961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🌟🌟 Datum - Unlock the Bln $$ Data Economy - ICO 29th October - 🌟🌟 on: October 31, 2017, 02:49:24 PM
Their hard cap around 30,000 ETH (9 millions usd) ? Its nice, that they have good hard cap. Projects, which raising hundreds millions so greedy and dont need such money. Less cap - better for investor.

Hard cap is 61,200 ETH, and I would advise people to keep their tokens due to future hardware applications which need tokens to work. We'll explain that in an upcoming blog.

Sounds very interesting, I wasn't planning on selling my DAT before Q4 of 2018, now I might even postpone that to Q4 of 2019.
962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: October 31, 2017, 02:16:03 PM
SONM price is stable but always below ico price ,i think will recover after bitcoin fork complete.

ICO was price around $0.10 but it's not always below the that price but if we compare this in ETH than it's below. Keep hold this token I have very strong believe very soon it will explode because this project has good potential.
the price is now at 0.093$ per sonm token again the tokens are going down in value
i think its because of segwit2X at 16th November
the value of althe altcoins and tokens are diping again
i think its a very good chance to buy more cheap because very good coins and tokens in segwit are very cheap and after that price will skyrocket
should buy more

it's clear the devs found venture capital in barca, and they'll find it again at the end of november when they speak in london. Someone is keeping prices low, which is great for us. I'll keep buying for as long as possible, especially until the end of november. I think the price could shoot up to 0.5$ before december
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: October 31, 2017, 02:03:56 PM
As price is this low , keep on timing and waiting for the right price to bag more. So next that we will be waiting is the mainnet implementation of Breeze Wallet which is I think is just around the corner. Bagging some more.

Price this low?  this coin was .005-.10 cents for 7 months lol
man these coins fucking overpriced ...
im waiting for strat back to 10cents , bitcoin 500$ , and eth back to 10$ so i can load some more.

Sorry to inform you but you'll be waiting for the rest of your life and it still won't happen.  Those low priced cryptocurrency days are now long gone.  The prices you see today are already cheap for most of the altcoins.

@krazy89 has a good point and is probably correct .  The graph of BTC looks more like a bubble which can bust. The *big* money coming into the coins is not from us humble citizens, its  mostly from Hedge funds and they will cash out sooner or later and the price will correct. The Big funds are in crypto space to make a profit, not make us rich as many believe. They are operating a business.  Look at the monthly BTC graph, switch to the monthly view and the corrected price of BTC is around 900.00, so the price has been inflated since may of 2017 and will correct - Hard in my opinion to around $1000 or less
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/S4OqLU6q/ .

What we are observing with BTC  is 'crowd psychology'    (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowd_psychology) at  play. Incited by free shiny BTC shekels the crowd is following blindly ------  The real coins to be chasing are the quality ones  that are dropping such as STRATIS, they will be going up very high . Give it  a few weeks (or early next year ) and the  BTC hard correction will play out .

You are partially correct, bitcoin will experience a correction sooner than later, dropping back most likely into the low 5000's, but never will it go back to 500$. Same goes for ethereum, it might drop abck to 200, but I don't think it'll go any lower. There are still a lot of people investing and setting buy orders at low prices, and whales do the same. If one whale unloads, another one picks up the pieces, driving prices back up. Now, about Strat, it's clearly in a flag, which is gonna break out in a matter of days, and it'll go up to 5.5$ (my estimate given recent rises and earlier resistance lines)
964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Change - The First Decentralysed Crypto Bank [ICO September 16th] on: October 31, 2017, 01:14:42 PM
Multiple reasons, 1. mastercard announced its working on a blockchain implementation, 2. dumb people see the price go down so they sell to 'prevent big losses' lol, 3. most alts are suffering because of the bitcoin craze right now. No worries though, in a few months CAG will be around 5 to 10$ no doubt

I completely agree. Compare this to other coins before they got public exposure and knowledge of the project. Volume is generally low on ED, so that doesn't worry me. If you are familiar with ED, and use it, this is the time to snag more.

I made some money with Binance, buying it at these levels and selling it around $2...the difference here is you have a coin with an actual use-case other than essentially a dedicated coupon to shill your exchange.

December will be big!

Binance is actually working towards multiple use cases, but I see your point. I think once change releases the app and gets listed somewhere (hopefully binance), prices will go x10 to 2$ easily. Then, once bitcoins silver fork is forgotten (which shouldn't take more than a few days lol) we should see all the alts rise back up with virtually no boundaries, so Change should be able to rise up to around 5 to 10$, which is the average price among the other cryptobanks.
965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: October 31, 2017, 12:53:39 PM
I believe in this project...hold hold hold

i can not hear it anymore - hold, hold, HOLD, H O L D..... tell us something new........

Here's something new, they updated the masternodes registration https://stratisplatform.com/2017/10/30/masternode_registration_protocol/
Right now most alts are still recovering from the bitcoin craze, stratis is one of them. We're in a classic flag pattern, so we should see a breakout by the end of the week. From there it'll probably go up to about 5.5$ before it meets any resistance
966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract on: October 31, 2017, 12:48:51 PM
Traders care a lot of the market value of any token and that is standard among trading community to check the potential and depth of any project. MNE has slipped down to lowest levels even with limited supply because people show lack of understand and patience. Market wants updates to keep the price moving and that is missing at the moment.

theres just no need for minereum I'm afraid. It really doesn't matter they're the first ones to bring the tech if no one needs the tech. What they need is an actual purpose; Imagine an exchange built exclusively for coins created through the token creation service. Listing fees could be monthly and in Minereum and Artemine only.

Hi MiBambino, i want to ask what is going to happen tomorrow? Will you provide  public spreadsheet?  Huh Huh Huh Huh

I am in no way affeliated with Change bank, I'm just a supporter and investor. I believe they will release the spreadsheet tomorrow and hopefully they'll ask us for proof of ownership of our profiles, so that no one can steal someone elses bounty rewards.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: October 31, 2017, 11:07:05 AM
this is so unfair to Stratis, because the price does not reflect how good the tech is. this is damaging the credibility and momentum of Stratis and it is far from being a shitcoin unlike some other coins who are valued much more ... but what can you expect from a community that only knows how to spam lambo, hodl, moon, etc.. two really good news wasted for nothing .. so angry atm.

Calm down my friend, we're currently nearing the end of the flag pattern. Patterns are actually self fulfilling prophecies, so people are selling right now so they can buy at around 3$, waiting for the breakout. I predict we'll see it climb back up at the beginning of next week, getting to about 5,5$ before the third week of november is over
969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: October 31, 2017, 10:54:47 AM
Actually BTC is safest coin to hold for newbie because day trading is not good for newbie, first of all you have to understand how the market flow ,what is the best coins to invest , Make some your own researches that's the better way to understand about the crypto.
you can also invest to mini whales like ETC, ETH, LTC , NEO , OMG
don't invest other alt coins without researches, welcome to crypto universe !
Exactly i think the safest coin right now is bitcoin. Safest bet would be BTC. If you want to invest for a long time, then bitcoin is the best option you have since BTC is showing no signs of stopping. If you are looking to do short term trading then you should look at some other options too like ethereum , litecoin and BCC. I am looking forward to the coin named stratis. I think it is very trust worthy coin and we can get a huge profit through it in the near future when price rises.

Stratis is definitely on my radar as well. We're currently in the last stage of the flag pattern, in a few days or weeks we should see it climb back up, probably to around 5.5$ before the 3rd week of november
970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: October 31, 2017, 10:09:36 AM
Will Sonm rise? I have been holding for months.

If you hold for a year now, I am sure the reward is going to be fantastic. At least 10-20x from what we have now, say around 20-25k sat by next year. The project is just a few months old, wait for the development to happen and when we have product available and people renting their used CPU power, the price would definitely be more than what it is now.

I agree, august 2018 will be accompanied by a new sonm ATH, probably around 1.5$ like you said (+- 25-35K sats), august 2019 probably around 50K sats at a little over 2$, august 2020 will see 5$ sonm tokens no doubt

Well done. What if someone else applied to our place? How did this measure go?

They'll probably ask for a private message on this forum, as well as an email confirming you really are the owner of the profile and the MEW address
972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Change - The First Decentralysed Crypto Bank [ICO September 16th] on: October 31, 2017, 08:48:27 AM
The project looks like dead, only a little volume trading in etherdelta, no more big exchanges? What is the progress of the development? No update after ICO?

Lol calm your tits man, tomorrow they'll start distributing the bounty rewards and they just announced their partnership with Mothership. Read up on their website and blog before spreading FUD. Btw ED isn't a real exchange, they'll get listed on a real one in december
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: October 31, 2017, 08:46:52 AM
I don't know I still believe in SONM, Enigma is one to look into also Kyber. Most are below the ICO price which I believe is a good buy for long term investors

Sonm indeed is still a killer buy right now, when they release their official alpha in december (arch) prices will go back up to 0.25, maybe even 0.3$, and in the months leading up to august 2018 we'll see prices climb up to over 1$. Get in now or regret for the rest of your life, it's like buying stocks of apple when they were still working from a garage
SONM is one of the best ICO projects for long term in this year. I'm sure the price of SONM token will under 1 dollar in Q3 2018. Devs of this project have a target long term (one year) to develop product. So, you should invest into SONM if you want to invest in ICO long term Cool

In Q3 of 2018 prices will be over 1$, that's for sure. You realise 1$ per coin only makes sonm a 444 million cap, which is insultingly low honestly. In Q3 of 2019 I'm thinking they'll announce plans to create special laptops capable of supercomputing. That'll push prices up to 10$ a piece
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Change - The First Decentralysed Crypto Bank [ICO September 16th] on: October 31, 2017, 08:00:49 AM
Change  price is going down ,already below ico price , who dump them ,any profit for them?

Multiple reasons, 1. mastercard announced its working on a blockchain implementation, 2. dumb people see the price go down so they sell to 'prevent big losses' lol, 3. most alts are suffering because of the bitcoin craze right now. Already 13K Eth raised in a couple of days, I think Datum could prove to become one of the most succesful ICO's of 2017!

Well, no, some ICO have raison more than 200 millions $. There is a big gap between these, but the ROI of datum investment could be by far superior to others.

I judge an ICO also by how well the coin performs after the listing. datum has a lot of support and their marketing is excellent; I think the coin won't dump nearly as hard as most ICO's

I hope you're right. Too much time we see some big dumps right after the ICO.

Yeah I hate that, everyone just wants that short term gain.

Yup. Spent 100 hours researching the ICO, now let's sell as soon as it hits the market for a $.02 gain per token! So dumb.

Lol as if those dumbfucks selling now have done 100 hours of research, you'd be lucky if they even know where they come from. All they did is watch an ad somewhere, they heard some noob yell 'to the moon boiii' and now they're disappointed it hasn't mooned after a few weeks lol
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: October 30, 2017, 06:26:39 PM
SONM reminds me a story with Waves. So much complains but it finally popped. Sell it now and you'll regret.

Precisely, why would anyone sell now when the platform is still being coded and tested? Sell and re-buy later? Sure, if you're sure it will drop again to your desired price, but what happens when you're the bottom seller?

Because they expect to get rich quickly and easily. They bought a coin without understanding it, so when prices drop because of the market they think it has something to do with the coin itself. They then sell because they only bought the coin because some noob on a platform said it was 'going to the moon boiiii' instead of realising the longterm potential. Remember, people have bought apple shares at 1$ and sold at 0.5$, not because the shares lost intrinsic value, but because most people can't ride the waves. It's simple really, if you understand the longterm potential, you buy when prices are low.
I would sell Apple $0.5. Fuck post-Jobs Apple, even worse than hype traders.

well it's currently standing at around 167, which is pretty much the ATH. Disgarding personal opinions on Steve jobs, I think anyone would feel stupid selling a share at a loss, only to see it rise to 160x the original value. People will feel the same about Sonm, but this time it won't take 30 years before it reaches its full potential. Technology today is much more equipped to deal with fast evolving software, so I'd venture a guess and say Sonm will reach 90% of its absolute possible peak in less than 10 years.
I love Steve Jobs. I hate what happened after he got booted from his own company. I don't want to have anything to do with them, even if it means not earning money off of their stocks. Apple today is everything that is wrong with this world - the polar opposite of what it once was under Jobs.

be that as it may (I share your opinion on Steve), the original point was about peoples stupidity and shortsightedness leading to massive losses or regret after selling a perfectly good coin at a temporary low point just because the investor couldn't handle the waves Wink
All true, I just felt like ranting about Apple, because fuck Apple.

I wouldn't flip any red assets though, since I decide entries and exits before investing any money. And then I don't deviate from the plan, no matter what happens. If I lose because my plan sucked I'll just be more likely to adapt in the future. Buying and selling hysterically doesn't lead anywhere but doom.

100% agree! Fortunately for smart people, 95% of investors choose the hysterical road, leading to unvolentary pumping before the 5% of us decides to dump, and unvolentary dumping causing the 5% to pick up some amazing deals.

Why 1 eth is worth so many data here: 1 ETH = 28,750 DAT, but in bounty thread, 1 eth = 10000 data?

they changed the exchange rate because they wanted to be sure the 1.5 billion DAT were gonna be sold during the ICO. I think it was a very clever strategy
