There QA doesn't matter, it's useless:
1. No hashing until October 15th the earliest, which they will probably miss deadline.
2. Head Engineer Howard left a month ago, they have no hardware person, and have sent chips and boards to 3rd party.
3. There is no Team, besides Sam, which could be Alessia
4. No exchange yet, they will only add hash after they are taken off of BTCT.
This thing is worthless, and will continue to plunge, as again nothing will happen until after October 15th, and they will be off of the exchange way before then.
Don't worry though make sure you hold until the Q&A tomorrow so you realize how worthless it is, when they tell you please wait 3 weeks until our 3rd party imaginary person hopefully fixes things, then you can sell for another 60% loss.

I think we need to prepare outselves for the likely event that this is a scam, we need to collect information on labcoin as we will probably need to contact the authorities on this matter, if we all contact them claiming our losses and the scamming nature of this business, we might be able to locate our money and get more than what we will have left by selling the stock at this price back, i have lost about 80 percent of my bitcoin from this stupid stock and have been given bullshit ambiguous answers by labcoinand even theswede who should be way more on top of things. and i'm sure alot of other investors are feeling the same thing
So we will need
The full names of those involved - which i think we have
The IP adress of the logins of Labcoin - which we should be able to get
The location - country and state of those individuals behind labcoin -
And a contact cumber for the authorities were those involved behind labcoin is located -
We can then make a seperate thread where we can all post our individual case numbers and make sure that we are all mutually updated
Excellent post actually. 80%, I feel for you but you are remaining positive which is all you can do. The problem is, these people have weeks head start. The longer this illusion goes on the more they can cover their tracks. They are currently in exfil mode. They will be clearing out any premises they may have hired, litterally cleaning it of prints, selling any miners they bought to fix the Hashing scam side, converting tens of thousands of BTC into FIAT. This is what really takes the time, as does clearing it round many banks before making it untraceable/withdrawable by multiple 'agents'. Not a small scam so it needs time to unfold. And shit just got real for Labcoin, I hope tatti, his sister, swede, and sam are ready for some jail time. |

Ok guys, I must say now: I am feeling a bit more confident in Labcoin now than I was this morning.
These are real people. There is a real project, they've spent money, they seem to know their stuff.
YES, something is wrong
YES, they should have communicated better.
But now we have their contact info, their names etc.. and they match what they told us before.
So I say, let them think about all that has been done here today, and let them breathe a little bit a come to us.
I tend to agree. Although this also reveals they are being dishonest. - The "company registration" points to i-tec pro which is not really involved - so called CEO isnt involved - Real names of the people involved are hidden or using aliases (except for howard wang) - Previous claims about having x TH online for several weeks are a lie (even if it werent, they are withholding the revenue) If we cant believe that, its hard to believe anything they say. On top of that: - No evidence of their own chip working at all, very strong indications they do have Avalons. - Lead designer for 130nm has left, no mention of that, no clue who is leading the work now. - no known lead designer for 65nm and frankly, both financially and time wise this the 65nm seems very questionable to me. Ultimately they or may or may not get something hashing but who's willing to bet that, given what we know? This, plus no pictures of the miners ever posted. Its been a few days still no mention of new exchange, nobody wants this lying scam company. |
