i don't understand why the decision was taken to have the ICO end in the early hours of the morning European time.
who cares about the ending time. Again: Why should anyone wait until the last minutes, hours or even days? The people who buy now, do it just because of overhyping. Not because of thinking. They probably don't even know, what lisk is. Just see the amount and "oh my god". This has to be good, I will buy some... or even "oh my god, my amount is getting smaller", I will buy more... ridiculous... Thank god, that the community is still small... i was thinking that it means Oliver and Max probably have to work through the night to keep an eye on technical issues that arise. i want my team to get a good nights sleep. I guess it was their decision. So why blame them... we nerds love to work in the night and go to bed in the morning. ;-) I guess they have lots of Pizza and Red Bull i'm observing and not blaming. jeez. i do hope they make good use of the collective consciousness of the community going forward.

Because it's UTC bro, and I think it's cause they are in that area of the world. but it means they are having to work through the night to monitor and react to issues. why not have it end at 4 pm CET? perhaps a night shift pays double time LOL

Why would we need passphrases ... arent the generated keys enough?
Whit the passhprase you can access to your wallet ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) . do you smell that smell? sniff sniff...yes it's it...the smell of people that won't access their lisk wallet because they've lost the passphrase Yes I think a lot of people will complain because they will not be able to access to the wallet and most important spend their 'coins'. not at all.

err, when you generate you get the passphrase and the key in one text file. what's the problem? just more FUD.

this will be the first exception, and who is the turd that will dump under his buy entry price, remember that the price of ico here remained the same for the whole ico time, not like other coin, where the first bought at cheap price and the latter at higher price, so the first dumped on the latter yeah, it'll probably be the first exception since it's not a clone coin. Oh wait... good stats, but which describe a well known phenomenon, and therefore i suggest that people buying this ICO have no intention of selling at a loss. they are playing it long.

i clicked on generate keys and nothing happened.....can anybody help ?
then you need to contact Lisk urgently. I suggest by 'chat'. i assume it will be open at such an important moment in the ICO to support such problems. good luck. i think it was a bad idea to end the ICO overnight Sunday/ Monday.

Where can i find informations about the legal statut of Lisk? it is a non-profit association? a company? individuals receiving donations?
thanks
Max has already conceded that there is no incorporated entity yet. At this time it is Max, Axel Hellinger (a German lawyer), and Paul Klanscheck (of Coinimal but acting in a personal capacity) who control the funds on a 2 of 3 vote to release. Oliver has no technical involvement in releasing funds. Not sure why that is. There is no CFO. In essence at the moment it is individuals receiving donations. There is risk in Lisk, but if they were to misappropriate funds there would be legal and other consequences regardless of the wording of the Agreement. Would anyone ever consider touching Mark Karpeles again?

No way 8+k bitcoin was invested in this project by different users, i believe a large portion is from devs themselves.
What if it was? admission?

I won't bore you all with the nitty gritty details but due to the technical failings of Wankfest (aka Coinbase) it seems i will be unable to access any more of my bitcoin stored there before the ICO closes.
As i don't leave much fiat in exchanges and it's now the weekend that route to buying more BTC is also closed off to me before the ICO closes.
Any recommendations as to how and where i can buy and access BTC before the ICO closes?

That strange these 1000 and 300 btc donate, even after the 10% an 5% bonuses, look like they had see some news or had privilege information about the future, LOL
i've already had my fill of the ETH hype machine in recent weeks. Lisk doesn't need its own hype machine.

i think the 1000 BTC has come from a venture capital fund.

Any prediction on what the lisk price will be after ICO? Probably won't be on time with Bitcoin in hand to buy in before its over. Stupid Coinbase ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Spock: "it was logical to cultivate multiple options"

Lol Bitcoiners had a "good" day after all the agony that's still ahead and like to pick a bad day based on fake news, the price is already recovering and should touch 0.03 again during the weekend. We'll see where BTC and ETH are by the end of the year...
lol good luck with that. I have a target of around 0.016-0.018 for this. You sure about that? I bought at the bottom today and I'll buy at those numbers too. Yesterday was another pathetic attempt to make Bitcoin happen. Now the price of BTC plummeted again, something nobody talks about... I don't care if we don't see 0.03 in the next days, we'll eventually (and much more), maybe in a month. But one thing I know is for sure, Bitcoin will be back to sub $400 very very soon. it was as low as $225 last summer. it seems a bit full at $4XX

Lisk is the fourth most funded project in the history and there's still 62 hours till the end of ICO.
Ripple: 72,289 BTC - 676,227 BTC Market Cap - 835% increase (8.25 btc) Ethereum: 31,531 BTC - 2,462,284 BTC Market Cap - 7709% increase (77.09 btc) Maidsafe: 12,200 BTC - 104,696 BTC Market Cap - 758% increase (7.58 btc) Lisk: 7400 BTC + 65M XCR Stellar: 7,228 BTC - 27,803 BTC Market Cap - 284% increase (2.84 btc) Bitshares: 6829 BTC - 38,981 BTC Market Cap - 470% increase (4.7 btc) Factom: 2287 BTC - 43,194 BTC Market Cap - 1788% increase (17.88 btc)
what is the XCR as a % of the total? 65%, there is 100M XCR total sorry, i mean the ratio between XCR and BTC ventured to Lisk thus far as %. what % of the Lisk fund is XCR? Lisk are changed with a fixed ratio of 1300 satoshi each so 65 million will be around 845 btc atm. Total amount of XCR was 100 million so there might be more comming in. great. thanks. so atm 7400 btc and xcr expressed as 845 btc - ratio 8.75/ 1. not a bad ratio. makes the right to receive an xcr refund less of a potential issue going forward.

I have a modification proposal: Every amount bigger than 100 BTC will not receive any coins, but the amount will still be considered as a funding. LOL ;-) Where exactly stands, that this wouldn't be legit? (Although of course any lawyer would win against it... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) ) it should be limited to 50 BTC per natural person/ legal entity, with verified identity. cmon... we are in crypto space. There are no identities... i thought that perhaps Lisk might be reaching for a higher standard of probity. there are better ways of doing things than we have yet seen in the crypto space.
