck on  your trading  journey, my best  advice for you on start up is to read  more useful stuffs related to trading and remember this , you must  not  believe all those words from  other  members/traders who speak  on trollbox/chatbox because  if you intend to  listen to them the chance on lossing your money would be  high. Earning and  lossing from trading are normal since we could not   predict price movements.
9422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Controlling your temper in gambling on: October 04, 2016, 03:14:55 AM
Here are my guidelines on how you control your temper when you are gambling. This will help you a lot to not be addicted in gambling.
1. If you are playing gambling set a goal or a profit goal so that you will not be greedy at the end. Greediness turn you to be a loser.
2. Playing twice a week or thrice week makes you feell better and lucky because you are in the greedy mode.
3. Small amount of capital in the game which play bombs like satoshimine makes you in a chance of winning because it is easy to double your money into that game.
4. High amount of capital in the dice makes you advantage note that your initial is his your house makes it sufficient to win the game.

1. Don't set any goals, never. Instead limit your bankroll and never gamble if you lose it all.

2. Not really true, it is highly dependable on character and varies from person to person.

3. Again, not really true - if it so easy to double your BTC then why play with low amount?

4. Big bankroll enables you to bet higher - but also you can lose more as well.
the gambler speak by itself mate? well i agree with your list its common to us gamblers that we are not aiming for any amount of winnings but we always place the amount that we can afford to lose, we don't place big bankroll because of this fear we know we cant control so the smart way is just to put an amount to begin with and we are just playing depend on our luck.
Putting the amount that you can afford to lose is always a good decision when you are in gambling, while you are in the session you will experience a mixed emotion as you will lose and win eventually so with the amount in your bankroll you will not be able to chase because in the first place it was already acceptable to you when you lose.

Setting this kind of limits  would somehow  relief  stress when you lose  in the end  especially if  you  already expected to lose  in the long run same as oyu said you would not stress  out  your  mind  but  be careful sometimes when emotion and temper would over come  you  then you would  surely deposit again some  money to play again.
9423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites have 0% house edge? on: October 04, 2016, 03:10:42 AM
I don't think 0% house edge could give any advantage to players because gambling will remain risky and will have same risk factor like with little bigger odds, it's not possible for any owner of gambling to keep it running for long time without making any profit there.
True, even on 0%  house edge  there  still  no advantage for  its  player since the  odds would  be still the same   even theres  no house edge. You are  right theres no  gambling site owner would not  put house edge  since they are  making profits  with it and  no one  would  like  not to put it.
9424  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: October 04, 2016, 02:58:26 AM
It’s useful for the very same reasons you borrow any other fiat currency in the world, the only problem its adoption and as such you cannot take a loan to buy a car or something, besides one of the problems with borrowing is that people do it for completely unnecessary reasons like buying something they don’t really need or gambling.
Most people borrow money because they only want to buy something that they could not buy because they lack money, or they want to gamble then borrowed the money, I think it is a bad idea. it will only hurt them alone, in terms of interest and of course the possibility to lose

Thats really a  bad  idea when you intend to  borrow  money because  you want to  buy something   or  spent it  on  useless things  like  playing gambling, it would surely put  you on  trouble when the  payday would come unless  if you have  money to rely on  to pay those  loan but  if  not then you would really have a big problem for sure.
9425  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: October 04, 2016, 02:55:11 AM
I dont think so that bitcoin be replaces the money. I dont
think that this could happen. As other people will not get
easily jives the process of bitcoin. As other people will not
easily understand whats in bitcoin.
Of course you wo't suddenly change fiat to bitcoin if not all people are aware of it. For example we have 3 months to prepare for our government before changing our money printed. Its for people to know that we have a new money and it is legal and acceptable everywhere. Also understanding bitcoin will come on the process when time is use in it.

It  would surely takes time  for bitcoin  to be  fully adopted all  over the world since  not all people are already awared on bitcoins existence. In the meantime , bitcoin cant replace fiat money even  how  bitcoin would be fully adopted   in the future. Government  would no have  intention to let this happen for sure.
9426  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: October 04, 2016, 02:51:59 AM
I would definitely spend it. There's just no way I could keep all of that and feel safe! I'd buy a home, a car and keep some for when I'm old and tired.

Good decision there... What's the use or our money if we would just keep it, and what if it's too late and the peak price had slowly cool off.. So it's best to convert it immediately  when you see that it is almost at its peak... Just make sure that you make a good list of all your priorities so you won't waste your money when it is already at your hands...  Smiley

We should do wise  decisions regarding  on our money because  opportunities comes only once, twice it depends. As long  we hold  huge amounts then we  should prioritize  our  needs and  we should  think on  long term basis  not only on temporary things because  no matter how much money you  had  it would surely gone if  it doesnt  spend wisely. If bitcoins price would  reach 1M$ each  then ill  prioritize all needs first.
9427  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Signature Campaign? on: October 04, 2016, 02:44:52 AM
Not only  lack of knowledge but also  most  of newbies  does make spam on this forum thats  why there are a few of  signature campaigns  do accept newbies. You are right there are  campaigns  which  more  accepts  jr. member than newbies. There are really lots  of campaigns  to choose from  it depends on your rank.

OP's currently a Jr. Member and I think he easily has 5 alternatives from which he can choose one and get enrolled...
Still if not, he can wait for his rank to go up and then try and see if some manager finds his posts useful...
But I think asking them not to join is not a good idea, as everyone is here for earning and they deserve it...
Everyone needs to take first step to move ahead, right???

Taking the first step to move is always good, and he should also try it, but i would suggest him to improve his posting skills to make his post quality look good as the managers mostly see that before accepting you to a campaign unless a campaign is automated like yobit which does not require you to ask for getting accepted if there are free slots, but unfortunately yobit is closed for new participants now.

Most of us would intend  to join directly even if we are  just a newbie  and dont mind  the important thing  to consider before we join any campaign, You are both right  taking the  first steps to move is good and  atleast we should try  in able to learn  in the long run but as a responsible  member we  must do our roles and  must  not spam.
9428  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitdouble.io | Awesome social gambling game | Provably fair | 0.025 mBit faucet on: October 04, 2016, 01:52:20 AM
I dont think you should have a faucet. I think you should just get test mode since the faucet you will never cash out so it is there for testing so you may as well call it  testing mode. Saying it is a faucet is a little misleading.
Normally i might agree with you as its usually hard to turn a faucet into something anywhere, but i claimed the faucet and turned it into .089 so it can be done. I kept on betting big and eventually busted but i did make it to a decent amount
So, ultimately u could not cash out that 0.089 BTC right? By the way, did u automate your bet?

You need 0.0025 with only 0.000025 starting money that is 100x more then you begin with. You will need to wage through 500x or somehting to get that and that's if you lucky.

Now you say you went to 0.089 ?? Why didnt you stop and that is almost 4000x your starting bet so I don't really believe you sorry.

Yahoo wont say anything  if he  dont  even achieve it but  i could  testify that he really won that amount  89 mbtc with  just  2500 satoshi  because  im there  when  he was betting   and its  possible to reach that  amount  on  bitdouble since there are  option which you could  possibly won x14 on your bet amount.  In fact theres  no reason  for yahoo to  lie on this  matter.
9429  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitdouble.io | Awesome social gambling game | Provably fair | 0.025 mBit faucet on: October 03, 2016, 12:58:55 PM

9430  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Account price estimator on: October 02, 2016, 02:02:30 AM
Is it me or did you change your pseudonym ? If I remember well, that thread was run by someone else than achow101.

Account name change: knightdk --> achow101

Interesting. I did not know that people were allowed to change their username. At least that's mind-problematic since I was used to recognise him Undecided...
You have to ask the admins in order to change your name.

To recognize me, just look for my avatar, it's unique and won't be changing anytime soon.  Smiley

I assume  that feature  is  available for  high reputable members  on this forum, as i saw on your rank youre a staff  and you could surely change your name anytime soon  as you want  since your one of the  trusted members  here but for  ordinary members like  us on low rank would  be impossible for sure to request to change name. Back to topic , btc account pricer is the most commonly  used   regarding  on  checking someones account on its  information regarding  it.
9431  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: October 02, 2016, 01:57:37 AM
I am willing to quit my job is bitcoins gives me more money than my job because if bitcoin can give me more than money i will focus on playong gambling trading and investing where the money is ofcourse you where there to make money right just saying its too hard to work everyday in offices with over time.

Well its  your  decision but  you should  able to realized on what risk you would  involve when go full time  in bitcoin, you could  able  to earn more compared on your  day  job but still earning  on bitcoin isnt on  daily basis  as we all know bitcoins price is  volatile  it would really always affect   your bitcoins price.
9432  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Discussion]What work would you do for 1$USD per hour? on: October 02, 2016, 01:54:51 AM
First of all , I wouldn't work for 1$ per hour , if it is very necessary for me and I have no choice at all , I would go for solving captchas you know like raiblocks coin once had a website and tons of members did it? I loved the concept but due to many issues, it had to shut down.
raiblock vanished because of those to many spam claimers. this was just a faucet not a captcha work.(but they paid very good mone)
BTW raiblock is up again if you don't know. but their paying very less than that time..
for 1$ per hour I may do typing work.. I can type 2000 words per hour.

Agree, im one  of those  claimers  on those faucets, i could really say that time i could  make decent amounts  on it  but sad to say raiblocks just last for a  month only because of  some dev problems regarding with the coin. I could able   to do also 2000 captcha in an hour same as yours.
9433  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: October 02, 2016, 01:38:18 AM
Trading is indeed an unpredictable job if it wouldn't be then it would be easy and everyone and their mothers would be making profit.
Because it's unpredictable you need to be as good as you can to reduce the chance of failing that's why it's such a difficult activity.

The trading is not profitable for most people. It is only for the professionals to take money from the unprofessionals.

I would like  to disagree on some  point,  professionals and  unprofessionals seem dont have any connection  regarding  on trading and you wont  need to  be  professional to take  advantage  on trading as you could  possibly  engage to it  as long you are  knowledgeable  to it and  know analytical skills.
9434  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why very little campaign for newbie? on: October 02, 2016, 01:34:26 AM
1. If newbie rank is allowed, there will be more and more newbie accounts for cheating the campaign, people should be at least jr member to show he is active in the forum.

Anyway, you can join twitter, facebook, without rank limit.

2. newbies' trust are not as good as higher rank members.

yeah, newbie rank is allowed, but the payment is low because there are many account created every day.

a newbie also can click faucets, but it is also low payment. that's the way it is. to start something big, we need to start from the lower point.

Correct, if  newbie are allowed to join signature campaigns  in the first  place then this forum would  many have spam for sure and   also  lots of alt accounts  for joining 1 campaign for maximum profits.  Thats why they are strict  regarding  on rank  to a  certain campaign. SO its better not to rush  up  on joining signature campaigns  when you are still a newbie.
9435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is officially dead on: October 02, 2016, 01:29:21 AM
Many people own Litecoin and therefore want it to succeed.  When the market cools down maybe they will do something to keep up its value....seems like people who own a lot of a coin need to be product evangelists by getting traffic to places where people can spend the coins, and earning the coins for the general public is always good too.   The LTC faucets don't really pay much, but maybe better advertisers than HYIPs can be found.
Litecoins is still in top 10 in coinmarket and i think many investors are still holding a lots of litecoin i think the problem is they are slowing adopting litecoin if more stores are accepting litecoin online it can be more valuable in the future..

Although there are so many new coin being launched every day, the developers are not really concerned or trying to put a great effort on marketing their coin and beat other coin, so I believe LTC will easily still be at top 10 for a while.

Thats what i also observe  about this coin, they dont   put too much effort on marketing  or  advertising their coins maybe they are just contended on stabilizing it and  relying for people  to see it that this coin has the potential to last up for  more years.  True, LTC is still on  top 10 altcoin even thoug hthey are many cryto launched  out there.
9436  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: October 01, 2016, 05:52:36 AM
Paypal is good but you are paying so much fee's with PayPal and its also that you account can get limited.
I think that bitcoin is better with the fee's and its also way more secure, plus you are controlling it by yourself.
if talking security, of course paypal have better warranties. paypal today has been connected with a credit card.
website of the Amazon was using paypal. I think for the collateral issue paypal has an advantage.
Because I see paypal like banks that they comply with the law because they are a business who are subject also to pay the right taxes, bitcoin is better because it is decentralized non regulated so we are free to get the benefits of transacting without paying taxes.

This is the advantage when we are using  bitcoin  because we  could  avoid the  high transaction fees on paypal. You are right they are paying taxes too thats why they  put up too high  fees  and in this case  bitcoin is far away better than paypal  regarding  on  money transfers.
9437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: October 01, 2016, 05:37:45 AM
Betting on sport = gambling?
Please write your mind.

Of course it is. Anything u put your money on, for which the result is unknown, is a form of betting. It might be result of a sports or digit of a block hash or price of a stock, it is gambling.

Not exactly anything, for example in trading you also put your money at risk to gain profit, yet trading is established profession and traders are hired by companies all over the world. What is the difference?
Well, in sports gambling your profit/loss ratio would be around 1:1, going to slightly over 50% in best cases, while professional traders have much higher and reliable ratio.

the difference is that in gambling no matter what the game is, you can never predict the result. even in sports betting the players can have a brainfart and lose that game. or the other team can present their A game and win against you. but in trading there are a lot of ways to predict the market and also you can always get out with little loss instead of losing it all.

Agree with you, all gambling  results is  unpredicted which  causes for us to lose our money and thats a normal  thing  when we are playing gambling.  Sportbetting is indeed considered as gambling  because you are risking your money to win some money and thats already understandable.
9438  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Ebay/Paypal's ridiculous fees on: October 01, 2016, 05:31:12 AM
These companies really have a very big ridiculous fee it's incredible but I don't ever use paypals service anymore.
Paypal really screwed over alot of customers and paypal accounts are being hacked constantly. Just feels like one big scam.

After the bitcoin become more popular and it is used a 10% of the world population, the Paypal will use bitcoin.
Paypal has hired the ceo of xapo, soo they are working into something related to crypto world, no one knows if its a new crypto coin, with paypal trademark or just some service they wanna to offer to crypto community thats is growing fast.
Oh this   news is good since  paypal would really have  the  plan to adopt a crypto  to its service. Well lets wait for more  information regarding  on this news. Its quite interesting that they are already engaging  on crytos which is somehow an advantage for us bitcoin users but they must  implement low  transaction fees.
9439  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is see the new pump is building up, $660 in 2 weeks on: October 01, 2016, 05:27:49 AM
I guess there are plenty of parties who want to dump their stash, which is why everytime we saw a solid support it was broken down...
We all agree the current price is not accurate, but a pump will be hard...

there is always a time for everything.

so if the pump happens right now there may be some dumps because some of the whales weren't ready for it.

but if it happens when everybody is ready and satisfied with their amount, it can go to the moon easily and stay there just like the rise from $400 to $600

Agree,  theres an always time for everything as  you said  if  there is  a pump that suddenly happenss then some  of whales would surely dump it because  they didnt expect that to happen.  We could always assume that price of bitcoin would  go  on  to that pricepoint but we dont really have an  idea on when it would reach that amount.
9440  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: October 01, 2016, 05:24:47 AM
That is why emergency funds shouldn't be taken for granted and not be considered as optional. We should be able to build an emergency fund that is equivalent to 3 to 6 months of what we spend. Better if we can make it bigger so that when the time comes that we are in dire need of money, there is some emergency fund on standby. And even if it is not enough, that should serve as a first aid.

Some say it will be idle money because it will just be sitting in your bank account without earning money. But emergency funds are life savers. Everything else in life can be planned but emergencies cannot. Emergency funds answer for those needs.

I agree savings are savings and can be called emergency fund if things went wrong and needed money for it.  But if you have savings then you will be not in desperate need  of money because you already have the fund for your need.  So it wont force you to borrow money from bank or other people  which most people who don't have reserve  fund actually do when in need of money.
But not all people have savings if they are disperate the only thing that they can do is to borrow money to others. or they can also borrow a loan in banks   but only people who has job that can take loan..
As long as you have a good collateral for your loan, the bank will give you a loan. But it is not the best option because banks puts large interests on your loans. That will put you in a greater debts even if you missed just one pay.

Yes, banks would intend  to give you  a loan especially when you have a good collateral like house, lot, car  and other valuable things. As you said   the main  problem  here on  borrowing  into banks is the  high interest that they  put on your  loan which is somehow a  drawback  for us when  we intend to  borrow from them.
