Can anyone suggest a good alternative to Coinbase?
I personally don't have much respect for the company with their recent actions and many failed wire-transfers in the past.
The reasons I use Coinbase are...
1. Instant bank USD -> Coinbase USD wallet and I can make a BTC purchase right away (unfortunately paying their high fee).
2. I can use limit orders to purchase/sell BTC without a fee
3. Trying to get my folks into crypto, so I like their simple interface to buy/sell crypto for those not using Coinbase Pro.
Are there any other exchanges that I can use that have these features?

Did you tried Localbitcoin? Which is actually charges no fee for purchasing from a trader and their deposit and withdrawal fee are also very less and you are not going to get scammed while buying BTC on LBC. |

These will also increase your chance having tagged by DTs or permanently banned.  No one will get banned for abusing the merit system and even theymos don't want the DT members to tag them unless there is an clearly abuse happened. |

I m gambling only with bitcoin. although I never had an alt coin, that's the reason. I'm used to btc and it's kinda more popular and has a safer future
It might be when comparing the altcoin's future but you can get some more benefits while playing with altcoins like fast transaction,cheap price but I am also always prefer bitcoin because we can convert it into any coin if we won it. |

Thinking to pause to let go of fatigue. I think this is a good idea and will return to the Crypto market when the market is in good condition. But I will not stop because here I am still holding coins and this is additional work that I do every day.
Don't hold all your coins because some of your coins may fail to survive when the next bull run begins so just pick the best for long term holdings. there is no harm in having many assets. with the market condition going down I think when the market returns all assets will increase, even though it is a coin with a bad price. all prices now depend on bitcoin and the market must move up. otherwise there will be no change. What I am saying is that many coins will increase but not all,so you need not to hold the coin which you picked it from random value just only hold it if you follow the prices and it development for long time. |

I did not see anything wrong with you convince people to gamble but it is very important you explain everything to them especially the area of risk and reward and how the odd of winning and losing stand.
If that person is kind of person who may get addicted to these kind of activities then introducing them to gambling is really bad idea,so if you know that the person can tackles the difficulties from betting and can enjoy it in a way it meant for then introduce him to the legit sites. |

I joined bounties to earn some coins last year, it isn’t completely free, you need to do many tasks to earn the coins, it look more like a low wage, if you have time and don’t want to spend money for trading, then airdrop, bounties and faucet are other options you can choose.

-hold and wait it until it reached your target.
There is no need to wait until the end of the year
Not all year ends are bull trend. What is the use of the target profit if you will wait for dec? You can sell your hold coins immediately, even for a month if it reached 10% profit.
Yes this can be good strategy can be followed by the traders who is not having much experience and analytical skills ut they are not will be good at picking the coins,random coins will make them into losses so just stick with bitcoin to fiat trading as possible. |
