Nope, not me. My bad. Little ventured, little gained.

Soon enough your Bitcointalk account will be a historical artefact so you can auction it at Christies when needs must.

So, i deduce that we are all rich, now ?

By my standards, no. But I am an incorrigible princess.

Only this morning I held my breath until I passed out because Mother didn't bring me toast the way I like it when I woke up.

go big or go home

I was watching the film that features last night funnily enough.

Fine vehicle. I could make a better film while a basketball team tried to pass through my ring piece at the same time.

Choose a RIMAC instead ...  Grin

Embrace the autumn years of fossil fuels while we still can.

And get one of these

It would have meant that CME thought that $96,000 per bitcoin within 3 months was a real possibility.  Based on 47% margin and $19k price, they think  $27k bitcoin is a real possibility within 3 months.

Interesting. Can I pay you to keep a Skype channel open to answer all this stuff in the future? My brain isn't what it was after quitting smoking.
9466  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 16, 2017, 07:53:59 PM
Sorry this might be bad information.  The only authoritative source I can find says 43 -47% margin.   Carry on.

http://www.cmegroup.com/notices/clearing/2017/12/Chadv17-480.pdf

That's fine. I didn't understand that either.

What would it have meant?
9467  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 16, 2017, 07:44:47 PM
CME has just increased their margin requirements for shorts to 500%.

Edit: for those not fond of math, you need to post $95,000 margin to short one paper bitcoin at $19,000.

Where can we see this?

I understand fuck all about futures but it sounds cool. Or doesn't. I dunno.

Well, I'm a right-of-center-leaning, Conservative nigger.

How do recommend we resolve this ?

A pistol-duel ?

A kissin' and cuddlin' livestream.

Wait, why are you supporting some dumb cunt who is blaming a man for anything in Canada of all places?

The better question would be why are you standing up for Harvey Weinstein?

He's like the least likable guy in Hollywood.

Cos he has a willy between his fat legs.
9471  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 16, 2017, 07:23:05 PM
That's it Ibian

good bye

Don't mention feminoids or occasional Yiddisher and you can still be friends.
9472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: December 16, 2017, 05:59:17 PM
why push other exchanges
or pay them for getting listed
they can add us if they want but dont waste energy for that

instead full focus on zeus exchange!
the goal must be get other coins trade on our exchange and not the other direction
and we all profit by fees because zeus run on top of NEM chain

https://zeus.exchange/

That's naive. You can't rustle up customers out of nowhere. Exchanges take years to build and there's a strong chance new ones never take off. There's a huge list of dead or empty exchanges.

From now on it's going to become even harder to get traction. It would be like launching a new bank and trying to poach HSBC's customers. The odds of succeeding are painfully low.
9473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: December 16, 2017, 04:39:52 PM
That's very strange that ppl think that exchanges add some value to the crypto. NEM is listed on best alt exchange, absolutely no need for extra unless they list NEM themselves.

They add visibility and they add choice. There's no other coin so high up with such a pitiful amount of options to buy. It badly needs to be on some heavyweight exchanges, not the usual alt shitholes, and it needs proper USD and EUR markets.
9474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: December 16, 2017, 01:52:31 PM
Nem should be added to coinbase

They probably get spammed ten thousand times a day by pumpers. The only people they would actually listen to would be the core team and even then there are many other coins with more volume and that's what they're interested in.

The NEM foundation have said they're talking to other exchanges so let's leave them to it and see if they come up with a result.
9475  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Argentines crash Bitcoin at the end of December because of a new tax? on: December 16, 2017, 12:36:39 AM
Does anyone honestly believe any South American country collects a fraction of the taxes it's actually owed? No one's going to pay this. Even in supposedly fully functioning economies like Italy tax evasion is the national sport.

Everyone from shaky economies is fully versed in hiding their money from the government. Crypto makes it a ton easier.
9476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 NEM = $1 USD on: December 16, 2017, 12:11:04 AM
A pretty prescient first post there. The $10,000 Bitcoin has been and gone recently. Perhaps the $1 XEM will happen in the next few months. It's been a lengthy journey.

And for anyone who's interested XEM has been the best performing crypto this year, outside of freaky unknowns, not that anyone here ever seems to notice - https://www.investing.com/analysis/6-cryptocurrencies-putting-bitcoins-rally-to-shame-200273068
9477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: December 15, 2017, 09:00:31 PM
What the fuck is on with you people?

Read the tweet above. Bitpay have confirmed they will be processing BCH payments.

That's a bit more significant than your willy waving.
9478  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 15, 2017, 08:53:58 PM
I presume they are partly motivated by the failure of Bitcoin with this backlog and I do consider it a kind of soft failure, for user experience its not acceptable.  Whoever thinks 20 dollar fees is ok is not right with the world, most arent cruising at that altitude.

They've done nothing to implement Segwit which for all we know might clear up fees completely right now if fully rolled out. Bitmain is in bed with them. That says it all.

Bitpay goes Bcash.

No effort for Segwit. Them Bitmain shekels are powerful.
