Up until mid-January, Arsenal games aren't that hard, except maybe vs Newcastle which might be challenging. Just after they will face Spurs and ManU. These three matches are a key ones and important to win to avoid being catches by City.

Yeah games in January seems pretty tough. With our mainman gone for some time now it will be hard for us to attack these teams. Hopefully Nketiah will fill in the shoes completely for us as a striker. All these 3 games will be tight ones, especially the Newcastle one. I am only worried that Gabriel Jesus will not be in contention against West Ham,I hope Arsenal maintains their form after the world cup.We have our big players still at the world cup and we are hoping they return safely without injury.The gap between Arsenal and Mancity is just 5 points,but I think it's not still enough to relent,they have to continue striving to maintain the points they are toping with.
Yeah that's a big blow for us especially when he was the main man in our attack. Jesus is expected to return in January so it will be like 2-4 games without him. Nketiah will start in his absence but he was the guy who created a lot of pressure on opponents for us. Well have to work it out somehow and just keep the lead intact throught these games. Martinelli and Saka are playing WC too so hope we don't have to hear some more bad news on top of this now. |

Enzo Fernandez is a good option for midfield, but Real Madrid cannot focus solely on strengthening their midfield while they also need to strengthen the striker position. I think Benzema is not fully fit for the rest of the season, so they also need a refresher at striker. I don't know who they will sign yet, but I hope it is very good for Real Madrid. They can go with Asensio if they need a striker desperately. He has started for Spain in that position and can do well when needed. It just depends on how much Ancelotti trust him enough for the job. He hasn't started much for Madrid which also sparked some rumours about his exit earlier. |

Argentina must avoid set-pieces, I see Australia being dangerous here. So as much as possible Argentina should not commit fouls in the area of its defense, so that will make their defense safer. In the first half Argentina played well without making any mistakes, so I think their tempo will increase in the second half.
Yeah , so far they haven't been making much fouls but the squad do have players who commit lot of fouls in the game like Acuna, Romero who can can give some free-kick in dangerous positions. First half was well but I think Argentina should still do better. Not in terms of goal but some pressure from some positions on attack is still needed. Right now Argentina will be planning to find some more goals while Australia to find an equaliser as quickly as possible. Should be an interesting second half to watch. |

Although Argentina are better with the squad and all but some tactics can surely change things around if defence are not aware enough. So far WC has already surprised us so I am still not eliminating chances of Australia surprising Argentina at all.
It will be interesting to see what game plan Australia come up with in this game because they normally wouldn't win against a squad like Argentina. Australia is not to be underestimated, they are also very dangerous when counter-attack. So far Argentina has dominated the game with ball possession, while Australia has tended to stay in its defensive area. Nothing exciting yet because neither Argentina nor Australia have managed to create any chances, but I don't think Australia will have many chances if they play like they are at the moment. Argentina will win this fight if they continue to put pressure on Australia's defense, but so far I don't see anything interesting in this match. The first 25 minutes were a bit boring, but I hope the match will get more interesting as time goes on. Well Argentina have found the lead with beautiful goal from Messi but Australia will sure change their tempo to find themselves and equaliser. It sure is tough but a single mistake can turn around this game and Australia will looking for those opportunities. It's time for Australia to bring in something different into their plan if they want to find an equaliser in the second half. |

Nkunku is surely one of the top quality player in UEFA and his states are also giving all review about him and his skills, hopefully his he will be joined in this winter transfer window and start his new career at Chelsea on high positive note for them.
It's been quite some time that Chelsea have made some good transfers especially the forward players. The club has seen some up and downs also so it's time to bring good strong player. Nkunku has some good stats in Bundesliga and it will be interesting to see what he brings to the team and if he can provide exactly what the club needs at this desperate time. There is nothing wrong with Bruno and his age he can still play for Real Madrid at a top level for the next five years but it will be nice to play for Real Madrid. With his creativity and high vision to make forward passes
For my self if you look at Modric he Needs a player to replace him when he retires successfully in Real Madrid and Bruno can do that very well. It's just that Man United will not let loose of him and also that he is very focused on winning the world Cup.
It is not about his age. What I want to say is that I have never seen Madrid go after a player around 27-28 age unless he is exceptional. They last went after Eden Hazard and he pulled off some crazy stats in PL due to which he was picked. Now Bruno without a doubt is a great player and he definitely can perform at top level but I doubt he is exceptional to be considered into the Real Madrid's shortlist. Although I might be wrong too. Right now he is crucial for United so I highly doubt United will allow this as @$crypto$ mentioned. Besides theh already got new young players with potential and they are happy with them so I don't think they are even considering to buy midfield players at all. At best possibly some back-up options for them after couple of years but seems to me that they are currently very happy with the squad they have in midfield. |

Juventus are said to be interested in Gvardiol these days. But their future is still not clear at the same time after the last incidents. Chelsea have been interested in Gvardiol for a long time already. They got really close to a deal last summer as well but they didn't do it later on. They went for Fofana and spent like 80 million euros to sign him. Fofana was a bit mistake that already made. Signing him for 80 millions euros was the biggest mistake. His contribution was not a lot. Chelsea was still using the old back like thiago and azpili as the main players to defend from attack that will come from opponent. So far all of transfers happened in chelsea can be categorized as failed transfer. All the transfers were made as Tuchel needed. Now it is Potter and he will need new players to work along a better squad. It is hard to see the actual idea what Tuchel had in mind with the new transfers and squad then. I still wouldn't call their transfers a big mistake as they desperately needed defensive players and that is why they signed players with amount bit over the top than the actual value. Fofana is slight injury-prone is what I feel but I think he is a decent player. He will put up some better performances once he is back for sure. As for Gvardiol, it would be interesting to see which big clubs will be trying to get hands on him. He however has indicated that he is happy at Leipzig but if even Chelsea are to pursue for Gvardiol then they are not alone in this race for sure. |

Ghana had actually lost the match when they missed a penalty against Uruguay. If Andre Ayew had not missed the penalty, the match could have ended with a different result. I think the missed penalty significantly lowered the motivation of the Ghanaian football players. I think it still would have been same with Uruguay winning the match. Uruguay really attacked well today as they found 2 goals against the african side but couldn't find the 3rd goal that would have set them off to next stage by the end of the match. South Korea got a great win today. We have seen in this tournament that Asian teams never break with the game discipline. They continue to play with the same seriousness no matter what the score of the match. That's why it's not so easy to keep the score of the match against these teams. Japan and South Korea showed this to everyone by making great comebacks in their last match. For this reason, I think it is necessary to congratulate them once again. They show that football is 90 minutes and the struggle never ends.
Asian teams are doing very well and now with South Korea advancing into knockout rounds we have 3 asian teams advancing from group stages. I think Portugal should have done better against that second goal by just challenging Son a bit early before he finds a player to make a pass too. Some poor decisions in defense is what helped South Korea find the winning goal. I have doubts on them advancing further though. I do hope I am proved wrong later though. |

Bruno Fernandes is becoming the most important player in Manchester united club and that's why i think he should stay in united because no one know what can happen when he go to Real Madrid, this club is full of good players and the possibility that bruno will not play regularly there is really high
I actually think the opposite if Bruno Fernandes goes to Real Madrid because the Real Madrid team will also never waste a talented player like Bruno Fernandes. But if Bruno Fernandes himself wants to stay at Manchester United, it won't be bad for him and his career next season either. Bruno Fernandes is 28 years old and I don't think Real Madrid are after players for which after 2-3 years will have to start finding replacements again. I would however strongly rule this rumor out due to age and the players they have in that position already. Looks like another surprise in store, Japan just stunned me after the first half by scoring two quick goals as i have no idea what Japan took during the break as Spain was completely dominating the match in the first half . I am watching the Spain Japan match and will watch the Germany match later as i am not having great expectation after their loss against Japan earlier in the tournament. Japan are really giving Spain a hard time with quick press. Japan's manager did had a plan and he did it well in quick half with bringing in fresh players and go all out with the press. I wouldn't be surprised if Spain concedes another goal with the way they are playing defensively. Germany are also on the brink of exiting in the group stage. If it happens then I think after Belgium and Mexico, we will be watching another big nation team's coach leaving his role at the national team likely. |

It's the end to Group C and we have Argentina and Poland advancing to the round of 16. Although Saudi Arabia didn't qualified but they are the team that made this group very interesting to watch till the end. Today also they pulled of an upset when Mexico where trying hard so hard in the extras to find the goal that would have helped them to qualify for the next stage but Saudi Arabia's goal totally foiled those plans.

I think it was good to miss the penalty. Because in my opinion the position is not a penalty. Because Messi kicks the ball and the goalkeeper comes to Messi's face before he sees Messi coming. If Messi came without hitting the ball, I would say a penalty, but Messi hits tooa and the ball goes away. I think justice has been served. It is also a fact that I did not see Poland cross the midfield until the end of the first half. The star of the first half was Polish goalkeeper Szczesny. If Poland continues in this way, they will lose the match.
Well Szczesny didn't complained much about that and he handled things very calmly. Poland and Argentina have plan. For Poland it is to defend the attacks and move on counter or get a goal from free kick spots or corners. For Argentina it is to keep on attacking and find the goal. This will continue on until Argentina finds the opener and if Poland does find the opener then Poland will be parking the bus with only Lewandoski up ahead. |

It is certainly difficult for Newcastle to easily come down from the top 4 because those guys know what they doing .
They will disgrace some other big teams when the season resumes.
I think it is Liverpool who is ahead of Chelsea but with not much and just only a point. Its hard for Chelsea and Liverpool to be honest but it very much depend on other teams ahead of them on how much consistent they will be and the chances of them being consistent are very high at this point. Still I wouldn't rule Liverpool and Chelsea out of the title race yet. Liverpool and Chelsea are 15 and 16 points behind Arsenal respectively. Do you really think it is possible to win the title by reducing this huge gap of 15 points in a competitive league like the Premier League? I don't think so. If Arsenal fails to win the title, Manchester City, Newcastle or Tottenham are likely to win the title. But Liverpool and Chelsea are far behind. It is impossible for them to win the title. It just took 14 games to create that much difference and there are still 24 rounds more to play. I think it is still very much possible. Right now we are just speculating based on their past form but that can turn to worst at any point of time. Yes it's hard but it is very much doable if we count even the slightest chance of that happening. |

Let's be realistic, Croatia is a much better team than Canada and it would be a big surprise if Canada wins this game.
In the first match, Croatia played very poorly, but now they are playing in accordance with their reputation as the second team in the world.
