It looks like this idea was too ahead of its time. I'm going to take a break and come back to it in 4 months.
Bitcoin is going through some tough times at the moment and has lost the majority of its users. Once bitcoin has a rise over $1000, people will be more into this idea.
Jyri Hovila is working on altcoin.center during this quiet period from myself. I will be thinking of ideas in the down time. Is anyone else working on anything? Nacro'd this thread  Hoping to get some more things going for DOPE. |

DopeCoin has irc and blockchain viewer built into the wallet. Dope is cheap atm.
We are busy working on a few projects and will post our monthly update here shortly. We are still here |

Ok, I've updated the nodes I can using the new faststart pack anybody stuck below block 800,000 please download the new fast start pack to catch up and get on the right chain, after fast start you may need to do a "repairwallet" in the console to get all your coins back that were staked on the wrong chain

get DOPE listed on topia What is topia ? it's a fairly new and groovy exchange keeps me kinda busy w/8 trading defenders: BTC DOT LTC DOGE FTC POP HTML5 UNO plus coins added are NEVER delisted plus they have a BEX and a mining pool for every coin listed plus you can sell just about anything you care to in their market Ah thanks Groggin . I'll see if we can get listed there as it does seem to have some good benefits there. I like how coins can't get delisted there. Mining pool interesting. I'll check it out cool stuff! |

If you are very worried and don't know what to do, then my advice is to sell your bitcoins and take a loss. Then invest in something that doesn't cause you to worry so much. I agree with this statement. Just take a loss if you are so worried. |

What is PoS? Also, what is the point to buy a bag of this coin? It's value is equal to 1 gram of pot. So the value of the coins will only go up, if the value of 1gram of pot also goes up. Which isn't likely to happen. Even if it does happen, it will rise only a little. Am I wrong?

This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on Aug 28th unless the average daily trade volume for the last 7 days exceeds 0.2 BTC.

I'll hopefully have some new stuff coming down the pipe FIVE things I'm mainly focusing on lately: 5.] Road Map ( fundraising) for our own DOPE disp. in Colorado ( road trip ) Snatch up some DOPE while they are cheap! Will this be an investment where you give out shares to investors or just a fundraising? Debating how to go about doing that but it is an option. I'll be having more information on this shortly. What about this? Still waiting to hear back from the people who want to make the disp. for DOPE. Two things we are looking into now: 1.] Our own exchange that will trade Dopecoin and some other 'weed coins'. 2.] Our own branded merchant platform. Hopefully, will have an update on these two items shortly. |

One update: It looks like the 'weed' coin merchant platform ( it would be identical to this carbonshopper.com ) would cost around $200 dollars to implement. I was thinking we could do a community bounty to help fund such a project. In return, the fees it generates would be repaid back to anyone who put up a bit of a bounty in DOPE , or even BTC . This is just one idea how to get things moving. Let me know what everyone thinks.
