Bonus is finished? I don't see the bonus info at token sale process bar as it was there till yesterday. However still phase 3 token sale is going on and for phase 3 I see 10% bonus. Now it's confusing if bonus is there or not.
The 3rd phase with 10% bonus ended yesterday. So I assume there won't be no bonus anymore in the 4th phase (atleast not 10% anymore). Yes i do not see any bonus more on their website so i am pretty sure that phase 3 is ended including the bonus with it, phase 4 will stay 13 more days. No more bonus. That is for sure. Remaining 12+ days will be without bonus. And also only limited amount of tokens left out in the sale. If somebody really needs to grab this opportunity, then its time to do it. They had a partnership with Coss if I remember correctly where you could get 5% bonus when participating in the ICO over the Coss exchange. Do you know if this bonus is over as well? |

Vanig is focusing on accepting only VANIG tokens and fiat as part of first product roll out. BTC and other top crypto's will be planned for later roll outs.
Im glad to hear it, I was a bit concerned hearing just VANIG tokens accepted, but I did think they would roll it out shortly. I guess it's good to test the product before it even gets rolled out to prevent bugs I was also concerned when i heard just vanig tokens will be available but i was later meant to know this will actually drive the demand for vanig tokens increasing the value for it... So both holder and vanig wins. I have one question here. I ma expecting Vanig tokens price to fluctuate frequently as people will be doing trading in this token. So the price of products will also change frequently? I think they just will bind product prices to fiat and the prices in tokens will be calculated on the moment of payment. Also, here is an answer from Vanig Co-Founder in telegram group: we are planning to explore the two token approach, so that Vanig tokens being used in ecommerce platform will be used solely for commerce platform and vanig rewards app and the second tokens will be used for exchanges to help on volatility for the Vanig platform That makes sense. It wouldn't be good to have fixed prices in tokens. Maybe later on but the volatility of cryptocurrencies is still too high in my opinion. |

Nice! They both seem like they have a strong background that they can bring to the project, great work guys! Always good to see a project expand the team giving more resources to work with. Shows the team are doing well and certainly looking to get bigger and bigger I think that is the right way to go focusing on the retail and supply chain; hopefully the advisors would help with their connections. I think Vanig has the advantage on those two fronts over other competition. Yeah, it's good that they have managed to add specialists on that field to their team. Vanig is really building something great here. Can't wait until the pre-sale starts in 20 days. |

What was the early ico price ? I once read that the price was rised after a certain time. What was it in the beginning of the ICO ?
That's correct. Price was increased as step by step. Now once sale will start then token price will be 2USD(1Kwatt ≈ 2.00 USD). I am not sure exactly remembered but beginning price was 0.75$. It should be 1$ if my memory serves me right it's currently at 1.75$ before July 3 days pre-listing Telegram add a friend bounty still ongoing, another means of amassing a lot of token for oneself  It actually started originally at $0.50, so those who got in super early are loving life now lol. Do you still know roughly how many tokens were sold for $0.50? Because that's quite a big bonus compared to the price now in the upcoming prelisting sale. |

Of course it should, the basic thing is the softcap which have been reached, it means whatever they need for the development of the project has beh attained, hardcap is giving it more power to achieve much more... You get it? Oh yes, I get that! It's just I've seen some really promising projects not go ahead before when they haven't hit hard cap! That is weird. Usually, like Nathan01 said, only the softcap matters. The amount of the softcap is calculated that as soon as the project reaches it, the ICO is considered successful and they have enough funds to develop their product. A hardcap is often just in place to limit the funding process. Thinking about it, the couple of times I have seen it, those projects were relatively low key start ups to be fair who had solid concepts etc but maybe too ambitious for their size and capital. It may well be that they moved the goalposts so to speak. As mentioned, a softcap is the key and i'm probably being paranoid with the hardcap haha. They still have phase 4 of the ICO now so hopefully they reach the hardcap as well. They've hit their softcap which is the minimum funds needs for the project to launch, so yeah they'll be going ahead, the hardcap was only a little more ($5mill?) than their softcap. The Bittwatt Coin Sale Goal is the equivalent of $30,400,000.00. The minimum funding goal is the equivalent of $25,300,000.00 (soft cap). Not sure what the hardcap figure is, but from the ico fund raiser looks to be around 90% so I have no doubt hardcap will be hit within the last 10/11 days Even though there is no bonus anymore, I am also confident that they can reach their hardcap in the remaining days. But even if they don't reach it, the ICO is already a complete success and they have raised enough money to build the platform. |

I think no one will disclose this information. That's why it's called private sale. Of course private investors who invest thousands or maybe millions of money can count on a bigger bonus than public sale participants. This is how it works on every ICO as I know. Yeah there are always Private sale investor in every ICO, I think private investor has to do with the big backers of a project. Normally there's always lock clause for some months attached to it. I wonder how many months lock up period does Bittwatt private sales investors have. But it wasn't a private sale. Just a pre-sale round for early supporters, right? Edit: Found on their Telegram channel that the pre-ICO bonus was 35%. Oh, so this information was not a secret, haha) Ok, I think presale participants deserved this bonus. They couldn't estimate the prospects in such way as we can now. Well, yeah. They supported the project right from the beginning so a bonus is just fair. And 35% is reasonable and isn't that big of a bonus that we have to fear a dump. |

I just took a quick look at their Whitepaper. Sounds really interesting. Just one thing I don't totally understand. The platform is built on Stellar but the tokens are on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC20)?
You are right the whitepaper and the project looks very promising. What I found on page 16 " SEED is a standard ERC-20 utility token. By holding SEED on the Superbloom platform, you are considered a member. Members have the ability to read due diligence and purchase tokens from our pipeline of projects." From what I understand, you need SEED to get access to the platform. I'm yet to get the whitepaper despite my registration already, what am I doing wrong? I signed up with my email address since yesterday I had no problems accessing it. Right after registering I got an email. It's a bit strange that you have to register with your name and email to get access to the whitepaper but I understand their points. They only want to give access to the document to someone who is really interested in the project and they don't accept US citizens. |

is that any other than the pre sale that starts in 21 days? Or is the first post just an incorrect date?
I guess originally they planned to start in on May 18th but decided to postpone the start a bit. So probably they just forgot to change the date in the OP, because I can't imagine that there will be two different pre-sales. |

That is a reasonable expansion plan given they were able to pull 2 plants so far. If they 2 plants break even expansion would not be a problem. I think it would all down to the available funds to actually start those otherwise it going to take longer until the business is sustainable.
The concept is solid, its just for them to maintain the cash flow and reinvestment plan to expand additional plants, i'd like to see them modernize the plants as they go along for the plants they buy instead of build as i'd imagine they aren't exactly the most modern platforms, can't wait to see some videos with the plants flying the 4new logo big and bold. Are they really buying all the plants? I don't know how much you have to pay for a working waste-to-energy plant but I can imagine it to be quite a lot. Maybe partnerships with other plant-operating companies could be a cheaper solution? To my knowdledve their purchasing them, that’s why it’s 2 to start that’s what they budgeted for and the. Eventually they will reinvest from the first plants to expand the number of plants that they have to grow the business as part of the reinvestments Okay, I see. Owning the plants definitely has its benefits, too. I am just wondering how they will manage to have enough money to buy up to 22 more plants in the future. Will they reinvest their part of the profit from the first 2 (3) plants completely into new plants? |

Vanig and FIAT both enough I think for initial stage. Most of the transaction will be done using Vanig tokens only I think. Rewards and cashback will be in Vanig tokens. Is there any discount if you pay with VANIG Tokens instead of Fiat? because then a lot of people would want to buy their product with their Tokens. That's a good question. Finally, you get paid the reward in tokens. I think it would be a good idea if you only get it when you pay in tokens. That would be good for the price of the token and therefore good for us investors You will have a lot of advantages if you pay with Vanig Token. On page 23 of the whitepaper you have table, there is a comparison between other companies and Vanig platform. The fees on Vanig platform are splitted in fiat and Vanig Token payment. Obviously fees payment in Vanig tokens could be the cheapest option and which makes it attractive. At the same time, if somebody dont have Vanig tokens, they can still use Fiat. Thats awesome. I agree i think it is a very good strategy because people will be attracted to buy Vanig Tokens because of the discount they will get. Yeah, every token needs something that can potentially drive up its price. The fact that you can save on fees when using Vanig tokens instead of fiat should be a good incentive to switch to the tokens. |

If it's an important field, competition will come up. That's normal. So even if there are other blockchain e-commerce project doesn't mean Vanig can be no success. It just needs something special. The IoT sensors you mentioned to track the packet or to control, for example, the temperature is exactly something that differs Vanig from other projects. |
