The trading on bitfinex was definitely laggy and not a fun experience during those high volumes.
I also encountered some problems but luckily still managed to do well.

Yea strong stability. From here it is just waiting for the next big bitcoin rally basically.
Not a lot of margin to work with for the day traders.
