I really doubt that it is possible in long term. Yes, there are numerous poker players who win often and a lot, but much much more other people who are losing their money.
The only way to be profitable in long term is ownership of casino company or poker rooms
Probably the one who is losing are the ones where the money comes from the players win and the casino is happy from that because they earn something from the loss of somebody. In the long run, the casino always wins and there is nothing you could do about it. |

The only lesson gambling taught me is about being dependent. You don't have to be dependent on gambling.
It's only good for fun and you should do it accordingly because it doesn't make any sense if you'll do it for profit.

What can be learning in life from gambling? We know a very large number of cases when gambling has only made things worse and has not taught a person. This dependence is very difficult to cope with. But if you're going there expecting to win that's a bad thing, you're either going to be disappointed or you'll be disappointed later on when you come back. I was regularly betting on sports and I usually broke even, but when I started to lose a bit and get emotions to control my betting then I just pulled out and haven't betted in a year or two.
This is amazing, you are able to distance yourself from gambling with not much of an issue. This is definitely not easy for a lot of people out there. They will try to avoid for days or weeks, but within a month or 2, they will still end up coming back to gamble for more. It has already been a habit for them. Yeah this is good and you are one of very few gamblers that are able to control your emotions. So you haven't bet for let's say two years from now. Do you still gamble or is it getting into your mind that you want to gamble again? I believe it takes around 6 months to form a habit, and around the same to break one. So he probably doesn't have the urge to go gamble anymore, the start is the hardest, later on it gets easier Where have you read that because I'm interested in researchers that explored the effects of habits or forming a habit and it's significant effect to humans. Invest dude. Bitcoin is the only thing in the world which can be invested at any time and it will still benefit you with its magic a lot. I am long time into bitcoin which makes more comfortable to invest into bitcoin. The long run investment are even better in case of bitcoin which means the more the time you spend the more you will get return from your bitcoin investment.
Invest is definitely one of the things that you need to do when you have money already. If you think about it, Bitcoin has been one of the wildest and best investments that I have not just with money but with the time I spent learning it and understanding what I could do with it. It is really up to the person who is playing if he or she use his or her profit. But I do not urge on using the profit because that's my win. If I lose those I will go home without any money. But what I'm doing is if I already won I will go home. So winning something that exceeds my first money is equal to my house haha.

Which sports or matches are the easiest to wager on? I know different people like different sports but which one is most or easily profitable than others? Most people stick with what they know only, like me I prefer tennis, world cup football and basketball but which ones you should bet on since they are "easy"
For me id go for World cup football and basketball because it is EASY to know what team will win although the stakes are low for the sure win team it can still be called winning. Profit tho. I agreed with that football and basketball is the easiest way to predict who will win in the match, They both called superstars player and team also. If you think about it, there are a lot of super teams that dominate football or basketball or some sport that is really awesome. I believe gambling we all lose in long term but if we never won then we wouldn't be addicted in the first place that is the kick. I have seen people gamble all day with far smaller amount in pocket than that. I really would quit trying to understand the addicts point of view and focus on what you can control and influence. Gambling will only stop or cease when you wishes it too and not a single second beforehand.
I don't get it, but I dot believe that gambling addicts has a reason on how they start and why they are addicted to gambling and why they still gamble. Anyway, back to the topic. All I can say is, it is not profitable. Try to analyze the situation, if we gamble, we lose more than what we win. However a gambler can't feel it when atleast once they hit a win. So for me, no, gambling is not profitable in the long run. That's true for gambling, especially in the long run. It's better to invest something that is sure and worth to buy like trading. Buy lessons in order to improve your knowledge in the market and you can never know what will happen but still, depends on the person. What bigger are you talking about? There are a lot of ways that you could use the money for the benefit of yourself, something better to do with it. It's better to have a safety money amount that will cover yourself for at least 3 months if you haven't got a job or work. Better to be safe than sorry. |

Mr. Robot was one of my favorite new tv shows in the first season, but the second season got super weird and kind of lost a lot of steam in my opinion. I hope they come back strong with a good 3rd season.
In my opinion, I think Mr. Robot season 2 was strong and really intruiging knowing that it became weird because it was really surprising. The authenticity of the codes are real that's why I like it. Breaking Bad, is obviously one of the best shows of all time, but I think their molasses slow developing Better Call Saul better pick up the pace before it works towards the detriment of what an awesome creation Breaking Bad was.
It is really one of the best shows because it's really interesting that it made people remember things and there are a lot of things actual about it because it could really happen in real life, probably there already. House of Cards is great...I watch the entire season in like a weekend. Sometimes I wish they dropped that show like 2 episodes a week or something like that so that it would last longer.
I started it but it didn't end it because I didn't get to have a copy and wasn't really that interested Never watched Limitless...Movies that have been translated into TV Shows usually don't sit well with me. Fargo may be the only exception in my opinion.

Gambling is not my cup of tea to make money as I don't have that high risk taking ability so whenever I gamble its only for fun with very low amount so to make money on regular basis I will prefer to invest my money either online or in real world from where I can expect regular returns.

It is designed in such a way that you have chances to profit from it but as time past, you will realise that the house edge will constantly put you in disadvantage and you will lose in the long run. That's what WORK is in a nutshell. If you think about it, they put money and effort into creating something that would benefit them more and probably earn a profit, won't you do the same if you can? IMO, there should be only one type of taxation. Where I live, we pay indirect taxes in addition to the direct tax (income tax). The burden is getting more and more heavier with each passing year.
So you should only be extorted in one way instead of two. I guess that is better. Nothing is better when the tax that you are paying is used for other things, they will just go to the corrupt politicians, they are the thieves in this world. It's hard to prevent it but they got power and obviously they want more. |

But for me the easiest sport to bet for sure is tennis - it is easy to bet for Federer, Nadal or Dokovic when they play with weak opponent. In situations like this odds are very low, but when you bet big amount, you can be almost sure that you win  Rsiking big amounts which like you gonna perfectly win on that game doesnt guaranteed chances of losing might be there odss would really be low considering on which player is the most and the least favorite. By betting big amounts on favorites might give you the feel of profits but we should always think of on the risk always. I do gamble sometimes for Fun and somehow profit. The fun in gambling is that the excitement that I feel whenever I engage in some betting games, I like the feeling of being nervous and at the same time happy. I don't why but whenever I bet or gamble, I always get that feeling. For profit? Yeah, I guess it's part of gambling we can't take that off.

I'm gambling to find profit. In spite of the fact, when have won, i still continue gambling because hope to achieve big winning, greed is my weakness in gambling.
And most people make a profit in gambling. Well, very few people are looking for fun in gambling, but most of them lose some of their possessions for gambling. In gambling it is hard to win the game even the purpose is to entertain or to earn profit. Usually I gamble to earn and for fn even I experience of winning the problem is greediness that I wanted to earn profit more. So, actually my reason is both for fun and for profit. It's really hard to win because you cannot change your chances regardless of your purpose, I do gamble for money when I started in gambling but as time goes by and I experienced a lot of loses that is when I realize that I need to minimize my spending and just enjoy it. Now, I can stay I already have that control inside me, and admittedly I still lose but the fun that I experience now is better than in the past, it's the result of change in mindset. It will still depend on your type of game if you want it to be in an instant or not. It's all about the money, in my opinion, knowing that you gamble to earn more, it's not the best source of income but it could be. The purpose wouldn't be a factor and everything will still stay the same. |
