PSG - Bayern aren't really sure which one will win as these are the two best teams and despite that, they don't have clean defenses so it's no wonder in the first leg there were 5 goals in total scored. Obviously Bayern won't give up here so easily, so I just believe the game will go on with many more goals. For Chelsea - Porto, I personally still believe Chelsea will still dominate the match, winning is a definite result for Chelsea in my predictions.

Thanks a lot for the heads up on the start and end dates. I reckon that I would have enjoyed the completion more if the stats were updated in real time so I know how I fare against other participants. That way, I can keep it in mind and make informed decisions. I wouldn't blame @vennali too. It isn't an easy jobs to manually make these updates as quickly as possible. Majority of the times I look at the stats sheet, it's nearly the same since the first time I saw it.
Well, that's what I considered at the beginning when the tournament didn't have a sponsor, because tournaments like this had existed in the past but were held on one site or at the sponsor itself, so the tournament had its own page on the sponsor's site and it made the count happen automatically which of course the tournament is becoming and looks very attractive. But yes, I also realized @vennali has a lot to do, but coming back to the tournament itself because after all the tournament has to look more exciting. So yes, before moving on to the next round I think everything needs to be prepared more carefully and better so that this tournament becomes more interesting and fun. |

With a little more than one day left till the end of the competition, I've passed the 20 bet threshold today. How about you, are there still people like me who haven't been making lots of bets here?
I'm also wondering about the stats. Mine were only updated for my first 11 bets, and the win/loss column was updated only for the first 3 bets that I placed for this competition. I can see that there are others whose stats weren't updated for a while as well, but I guess it's understandable that it's an overwhelming amount of work for one person, so no worries there. It's just that without actively updated stats, it's very hard to see how everyone's doing so far, and how close or far from winning the competition I am in comparison with others.
I won 9/14 bets that were already settled if I'm not mistaken, but they were largely on pretty low odds, so I have no idea where this puts me.
The competition started on 15th of March and I'm expecting it to end tentatively on 15th of April which is a few days from today (I might be wrong). Anyway, I haven't been that much active since the competition started due to other engagements I have in the real world and like you, my stats haven't been updated so I don't know where that puts me. But before the competition comes to an end, I'm making a last minute push to get to bets in and hopefully enough wins to get me closer. I'll be keeping an eye out for any updates in the last couple of days. Until then, good luck to you and everyone else participating. As everyone has said, yes you will lose in the long run. But the biggest mistake people make is bet size. If you control size and you stick with levels you are comfortable with, gambling can stay fun and you increase the chance of profit.
Not at all when the game is based on luck even if there's a bet size you do care, even if you have control over the size of bet you don't have the control of the outcome. It's indeed fun but for those who make it as living it could be a little dramatic on their end. He does not mean to say that controlling bet size = controlling the outcome. What he want to say is that we as gambler should have our own limit by controlling our bet so no matter what will be the result then it wont affect us financially. In other words, it is the same as the most popular quote "gamble what you can afford to lose only". Also, controlling the size of the bet or betting what you can afford to lose is basically the right way, and it will still be fun if you only play the games or matches you like with the odds being kept in mind. I personally have tried a lot to control the size of the bet but if I don't adjust the odds then the result will still be emotional. So to keep things fun, you can't just control the size of the bet, because at least you have to adjust for other factors as well. |

I just realized United-Tottenham's first match, the match was won by Tottenham 1-6. But it looks like the trend won't continue or maybe Tottenham will surprise again now by winning big or losing big, who knows. I personally remain confident to bet on United because considering United could break City's previous winning streak, it is a great achievement in my view so I am sure this match will be a draw or United win.

Don't understand what's wrong with City, because even Leeds have only played with 10 players and even though City have lost their form I'm sure City will still win because the difference in players on the field is a clear differentiating factor. +Manchester city vs Leeds United: am not going to bank on Manchester city to win Leeds their first game -leg- of the season was a draw, I think Leeds has the antidote for Manchester city Football, I think it another draw between this strong teams. + Liverpool vs Aston Villa: not the Liverpool of 2019-2020 season, or the starting of the season, but a different and improved Aston Villa team from 2019-2020, the never to be forgotten first leg still taste bitter in the mouth of Liverpool, I think Liverpool would take a win this time. Liverpool and Manchester City have difficult Champions League matches in 4 days. and I think they will save energy for them. Especially Liverpool, which cannot afford to lose in the return game to Real Madrid. Manchester City is in a better position. They won their first match in the Champions League and also have a decent lead over their opponents in the Premier League. There will always be possibilities that will happen during the match and because of that, I just believe that each team will definitely continue to focus on the match that day and not the next match. Not sure about a cure for gambling disorder because for me, the only way to avoid gambling is to create another activity which will eventually make someone forget to gamble. Most of the gambling players continue to gamble because they have time to gamble, and that is the reason I say gamblers will avoid gambling if the gambler has other activities but of course it must be accompanied by determination. I'm not sure there is a drug that can make gamblers avoid gambling.

I am not interested in the coins that are on the list and also, for now I have no plans to buy any altcoins as I personally still hold some altcoins which makes me have to wait a little longer due to the stagnant price. At least that's my concern at the moment, buying altcoins worries me about holding on for longer just to get a good return. Even though the top coins have made their new ATH several times this season, unfortunately this trend doesn't make all altcoins get the same trend.
