961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Social Media Outlets for Crypto on: January 03, 2019, 05:55:29 PM
Bitcoin is all over Twitter...i think they should also in FACEBOOK! Smiley
For me, there are only 2 social media that are best for bitcoin related stuff. It is the FACEBOOK and TWITTER.
Facebook because lots of normal people slide their phone with Facebook on their screen. Twitter was used by the developers, crypto-currency enthusiasts by expressing their thoughts there. You have the right to choose now.
962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Hodling Coins!!! on: January 03, 2019, 05:27:45 AM
Well, the holding strategy has its benefit too.  Not everyone has the time to monitor the crypto market, I guess everyone should choose the investment strategy suitable for them.
Holding as an investment isn't bad, yes, why they've chosen that because probably that's the only way to invest that easy to monitor even you have a lot of works. We have different strategies on how to earn money in investing cryptocurrency, fulltime investors may have time to do trading but those have other commitment they have to choose long time holding.
963  Economy / Economics / Re: Bulls are Retarded on: December 30, 2018, 11:42:30 PM
Bulls are retarded? I don't think so maybe that is a part of crypto and blockchain technology that can manipulate the market with whales and hopefully they tired of doing that. Helping each other and holding bitcoins as much as we can that probably contribute the market to make a bull run again and avoid panic selling.
964  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Fate of ICOs. on: December 30, 2018, 07:47:13 PM
As you all know that 90% of ICOs this year was a totally loss. most of all the tokens that hit the market are trading below price. some of catastrophic. some are trading below 90% to 95% of their list price. Majority of ICOs this days have has decided to run token sales on Exchanges. as the year comes to an End, Could there be another means of raising fund for tokens come 2019.?

I think there is always a possibility for that to happen, especially considering the market trends that do not seem to be favorable for the ICO market. However, since ICOs still get a big chunk of the ventures people make in the market, I would say that if there would be changes to help it improve then it would have a fighting chance since it already has the support.
They got a loss because of this market situation is too low price compare earlier month of this year. I've also noticed that some in ICO's project now got failed to their target and they have also lost their investment through this. But real crypto enthusiasts will have a solid decision on how to hold profitable projects.
965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoins on: December 30, 2018, 05:18:46 PM
Altcoins is an altcoin, it means it is an ALT of Bitcoin that no one can replace Bitcoin. Among all altcoins, I saw that Ethereum was leading on them but all altcoins were swinging also when the price of Bitcoin was dropped. Having a good opportunity that probably boom is Ethereum I like this technology most like ICO project used to purchase token.
966  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC defeated in 2019? on: December 30, 2018, 03:01:14 PM
No ones defeat on Bitcoin, even before there was trying to compete the Bitcoin price but luckily that coin has not passed the Bitcoin price if you remember the Ethereum before almost overtaken Bitcoin price.
Many projects token now are failed on their project if they start on the first quarter of this month, they don't have profit because on the movement the price is dragging down like a loop.
967  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin need a miracle on: December 30, 2018, 10:56:50 AM
No need to say anything. Bitcoin is perfectly fine, we just have to stop comparing it with fiat money. The ultimate aim is to measure everything in BTC not in USD. BTC is the perfect money, not USD, so BTC should be the unit of measure. Even if we are in a downtrend when we compare bitcoin with fiat money, it means nothing in the long run. Besides, this market situation may have a purgatory function, helping the space to get rid itself of many worthless altcoins. IMO, as long as the core functioning of bitcoins works as it should, we are perfectly fine.

Indeed. Bitcoin is fine its just a downfall and we need to wait when is the price rise again. For sure the miracle they talked about is the miracle to rise again before the 2018 year ends. Which is one day before it ends still the price is deeply down. So lets look forward to 2019 to rise the price and let it be whether it will rise or still continously drop.
Correct, Bitcoin investment is intended for a long-term investment holding not in short-term, so we should patiently wait the right time when Bitcoin price will rise again. If Bitcoin price at this year did not show any progress then let's hope that next year will be the best of the market. No need a miracle, let's go with the flow of the market.
968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much did you make from gambling in 2018! on: December 30, 2018, 09:08:23 AM
I didn't made much profits from gambling not only in 2018 just all time,so unlucky person.

Lol, I even make a negative profit if I am able to look back the history of my bets. Fortunately I didn't count how much money I already spend through gambling so the number won't hurt me a lot. Usually I play only with small part of my money and I just play it for fun.
We're the same situation buddy, I usually gambled on dice gambling site but there's such time that I always lose my money. Well, it's not too hurt because I only spend that have spare on my pocket that can I afford if ever I have a loss. I didn't count because I know I didn't have profit on gambling on this year, at least I've enjoyed every time I gambled.
969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is growing at nonstop rates in my country on: December 30, 2018, 06:04:16 AM
Governments only looking for the revenue so they are going to accept in what way they are going to come so they have allowed more casinos in your country it has many disadvantages.Which is not like online gambling playing in real life casino will give more contact to peaople and we may get addicted to drugs or drinking and much more when we have with those kind of people.
Not all governments have the same perspective on casino either online or a real casino, there are some places they did not tolerate people on engaging casinos especially those people prohibited to their religion. Online casino I think that is now fastest growing because a lot of people can gamble hiding from someone even the authorities or their families.
970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: people die, bitcoin's immortality on: December 30, 2018, 05:18:04 AM
By the way if many investors save and hold their bitcoin without know by their family or friend more afraid, when he die how to get back their bitcoin and make bitcoin supply will be less.
If someone's die and their bitcoin loss forever, it means can help supply because it will not tradeable in market or anything else. But i think that will rare to happen because peoples maybe already prepared for that.
If Bitcoin will lose from the owner and stuck on the wallet because of losing private keys that is forever in there and might be minings can have benefits on that. Yes, people die but bitcoin will remain in your wallet and have a big chance that it will exist more years come on the market.
971  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you lose your confidence as an investor? on: December 29, 2018, 07:41:07 PM
For those newbies in the market, they are now scared and probably every single minute always checking the price in the market.
But for those real crypto enthusiasts, they are now relaxing and forget for a while the market bearish and wait for the bull run.

I voted, I still believe in crypto and I know that it'll recover for sure, if not sooner, later. We must do this to avoid panic selling for those weak hand people.
972  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: December 29, 2018, 06:11:48 PM
The answer to the question if we need Blockchain technology is Of course Yes. The reason why you see so many ICOs with Dapps that try to get advantage of this technology is the reason that Blockchain has an implementation to every sector and every company. If you see them failing is the fact that there is still not a friendly environment for these projects to cultivate.

I would give you the simplest example.

Think of a Voting process that is powered by the Blockchain technology. Results will be transparent 100% and we may see the corruption rates around the globe be eliminated.

Wouldn't that be awesome?
That is a good Idea that blockchain might be used in the voting process in every country, yes, it is very useful. Because blockchain gives the easiest work with a transparent result of all transaction process. Many governments got interested in blockchain but since crypto is not yet regulated they can't adapt to it. And blockchain also can't work without supporting crypto. A different projects on blockchain has a different use to the people.
973  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Holding unregulated crypto asset may attract punishment in India on: December 29, 2018, 07:31:35 AM
Holding unregulated crypto is just like engaging in scam ICO or any Crypto in which the integrity is in question. I see this is a normal standard operating procedure for any government to look upon the welfare of their people specially if their hard earned money is at stake. So this is better than banning the whole crypto market specially Bitcoin.
So what crypto are you holding now? And why are you here if you wish to ban the entire crypto market especially Bitcoin that leads some crypto prices movement. There's only one regulated crypto I had ever known XRP if I don't have mistaken, the rest are unregulated cryptocurrency. If that really happens in India, there are thousands or millions of holders inf crypto should outcry to their government. But still, they can hide since crypto holder can able to be anonymous.
974  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin: fixed or not on: December 29, 2018, 06:36:40 AM
It's about two days left before this year become to end but it seems no growing happen on Bitcoin price in the market. It is playing the range price at 3.6k to 4k dollars value since this week. So, we don't expect there's a bull run before this year probably it has a good start after this year, who knows. Patiently wait is a key to gain a profit and hold it until Bitcoin price will grow up.
975  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price go to 1 BTC = 1 oz gold again? on: December 28, 2018, 09:31:31 PM
I'm sure it will. Bitcoin is better than gold there's no reason for its price to be lower. We aren't seeing a huge boom now because we are watching at very short timelines. Gold has a long history and Bitcoin is this novelty that also wants to be a tradable asset, a currency, a store of value, a long range payment system. It will take a lot of time before it establishes a position in all these areas.
Probably you were right, gold is a long time existed valuable thing but the price remained stable if Bitcoin were in the place of gold now probably it's too expensive at this time. So, therefore bitcoin is much better than gold and we can wait for it until the right price will achieve.
Yes, it will reach but we don't know yet when.
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this just a bounce? on: December 28, 2018, 05:03:07 PM
I see a very good increase in the last 2 weeks, but the slight increase was immediately ended by falling back. some say this is just a lure to attract buyers and then the market falls again.

What is your opinion?
Uuhm maybe it is, but this happens all the time, last week wasn’t the first time it was happening. Do you remember when the price was around $6000 and suddenly it bounced to $7000/$8000 and a lot of people started calling it a Bull and many people were talking about whether to invest or not, but all of a sudden the price dropped to $4000 within few minutes.
All of these are a part of being a volatile market that too high fluctuations that nobody knows that where way to lead, is it going down or up.
We should patiently wait until when the market fully recovers to gain our profit when we start to invest and lucky for those people invested around almost 2k dollars on the Bitcoin price.
977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trade without id verification? on: December 28, 2018, 03:36:53 PM
hi i was just wondering if there where any crypto exchanges that dont require lots of verification i registered with coinbase and within an hour i was getting phone calls soliciting me with services is there any exchanges that just let you email verify like bitmex does and lets you trade between altcoins? thanks
As what they said above yes, I much prefer Binance exchange that was a very good exchange for me aside from reputed one they have also a big volume of trader's. If you want to trade altcoins and tokens you may use IDEX exchange it's a very simple trading platform and they are based on Ethereum pairs, they didn't have verification just import your ERC20 wallet to their exchange site.
978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat or crypto betting in bear market? on: December 28, 2018, 01:51:59 PM
Crypto always,if you love to play in the gambling sites, and we also not much options to choose for the betting with fiat in my country so I always go for the crypto gambling sites whatever the market will be.I use the fiat money to crypto exchange whenever I want to gamble so there won't be much difference for me to play in crypto or fiat.
Yes, gambling with cryptos have lots of advantages like being anonymous from our government as well as from other family members. I wonder why still some gamblers are going for betting with fiats and I am curious to know how they are managing their gambling activities from their family members as gambling with fiats might lead to many family problems when they are coming to know about it.
Good to know some people here are the same as what I have done now in gambling, I loved to gamble using crypto than fiat because it is very convenient compared to fiat. Besides, I have converted some of my fiats into bitcoin into a double purpose 1 is just investing purpose and 2 grab while it is cheap to buy and have to gamble conveniently. However, it is really the best option to gamble using crypto. (IMO)
979  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: December 27, 2018, 01:08:49 PM
I would not expect bitcoin to stabilize but for me, the bitcoin stability with its price ranges is annual. As if you will try to analyze, The price of this crypto changes each year from the same price ranges. And yes, for me, bitcoin will always be volatile but^ the ranges change each year. It is always great to invest in bitcoin to its 6th months because that is the time the currency goes down, wait until the last months of the year and there's a big chance that it would go skyrocket.
980  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook Is Developing a Cryptocurrency for WhatsApp Transfers, Sources Say on: December 26, 2018, 05:46:22 PM
I don't believe if there is no source at all, waiting to announce the former CEO of the Facebook company. If Mark's have officially announced on that then, there is no reason that I don't believe at all. For now, let's wait and observe our Facebook account having a piece of news regarding crypto but totally I still have doubt that it will never happen.
