Why not buy it directly from Disney land's official site using approved payment method's? It's way cheaper. Seller says cant visit because of an emergency. What is my risk here? How did you find the seller? Is it possible to use escrow? Maybe he sends you fake ticket or something and asks you to send payment to his temporary e-mail. By the time you issue charge back he would have transferred funds out. or maybe he is genuine and you don't have anything to worry about.. |

The entire point of this post is a bit confused to me. Chargeback on paypal may happen only if you funded the purchase using your bank or credit card. If you funded the purchase using your paypal balance, instead, you have to be carefull because Digital Goods and Money to friend and family CANT be charged back.
