Sent 250.00 Sears gift card through Gyft, he disappeared. I do not need any sympathy, just know he is a scammer.
Sent code, he instantly redeemed and logged off.
And you did this transaction without escrow why? It was also suggested to deal out in the open... that was for him as well as potential buyers. Never - ever make a deal via PM, especially if the deal sounds too good to be true. This could've been prevented. Is there anything you can do? Are you able to get the gift card back?

Greetings.
I have BTC3 I am willing to lend to a aspiring miner, or a day trader that is in need of it. Or any other reason, that you will put the bitcoin to good use.
My interest rate is low, my collateral amount is cheap, and I will agree on a reasonable date of repayment. No identification required! Just good feedback and the urge to help the bitcoin community!
Please send a personal message to me for terms and offers.
To offer a little advice, push hard for a third party escrow to hold that collateral until you gain Trust as it makes you look suspect. Good point. It might not be a bad idea to deal in the open until you've established yourself as well.

Be careful. Lots of scams around here.

I do not care about your sob story as to why you need my bitcoin donations, so you may now stop messaging me with them.
I'd be surprised if all you get are unwanted PMs for donations. Now that everybody and their mama knows that you're packing this many coins, you might want to be extra careful... you many have inadvertently marked yourself.

Escrow is going to have to be like 45 days for paypal.
A claim could still be made after 45 days with PP. OP, why not just use an exchange that accepts credit cards? I'd prefer that actually, do you know of any? Can't seem to find any. Try Coin.mx Their fees are ridiculous but I've bought 1000s worth of coins. Thanks a lot, I'll check it out. What's the fee like? 3.5% on your deposit. To withdraw they charge .001 BTC. If you decide to use them, let me know... you'll get an extra $5 or some or something like that.

You can press on with this request, maybe you might get lucky and someone fund it, but I highly doubt it.

Currently no collateral since its such a small loan. Besides my BTC balance is currently zero or else I would use that
Small loan or not... the chance of you getting funded without collateral is slim. What about alt coins?

LuckyCris I'll give this another try

What are you offering as collateral?
|
|

No one can answer this question for you... It looks like you're going in the right direction by checking with CoinWarz and such. Ultimately it depends on which coins YOU want to mine.

Alt coins are the primary choice of collateral. Due to the number of scams and the risk involved, you should be prepared to have the market value of what you're asking for, as well as a little more. There's very little recourse even with docs and because it's so easy to be faked, it's not an acceptable form of collateral; no amount documentation guarantees someone is going to repay their loan. As I understand, I'm relatively fucked up, to say it so. I have no other coins to offer as collateral. I understand people won't loan away that big ammount of money withoit being safe getting their money back. But I was also thinking of documentating the whole process, just to hope the chance of getting a loan will be higher then if I didn't. What do you see as a acceptable collateral? I really need a loan, so I'm willing to give what I have to keep my apartment. Any amount without collateral, not just large amounts. If you have items at home that's valued at what you're asking for plus the interest, then you can offer those up as collateral, but it would be up to the lender to accept it. And you'll need to send the item first; there's no send coins and I'll mail the item - doesn't work that way. All I can suggest is to post what you're willing to put up, perhaps someone might accept it as a form of collateral. Other than that... not sure what to tell you. If you look at the lending history from this forum alone, you'll understand why this is the way it works. Just start a new thread calling all lenders in Europe. Sorry you're in this situation but you can't blame this community for staying on its toes. Here I meet a big issue. I live in Norway, and will therefore be dependent by the borrower is living in Europe. I don't think any collateral will arrive in time for my deadline. That means i'm practically fucked up by the time. Because it's going to long time since the original deadline for the rent, the owner will truly show no mercy.

I currently have 2 miners, 1 using 1400 watt PS and 1 using 1000 watt PS. I live in an apartment and when I place the 2 miners on the same breaker, I trip it. I have 2 more miners slated to come online in the next week and was wondering what I could do for power? I don't have any clue on power usage, wattage, etc needed or jargon so please dumb it down a little for me. Buy a gasoline powered generator and put it out on your balcony. or Rip out sheetrock exposing your neighbor's outlets and tap in. ROTFL

Lucky Chris, I hope you can answer me. What do the members usally give as collateral? Can physically things be used as collateral?
To tell if my situation is real, is documation of contract, monthly income and my debt collection letter enough?
