Kyrie Irving Thanks Cleveland Cavaliers Fans

""My special thank you to Cleveland" *Link in Bio. My love extends way beyond the court I have for Cleveland and it will always be a place thats special because of the great people and experiences. The Ups and downs, we stand and fight no matter what the circumstances are, and that's what being in Cleveland embodies, it is all Love and a whole lotta pride. To the incredible individuals I've met who support the Cleveland organization and help allow us as Players to feel a special bond to the State/City and shared countless moments with, keep being YOU and know that my appreciation is eternal. Thank you From my whole being for being there as I was a 19 year old kid coming into the league, to now where I start another step in the journey as a 25 year old Evolving man. It will Always be Love and respect Cleveland. "The journey is always the Reward" #KyrieWick"

Cleveland Cavaliers fans will definitely miss this young guy but they have to accept that no Uncle Drew will be played on Cavs jersey this upcoming season. But hey Cavs fans already knows the feeling of being left so I think they will not bitter by this trade. Respect as always and thanks this guy for his distribution on Cavs franchise.

Yes it's different when LBJ left Cavaliers so I think acceptance will just be an easy task for Cavaliers fans now that Kyrie Irving left.

He wants a new journey so let's just respect this without linking Lebron James shadow issue because Irving must accept that if no Lebron James, no such thing as Cavaliers will make their first NBA champ. It's a team play and every Cavs players contribute to that championship. Now a new chapter for Irving and goodluck. Can't wait to watch the season opening. It will be a blast.

No such thing as burning jerseys here lol. I know Cavs community is matured enough to accept what's happened. And besides honestly, they care more for Lebron James over Kyrie Irving. It's just that Kyrie is a big loss.

But on the other hand, new additional players on the squad is all caliber player and well known for having a good performance last season in the jersey of Boston Celtics. Hope that they will able to do the same or even more wearing the Cavaliers jersey.

Hope they won't burn LBJ's jersey yet again when he decides to call it off next year. There are rumors still.

It's different. The first time Lebron leaved the CAVS is really a dissapointment for fans although they must understand James side here. And it was a shocking news and no one is ready. And contract is contract, if James will leave next year then so be it and CAVS fans is matured enough as Lebron already made history in CAVS franchise when they made a championship. Anyways that rumor is close to reality. Let's see what will happened.

Harden has plenty of talent but he has no will to win or persevere, at least yet in my opinion, we'll see how Chris Paul affects his game, either positively or negatively.

Harden is a choker and he proved it many times during playoffs (first time when their team reached NBA finals for the first time).

Look at some videos in their recent playoffs match against the San Antonio Spurts. Honestly they owned Spurs and can advance to West finals to faced the Golden State Warriors but Harden's attitude came again. If anyone who is Harden fans here and can't believed on my sayings, try to watch some of it's "obvious error" during their last game against the Spurs in which we don't know if he really wants to win or not. Totally a crap performance that game after having a good stats in their previous games.
Yeah he chalked but Lebron is also a choker but I understand the situation of Harden because he is the only one who is making an effort for his team.
Now, that he had Chris Paul which I think a clutch man, he does not need to manage the crunch time, he is just gonna do his thing and let Paul manage the rest.
Everyone's choke, we know that. There is always time that your play isn't that good. Also, playoffs performance  in offense/defense is completely different in regular games. Sorry to other fans, but the only team who really has a chance to get a ring is only Cavs, GSW, Spurs. Others can compete too, but not enough to get a ring.

Well calling Harden a choker to me is too soon but I get why some would like to think that. I don't think he's a choker per se but he lacks attitude and even discipline. I think he cares more about money, business, clothing and cars than basketball lol. And if he cares about basketball he cares about all the wrong things, being a top scorer and stat maniac without focusing on winning and creating a legacy. Perhaps he's too immature and Chris Paul will finally inject some of these qualities in him, that's my wish since he has amazing talent, no one can deny that.

Somehow agree. In most important situation like the dead zone for playoffs during their last meetup with the SAS where they should knock a win, Harden performance becoming worst and his mistakes is like "hey noob?". I understand his first final appearance back in OKC but it must be just on early games but what happened is all games that time, his performance is worst and really not focus. Now Rockets have a player that can considered also a team leader, hope Harden will changed his behaviour.
9462  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao vs. Horn - REMATCH! on: September 01, 2017, 11:25:57 PM
This is Pacquiao wants to make rematch with Horn, because Pacquiao prove to the people he deserves to become winner at the end if they rematch. I choose Pacquiao because he is the great boxer in boxing industry he has many records done already.
Reports emerging is that the rematch between Pacquiao and Horn has been called off due to the fact that Pacquiao has some senatorial obligations to the people of Phillipines as he will be part of a delegation to China during that time. I think it's time he focuses on either the sports or politics.
That's true. You can read more here.
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2730880-manny-pacquiao-pulls-out-of-jeff-horn-rematch-due-to-filipino-government-duties

Unfortunately there will be no fight and no betting guys, time to wrap it up and close this thread.

Yes it's been a headline here in the Philippines that Pacquiao will not return in the ring by November because of government duties that will take place in the period where the expected bout against Jeff Horn will taked placed. But for me, he can skipped that, don't have an idea about what his team is thinking.

Well I don't see any reason for fans to be pissed off since the rematch can take placed next year 2018. And no, don't closed the thread. You don't know their plans and maybe one of this days the headline today will be changed. Or if you really want to closed the thread, asked OP then just make another one once winds blows on a different direction.
9463  Economy / Speculation / Re: Invest in Bitcoin right now? on: September 01, 2017, 11:12:21 PM
It's amazing that not too long ago I was telling my friends on social media that bitcoin is making an all time high of $2000, and now we need a major correction to return to that level. If I'm starting to invest in bitcoin now, I would also split my money and invest a small portion now, and keep the rest hoping there will be a correction later. The nice thing about bitcoin is that, unlike stocks, we don't need to buy a whole coin.

I agree, you strategy is quite interesting but the problem on that is if bitcoin goes up to the price of $7000  and it did a correction and goes down to $6000, definitely you will regret that you did not use all your fund in investing today but then if the opposite happen then you will be rejoicing.  Though I can say all in today then add another tomorrow if you see another potential Smiley  that way you will earn more if Bitcoin price go uptrend steadily.

Not putting all funds in a preferred current price rate is normal because of anticipation. That's why it's important that we have an extra ammos so that while we able to buy at given price then the price decrease after, still we have funds to be used to take advantage of that price dip.

Others are doing that if ever they like to buy at the specific rate but having hard time in analyzing what would happened next. So in such a case that there is a dip that will happened still they can managed to get in. Different people have different strategy. It's up to us how we will execute it.
9464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The benefits of gambling online with Bitcoin on: September 01, 2017, 10:57:49 PM
I think It's better to make deposits to your favorite online casino or sportsbook with bitcoin rather than traditional methods like cash and credit cards, based on the reasons below.

Smaller transaction fees ( if any )
Almost instant access to funds
Super fast payouts for bitcoin withdrawals
Generous bitcoin deposit bonuses
Anonymity for the discreet gambler.

Do you agree or disagree?

Above all of this, bitcoin is easy to access that's why it way more convenient when depositing funds on a bitcoin gambling site.

But for me it's not with the comparison since I see it's not making sense to me. It's just that a newbie will surely having a hard time to deposit fiat) money if they want to play into usual gambling site (outside bitcoin). But for those who is already a usual gambler in those fiat gambling site, depositing money is just seconds away. Also some credit cards only charge low fees (especially the one that I have), so meaning just in case we have no money on hand, they can still do gambling although the temptation will be higher. Well it can be control depends on a person.
9465  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN PRICE NEVER GO DOWN on: September 01, 2017, 10:45:54 PM
Bitcoin prices always go up every day, and the price can not be stopped, if always like this, when bitcoin prices will go down?
Or will not the bitcoin price go down?

Kinda unusual for a Hero Member who is already on the community for long time to asked questions like that.

The current trend is upward that's why you can say that it's unstoppable. And when it will go down? Obviously no one knows here. It's also unusual to think that bitcoin price will not go down. It can go down and there is always a possibility for that because price is volatile.
9466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos on: September 01, 2017, 10:33:10 PM
Hey everyone. How many of you play at a bitcoin casino? Do you play at mBitcasino? DO YOU GUYS FEEL CHEATED EVER SINCE BITCOIN PRICES SKYROCKETED?! If yes I would like to hear your story. Because I feel as if I have been CHEATED thousands of dollars. Roughly at least 10k.... and with such came a huge amount of never ending consecutive losing spins that are so consistent as it feels as if RNG is not applied, more like scripted is what I would recall it.

You played against the house edge so that is normal. Also it's quite usual now for lossers that they feel they are being cheated because they totally lose.

I suggest you to move on and try to learn different method to earn you money.

Game System Fairness and Security

At the time, there was nothing official mentioned on the site about mBit Casino being provably fair. However, the providers of the games on mBit Casino, such as Play’n Go and Betsoft, are known to be regularly audited by third parties to make sure that the games they supply pass fairness and reliability tests.
9467  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia hacked !? on: September 01, 2017, 10:23:19 PM
The moment I read this, I rushed to my Cryptopia account and fortunately everything was fine.

Maybe there are some "shit" that is happening right now affecting only some number of user. I will still not withdraw my funds here as it was not that decent amount and will continue to do trades here. Security will be depend on a user and the only thing we can be compromised is if the Cryptopia itself will turned into a shit.
9468  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum wallet restoring issue on: September 01, 2017, 10:09:33 PM
That's gonna be tedious Embarrassed
Is the words order important? Will I have to try all the combinations?

Yes words order are important. No you don't have to try all the combinations but only pick a word, goodluck to that.

I think your saved phrase is in order already because you copied it obviously. Now like the other poster said here, maybe you accidentally erase the last word (I will assume it's the last word). What you will do is to try all the words and put that as a last word. Again, goodluck to that.

Since your OS have been reinstalled there is no trace already of the Electrum stored in your computer which maybe can help you to skipped those word phrase but it will be a technical and we need knowledgeable person here to guide you.
9469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DO YOU AGREE? on: September 01, 2017, 09:49:49 PM
Hmm I really think that the $10000 prediction might be true. We have a group conversation in facebook where we talk a lot about cryptocurrencies and this topic was brought up to us and we believe that it is true. It was only delayed because of many ICOS.
It won't take bitcoins long to touch its next target which is 10k dollars. Maybe, in 2018 it would be this much valuable. However, I have heard people who talk about 100k dollars but that are a big amount really. It will take it some time and maybe I will not live that long, to see bitcoins this expensive.
My instincts tell me the same. Bitcoins will be worth ten thousand dollars within two years or so. It is becoming more and more expensive with every passing month. I was thinking about a dip to occur but there are no signs of it so far. It is making progress by leaps and bounds.

Reaching $10,000 or close to that price may seems to be realistic given the timeframe will be until next year and what's more if it until 2019. Now to the main concern of OP,  $40,000 - $110,000 seems to be realistic "if" it will be based on continous bull run. Actually the timeframe until 2019 is already long since the basis was "continous bull run".

But in reality, there is a thing called price crash that can lasts for days or weeks before pumping it up again, meaning it will eat some of the period until 2019 reached. Conclusion; I will give 30% chance "for now" that bitcoin price will reached $40k+ but not in the timeframe until 2019. Who knows anyways.
9470  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need advice for bitcoin wallet.. on: September 01, 2017, 05:35:55 AM
I am newcomer and very interested about bitcoin. I need a wallet before I am purchase some bitcoin. What is the best and most secure bitcoin wallet?

Your suggestion is very important to me

What are you planning to do?

Hold it for long term? If yes then I suggest Electrum.

Trade it instantly with the exchange you purchase your bitcoin (If there is a Sell option and your country is accepted) once you see the price is good? If yes then just stay your bitcoins there.

Trade it instantly on a trading platform and sell it once you see the price is good? Then used their trading wallet.

Yes it's risky to put bitcoins online but selling without a hassle is only possible when dealing in an online exchanges or trading platforms.

9471  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting on bitcoin prize on: September 01, 2017, 05:02:52 AM
Hello guys, I have created simple web where you can bet your bitcoin predictions. I saw many people always saying "hey, btc will cost in a week XXXX dollars" and other guys were against saying "No, it will cost
YYYY dollars". So now everyone can try his own guesses against other ones with my website http://bitstampguess.com/ What is your opinion about that?

All I can say is, this is a great game...

BUT....

The question here is the legitimacy. Honestly I can make a website like that and even my intention is honest, no way I can get trust here because they have no reason to believe that this will be a legitimate one. And I think you are in a rush just to make profits because your system even accept this "21321321321321" as bitcoin address. Also how will you verify that the one who send you funds is the receiving address we have input there. Lots of holes mate. You really in a rush getting BTC's here.
9472  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: August 31, 2017, 11:26:09 PM
Retailers will accept when it will be stable. It’s good that japan has accepted Bitcoin in their society. Even more better that they have integrated it in their local stores. But for some retailers in other countries to accept it, it should be stable first. I imagine that it can be frustrating that you’ve received bitcoin payment worth $20 only for it to turn to $17 when you cash it out because of its volatile nature.

Bitcoin will not become stable, maybe will last for 10 years or more. Since bitcoin was being introduced as money to make more money, majority will take this chance to considered this as an investment rather than a currency. For merchants to accept bitcoin, they must also accept the volatility on it.

If other merchants able to accept bitcoin even with hard volatility, there is also a chance that more merchants will follow. They just have to do brainstorming on how they will deal with this kind of price movement in bitcoin currency.
9473  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why Poloniex Sucks on: August 31, 2017, 10:47:16 PM
Anyone else having trouble signing up with Poloniex? I found their on-boarding difficult, and they will not respond to the Support Ticket I created. My Profile has simply said 'Submitted' for 5 days now. Time to move on?

Poloniex really having a slow respond and their ratings really sucks based on others when it comes in handling support ticket.

But what's confusing me here is, registration is not related to this because it's on system based. Maybe they have a new rule about signing up. Remember Bittrex? There will be an error if you registered with password not including Uppercase+LowerCase and symbols and that specific error will not be shown so anyone doesn't have an idea what is goind on. Maybe you can try that on Poloniex.
9474  Economy / Economics / Re: Five common mistakes made by Bitcoin users on: August 31, 2017, 09:58:02 PM
All listed not just by OP but for others as well is not a mistake totally if newbies did those since they are in the stage of learning.

It's totally a mistake if it's done by an experienced bitcoin user or a user that already in bitcoin world for months but still can't understand even just the basics.

6. Waste time on faucets (we all did)
7. Collect dust and pay high fees on it

We don't need to pay fees back then when using faucet as payment processors pays for it such as Faucetbox. And upon receiving on the web wallet no need also to pay higher fees because they covered it. Also in my case, if I didn't waste time on faucets, I will not reached my status today. Smiley
9475  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Question - Default Wallet on: August 31, 2017, 09:32:17 PM
Is there a way to change my Coinbase settings so that when I buy BTC it immediately goes into my Blockchain.info wallet? Right now I have to buy with Coinbase (paying a fee) and then if I want it in my Blockchain wallet I have to pay another fee.

You have no choice but to deal with the sending fees. As far as my knowledge is concerned, there is no collaboration between Coinbase and Blockchain. Blockchain is not an exchange company in the first place where you can buy and sell bitcoin.

Why you want to transfer it in Blockchain? If you plan to hold bitcoin for long, try to buy on greater quantity to avoid fees. If not then just Coinbase directly.

9477  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price by December? on: August 31, 2017, 08:46:58 PM
I would say 6000$. Maybe to some this looks to small price having in mind that now we are very close to 5000$ but in this last quarter of the year the price maybe will not rise so fast and also some minor corrections are possible. It's also possible that we reach 5000$ soon and then the price remains more or less stable at that value.

That $6000 was too much mate, I would rather prefer at $5000 because fluctuations is happening for several days right now. Prior we are at the month of december we will encounter lots of challenging situations and most of the investors might panic during these days, there will be some speculations will come out. Just like those days at $3000 when that time price wasn't yet at $4000, panic sellers always tend to sell not in a right time that's why more investors regret this time while bitcoin price now ranging at $4000 to $5000 at present days.

Fluctuations always happened since the inception of bitcoin and it will not be ended.

The current trend is upward and no such thing as upcoming big factor to consider that bitcoin price will not be able touched $6,000 by end of the year. Even a large swing may happened as of we speak still it can't pulled down much the price. Most of the speculators, trolls or not, being backed up or not, majority of them eyeing bitcoin will be somehow playing at the range of above $5000 for up to $7,000+ before the year ends.

But who knows what will happen so let's just wait and see.
9478  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is it still worth trusting the services of Xapo? on: August 31, 2017, 07:57:03 PM
I am one of those beginners whose initial choice to get my first satoshis were the faucets. At that time Xapo was instituted as the wallet preferred by beginners because it did not charge fees, allowed very small transactions and was the most popular wallet among faucet managers.

But over the course of this couple of years all those attributes that made it advantageous have been gradually disappearing and has become an expensive and especially risky wallet since Xapo is the sole owner of our private keys. The disadvantage of this matter has now come to light more than ever because it has not given us options to collect our portion of the corresponding Bitcoin Cash.

That is why I wonder if anyone in the forum still sees some advantage for which it is convenient to continue depositing our coins in Xapo?

As far as my own experienced is the basis, Im happy to continue dealing with XAPO exchange. Im not new to bitcoin anymore and knows the risk of using online wallets but unlike many other web wallets around, there are some good things that I encountered in Xapo and one of those is their ability to handle customer concern. It's not like that I have to wait for many days but I get a response in no time compare to other exchanges (especially trading platforms) that eats almost over a couple of weeks.

About the fees, then I found it high since bitcoin price is increasing but furthermore it's all about the congestion in bitcoin network so not just XAPO but every web exchanges also have some "high" fees above our what we used to be in the past.

If ever they will turned to fraud? Then up to them. This is the risk when using online exchanges as we don't know what will happened next.

9480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking about making a Bitcoin mixer - suggestions? on: August 31, 2017, 07:22:10 PM
I know there's a variety of mixers out there, but I'm considering making my own. Part technical challenge for myself, part filling the hole left by bitmixer. It will be a centralized mixing service (not using coinjoin or anything). You send coins to some address and receive coins from another address. Nothing mind-bending, I know. But I'd love to get people's opinions on mixers they like, don't like, etc.

Thanks!

If you have knowledge well including how it will be done technically, knows how to deal with the technical problems, have a great team that knows very well how mixing works, have a guts to start a service like that, knows all the pros and cons while dealing at that kind of offered services, knows all the associated risk, have a decent budget and above all of this, overall knows everything as in everything then no one can stop here you for making one even there are concerns by the others.

If you want to pursue that, so be it. Goodluck then.
