It is about time that rooney is replaced however one thing that cant be replaced of him is the captain . He needs to be subs every 45 minutes to give youngster some chance however you cant really dump him instantly because it will affect the morale of the team so the best way is to sub him every 45 minutes or so Just like Henderson in Liverpool. He is captain. This season he played really well, but last season he isn't consistent. So Jurgen Klopp always keep him on the bench. But the result is good enough. Henderson is not really a captain, gerrard is still the captain for liverpool. Simply but straight forward with that statement. But I have to agree with you at that. He is full of hot air only and can not produce when it counts. I think his pockets are too full to even care if the team that he is managing even wins or loses their matches. It will be great to see him sacked by the management. Although Im a huge fans of manchester united, Im mostly against the idea of buying pogba however they did sign him in the end.
