One site I used with deposits have never adjusted their withdrawal fee, not from the days BTC was 2 or 3 digits. So if I want my money back they are demanding I pay them 0.1 BTC and they find that behaviour reasonable, obviously its extortion and stubbornness in their own favour.
Luckily I dont have much there but any inclination for a company not to stay upto date with the price would be seen that way and customers would become extremely wary. Otherwise BTC rising is not a problem by itself, bets scale thats all. Seems current price of btc $6.3K+(coinbase rate). It has been noticed that bitcoin current growth is healthy enough and price likely going to breakout $6.5K recently. Who know if btc is going to repeat 2017 trned. If btc stable on current price above $6K zone then obviously we could expect another bull run. I wouldn't call it as a bull trap since others Altcoins are bleeding hard. Expecting breakout from $6K zone and if its happen then we can say we are on bull run.

Gaining profit is better than only hold bitcoin. The trend of bitcoin market is positive now so trading bitcoin will be profitable. Usually I avoid trading when the market is negative because its hard to make profit at that time. But when the market trend is positive it is easy to make profit from trading. I usually trade when the market is pumping up, because we can easily gain profits according to our determination. But if we are eager to earn massive money, holding is the appropriable way to gain enormous profits in return of wide patience we have to spend on.
