9641  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for me to sell my Bitcoins? on: August 21, 2016, 10:37:36 AM
It is upto which country you are staying, because each and every country have their own law for bitcoins, in my country still bitcoin is not legal or illegal, so we dont give any information. or we say it as short term profit.

True,it depends on what country do you live in because some countries banned Bitcoin of such reason but most countries doesn't have any care at all regarding to Bitcoin in fact some countries already adopted Bitcoin by having merchants which accept btc as a payment. In my own view, Bitcoin doesn't have a harmful effect for it should be treated by others as an illegal coin.
9642  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How can i pass on my bitcoins in case i die? on: August 21, 2016, 10:32:01 AM
what can i do to make sure, that after my death my loved ones can inherit my bitcoin?
and only after my death and not before. so giving them my privatkey now is not an option.

Wrote down your private keys, online wallets, username, password where you putted all your Bitcoins, if you want to store it in paper wallet or online wallet and put it into a safe and don't forget to put instructions precisely and easy to understand on how to use and how to get those Bitcoins in their respective storage because for sure they would be confuse especially if they're not tech savvy so that in the moment you die the you can tell them about the safe where you put all your Bitcoin holdings.
9643  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: did hybridmixer already turn to scam? on: August 21, 2016, 10:10:46 AM
i think owner hybridmixer run, only few day lauch web and launh signature campaign
three day after launch signature campaign, thread signature is lock and thread annoucment hybridmixer lock
not news not information about client in send coin mixer, is very bad mixer coin but equal and same investment hyip site fast scam fast run owner

Their thread has been lock since there scam attempt has been buster already on their early stage and i dont really trust that mixer since from the start its because his site domain is so shaddy and why could a  mixer business buy only a domain that will last for only one year? And he is unresponsive for the inquiry and bad feedbacks to his service he offer, and i really think that time, that his hybridmixer site is a ponzi scheme since he can't provide the btc reserve in their hot wallets or shall we call it cold storage.

I almost quit my current signature campaign just to join that hybridmixer because of its promising pay rates which is really good in per post but luckily my hesitation stop me because I didn't even see the escrowed funds or any address on where the money being stored for payout of their participant that's why I waited for more days and I also checked op's post history and same as other said that I has a bad post quality and usually post for getting bounties on altcoin. One day I heard about the news that hybridmixers thread was locked and my suspicion is right about the campaign.
9644  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: another poonzi biteminer.com or brother of hashocen on: August 21, 2016, 09:39:34 AM
The amount of scams appearing every day is incredible, I wasn't even aware of the existence that one.
Same here, I didn't even notice the existence of that site because of many ponzi sites that almost puff out everywhere and they are like mushrooms everytime they turn out to scam and disappear on the other day another new ponzi site appeared. The cycle continues in this matter but if one of those ponzi sites or those owners are being caught and put up into prison then it would be a thing that would lessen those ponzi sites out there.
9645  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you convince people to use Bitcoin? on: August 20, 2016, 05:24:43 AM
A lot of people are already in to the Bitcoin community but bitcoin is not yet known generally to other people. What are the things you usually say when people ask what Bitcoin is?

We generated ten things about Bitcoin that will make people believe and support the cryptocurrency, you can check it out on the link below:

Ten things about Bitcoins that will make you become a believer and supporter

We would like to hear comments and additions from you to help convince beginners or other people to embrace and use the crypto technology.

In relation to what you mention as the transaction fees being miniscule, I guess this would be the one that would convince my friends to use bitcoin. Being an overseas worker, we always send our family and relatives some money once or twice a month and a minimal transaction fee would be a big help because it would mean bigger money that our family and relatives will received. Not having the need to go to a money exchange after work is just a relief and sending money anytime and anywhere whenever we wanted is favorable for us.

Money transfer is one of the benefits  on using bitcoin, as you said  the transaction fee is small compared to bank or  other   remittances out there and also the   transaction time on transfer  is more faster  and its just a matter of click and  you dont be hassled in lining up just to transfer funds to your family especially when you are in abroad. Bitcoin  is really a big help with this matter.

That's true bitcoin is really the best when it comes to money transfers as it involves minimum fees and its far better in compare to other payment systems.
Using Bitcoin as a tool to send payments from point A to point B is the best when it comes to speed and the very low cost.

But if people are looking to cash out their coins to fiat, then things look different as the fee structure will take up at least 0.5-1% of the total transaction value.

It does have difference but the fee in exchanging btc to fiat  isnt big afterall and you wouldnt feel it when everytime you exchange i guess. Bitcoin has many usefull things not only on transfering funds but all its accessibility  to do transactions fast like buying something online by the use of  bitcoin it really gives us convenience.
9646  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: August 20, 2016, 05:17:14 AM
I advise you not to make your BTCTalk account just for earning money. I have created it for both earning money, sharing opinions and having fun together with the community. You can earn BTC through Signature Campaigns. For Newbies, you can only find a few. You will get paid daily/weekly/monthly in BTC.

Bctalk account is not just for money as you said its also for learning and  interacting with other fellow bitcoin users but for sure  most of us here in the forum have the same aim and thats earning money and some  doesnt even care even they wouldneed to scam newbie in here just to gain money which is really bad and we cant stop it. The common thing  on earning here in bctalk is joining  signature campaings and its also the easiest way, if your not fan of posting then you may sell digital good or offer your skills to make money here.

You have a point, joining signature campaigns is the easiest way  on earning bitcoin in this forum, you just have to post   non-spammy and relevant on topic replies with that its  already qualified to earn and make income in this campaigns. If you have  extraordinary skills then  you can make good money with it. Just go to services section.
9647  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about signature campaigns! on: August 20, 2016, 04:52:41 AM
If i was to join a signature campaign as a newb, ( I am not saying that i am going too / i am not even sure if its available ) And i would reach jr member, Will i get paid like i would if i was a newbie, or will it automatically change to the rates of what a jr member should get? etc?
Bro If Your Rank Is Up Then the Rates are Changed To your Next Rank But It is Not a Automatic Process Firstly you Need to make a Post in the Signature Campign Thread Regarding this then the Op will Change Your Rank When He Check Your Post Regarding Change in Rank....

Thats right, you would inform the Campaign manager that  you ranked up while participating in the campaign so that he would be aware of changing your status and  your payrates because if you forgot to remind them maybe  your pay rates would remain still in you lower rank because campaign managers are too busy on handling  many signature thats why they dont have enough time to 1 by 1 all members just to check their rank, be  also a responsible participant. There are also campaigns that are  automatic or  controlled by bots which dont need to remind the manager because the bot itself will change those rates. Goodluck
9648  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trust No One on: August 20, 2016, 04:47:48 AM
I'm not easy to trust anyone,
I recommed if do you want to transaction online
please always use an escrow.

so you already contradict your own statement regarding trusting no one because you still promote escrow services and it means you trusted them.. hahhaha
but i wont disagree about trusting escrow that on the list of DT. but always be careful even though they have some green trust. you must made first their history of post so that
you can verify that they are not been sold to other user.

Contradicting statement though. Even escrow musnt be  trusted even how reputable it is, even you are transacting large amounts of bitcoin. You dont know  what things are running  on peoples mind when it comes to money, there are instances that money greediness would control your emotion and   do the  opposite things.

that's true. but how will you successfully transact in this forum if you didn't trust anyone even reputable members here?
so please explain further your point and be realistic.. i know that greediness is always with us but you can't stop people to trust other member here just for a
greediness reason. we have all different kind of behavior and dont assume that all of as is greedy. of course there is someone here is a trusted person even though
he is not in the DT list. So the point is we must be careful on who we are going to trust and not to trust no one.

Maybe he didnt generalize all  escrows  as he mentioned , your right   we must be careful on trusting someone especially when we are transacting things to nobody, escrows are  the right  choice rather than  you transact to him directly because the chance of being scammed is high compare on using  escrow.
9649  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ARE NEWBIES CONSIDERED AS FOOLS? on: August 20, 2016, 04:44:44 AM
we're all start our rank of anythings from newbie. as i see in this forum, not all the newbies considered as a fool. but a few of newbies is lazy to read the threads or explore the forum content.
because of the goal is "how to get bitcoin from bitcointalk" make some of our newbie friends here post something without read something.

I agree with you, we all starts from newbie and we really dont have enough  knowledge about bitcoin  in those times but it depends on a newbie on how  he handle himself  on learning things without  a help from anyone. Newbies  considered as fools because  we usually commit mistake for the first time such as  joining those hyip ponzi site and also cloudmining but  as we commit mistakes we learn also from it and  never  do those things again.
9650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 19, 2016, 07:35:22 AM
do below 50 2x times, then above 2x and then repeat.

end in good mode.

when loosing  multiply x2

This is very risky because there will be long reds with 50% chance along the way. But if your bankroll is big and you divide it with 10 sessions. You can just target a couple of wins like 20 wins and if you reach that, stop and if not, continue. However, if you encounter many reds and busted in 1 session, then try a new session till you reach that 20 wins with getting back the 1 session lost.
Bankroll is really the most important for you to last in the game and to have a better chances of winning, with a decent bankroll you will be able to operate according to your plan and you can manage your bankroll that you will not chase your chase and be frustrated whenever you are having a cold streak.
Yes, having a huge bankroll is good since you can plan on what strategies would you make and you can also made some adjustments compared to have a smaller bank roll which  is  very limited to do such steps but  even if you have  big or small bankroll  in playing gambling you would lose your money after all.
9651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: August 19, 2016, 07:33:21 AM
Im playing 30 minutes a day a game  like minesweeper game that pay in bitcoin .Its easy to play and lot of fun.I dont play dice anymore its try your luck. Grin

Same here. On average I play 30 minutes per day delivery dices, black jack or roulette. It takes around 15 minutes each day to use all the free faucets.

You must have a lot of free time that you roam around the gambling sites and play with all the free faucet rewards, i would literally not invest my time just for doing that everyday, maybe for fun sometimes just one or two sites but not everyday.

30 minutes is bit long time. I never played Dice game this much time. And by the by, it was too boring game. Simply roll and wait. Useally I only play sports betting, But sometimes to kill my extra free time I do play this dice game with the very little amount.
i used dice game for one time bet only , when i want a really faast money maker then i would always visit a dice game for the sake of testing my luck too Cheesy , so i never play dice game more than 10 minutes including withdraw time ( if i won it ) , too much pressure if you play dice longer , you wouldn't survive with any amount you have.

But it is not a guarantee win, so you cant use dice game as a money maker then although it is fast game there on dice but still it has a house edge so you cany keep getting free money there though. So how about if you lose it? What are you gonna do then? You will need more money rather by the time so it will just not worth

Maybe thats the way  on how he play dice game, he already set an amount to spend on that dice game  he just trying his luck on winning, He stated if he lose then stop if he wins then stop playing. Thats a good control in managing your funds but if you kepp losing everyday then you must stop playing dice before its too late.

Its better to stop playing dice games if  you are always experiencing losses  in the end because  those losses would pile up even your bets are small amounts only. You would definitely deposit more funds   hoping and aiming for winning back your loses. It really depends on the person on how he manage his/her money and  dont let your emotions control you.
9652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 19, 2016, 07:24:14 AM
If I  Am rich im still gamble first is  for fun purposes only but if I will win this is a big luck to me.If I am rich. Smiley

I am certain with you, because i always say that gambling is a game for richest people, i also have a dream, if i will be a rich in future, than i will play gambling in daily basis, only for make fun and enjoyment. But now whenever i am playing gambling than i never have fun feeling, i have only excitement feeling and fear of loss, and in that time i have thinking whenever i become rich, than i have no fear of loss money.
Yes you also said which is on my mind.Gambling is for those who are already pretty rich or have that much money that they can afford to loose.
Because in gambling is 100% sure that the gambler will loose more often than not so he/she must be pretty rich for that and they can afford to loose them and its not recommended for those who cannot afford to loose the amount that they gamble.

When you are rich, you can have a big bankroll which is very ideal because you can create many sessions. Sessions = Chances of becoming more lucky.

Having only 1 session is on one chance to get lucky. Having many sessions, you will like being lucky multiple times.

Let us say, the rich can allocate $1,000,000 as initial bankroll (which he/she can afford to lose) that million bankroll can then be divided into 10 so, per session is $100,000. That rich man is now have 10 chances to get lucky compared to betting all that one million in just 1 session.
If I will be a rich man I would certainly would not bet base on my luck, there are games out their that you can enjoy base on your analysis, one example is sports betting, you can analyze the event before you place your bets so at the same time you will get the right satisfaction to be entertain.

In sports betting i can say that it has lesser risk compared to other gambling games  because  you can analyse the team or individual  before you place a bet  into them. All i can say that you would definitely win  based on your  observations but  remember that things doesnt  goes on your way. Sport betting  also needs luck.
9653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: August 19, 2016, 07:21:31 AM

martiangle in gamble is high risk high return
you can get much profit but you can lost all your money
iam play martiangle strategy in dice gamble site
Yes right martiangle strategy is a very risky strategy for the gambling.I think it works more often than not.Much surely therre comes a time where this strategy doesnt work and then your all the money is gone Because you keep doubling you loss and with few consecutive losses gambler can loose his/her amount to i do not recommend matiangle strategy at all.
Martingale could work  in the beginning it depends  on how long  after you get busted  on a website. It may  work for some websites  but  you must expect that the mods  are watching you already and  would make you suffer from long lossing streaks which would  be a disaster for you because you lose all your money.

For everytime im using  martingale on a  dice site i always  experience  lose streaks  with it and my bank roll could not sustain because every time you lose it doubles the bet and thats  the way its works but   i would not recommend it coz   it wont work in dice or even  in any games. Thats why i never  used that way again im just  betting on 50% chance.
9654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 19, 2016, 07:11:22 AM
if gamblers even win they will feel to rich is very easy and most gamblers always have confidence that they will win the next game, but of course this is impossible to do. if they lose money, they play again in order to recoup their losses. And many of them believe that they will win back money that they lost.

Those things are commonly commit  by a gambler or to those person who  play gambling because anytime you lose a bet you would  double your bet  to cope up the losses just like  in doing martingale way but  the sad reality it may work for some time but  its not really effective in the long run. Gambling is addicting  in the sense you feel the joy and  it relieves stress when you are playing it  but dont  forget the money risk involved.
9655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: August 19, 2016, 07:08:27 AM
Gambling is not funny enough for me
i am only enjoy the play and fun when i win and get huge profits
but when i am lose its not funny i think

That's why you should understand that gambling is not for making money. If you start gambling thinking just you want to enjoy paid game without expecting any benefits then you will really enjoy the fun of the game and if you earn some coins then you will be more enjoying.

He's right you must  treat  gambling as an entertainment only not for  profits purposes  because  if you loss such amount in your wallet  it doesnt hurt you soo much because you dont have the intent  on gaining those  profits  anyway unlike  if you have a motive or goals on making  profit  when you play gambling and suddenly you lose all your money and  all of your hopes  then after that  you would get frustrated.
9656  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 18, 2016, 11:46:44 AM

Rushing into things without any planning would be like a suicide because  you dont  have any plans or goals on a certain things. You wouldnt  even know what you must supposed to do when you are  in a actual situation therefore, nivesting your money without knowledge  to a business is just a waste of money  same as others said here.

And there are lots of major problems you will encountered while you are on your journey of making a succesful business and investment.

That's why to at least minimize the risk, properly understand what really you goes into especially when choosing the right investment.

You must be  vigilant  or  aware  to the investment that you are planning to put your money on. Do some research on them on how things  work and do you think its profitable and  would last long time. If you see this  qualities then it would be a good investment then thats the time you put your money on and  dont just sit back and relax youll need to work hard so that your investment would grow.
9657  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: August 18, 2016, 11:43:25 AM
If the question is directly to me then I would say no because I dont have the power to pump or dump the price, those who can manipulate the price are the exchanges, big holders because we are talking about millions to be dumped or pumped.
if you have at least some bitcoins then you can have an impact on price to be honest, of course only big whales can have a huge impact on it

Some bitcoins? Sorry universe_ but you are wrong, with few or some bitcoin that is nothing that can change the price, maybe can change few cents in the overall bitcoin price but not so much that can be manipulated. I think that the bitcoin price to be manipulated people should have hundreds or thousands of bitcoin.
Correct, only those individuals who own huge amount of bitcoins would affect  on the bitcoins price and also to other circumstances  or happening just like what happen in bitfinex  been hacked it really doest affect the price and it drop drastically to $500+ mark.
It affects the price of bitcoin but it does not affect for long, there was a major price fall back but that was just temporary and some have seen that a panic selling of the investors but for wise investors they have seen it as the opportunity to buy more bitcoins, and not they are enjoying their profit from short term investment.

So for a situation like that, just ride and take the advantage and opportunity. Right now, Im pretty sure that some bags another set of coins during the dipping point.

Back to topic, manipulation today can easily be done now with just a certain amount of money to be inserted in the bitcoin market. With just a $20-$30 price increase in bitcoin, it can start another speculation.
I don't understand how you can manipulate the price to get $20-$30, if one has the power to manipulate then we can see a lower price now so everyone will panic and those who manipulate the price will buy back bitcoins with a cheaper price.

As we all know the big holders of bitcoin  would  do really affect bitcoins price if they  sell their coins in the market  and  for sure it would  decrease its price but when a huge investor would buy thousand of bitcoin then the price of bitcoin would rise. Thats all supply and demand thing.
9658  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: August 18, 2016, 11:41:30 AM
I will work harder. I will work in the scope of the bitcoin. I will spend more time to earn money here. I believe because bitcoin can give me a better life.
I think only a few jobs that pay you on the spot dude. unless you are a merchants of course there are people who will give you the money because he buys something to you. but if you're an employee you have to wait a month to get a salary ?

Having full time here  in bitcoin world is just the same on having a day time job the difference  is just you are  just sitting  all of the time in front of your pc when you are going full time in bitcoin and  in day job  you would do hard work things. Its all the same you would be given a salary in both fiat and in bitcoin itself the difference in bitcoin earnings is if you are highly skilled maybe you would gain more than you gain in your day job but remember its not stable unlike having a  stable day job. If you are desperately need in money you would  wait for the  salary for your day job while in bitcoin it depends on what you are working or selling.
9659  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 18, 2016, 11:37:28 AM
I usually buy bitcoins when i don't have any bitcoins left in my wallet and sometimes when i want something online, i'm using bitcoin as the payment for the transaction.

Yup I am earning and buying  coins so that I can send money to my family whenever I want, as it  involves very less fees and transactions are available 24/7.
But can your family changes it into money whenever they have bitcoin?

I guess he is just doing it so that he can save a lot of money for sending bitcoin for his family. Because if he is going to use western union or paypal for sure he is going to spend bigger amount of transaction fees. But with bitcoin only small amount of it to get paid for confirming the transactions or the miners fee that is really a big savings.

That is right. Maybe he is also introducing and sharing his love of bitcoins to his family. From there, they will also share how they use bitcoins to their relatives and friends. It is a small way of introducing the beauty of bitcoins to others.
They deserve to know, and it is good that you start with your family as when one is regularly transacting online he will have to spend more charges using other payment processor but with bitcoin he can save and will experience a very fast transaction than he has not experience before.

Bitcoin transactions are really fast when you transfer your coins to your bank account, it hardly takes 2 minutes for money to get credited in your account, its better in compare to WU and Paypal.

I do agree with your statement, in speaking of transferring funds to a bank account or any other  means, bitcoin has the advantage since it has a very fast transaction time which is a really good thing for  bitcoin users and thats  one of the useful things  on using bitcoin.
9660  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: August 18, 2016, 11:35:20 AM
I have saved 3 btc so far and now I am planning to invest some of them in altcoin trading, as there is a good chance for me to grow my coins with altcoin so I am studying the market at a moment.

You are doing a very good step to do Alt coin trading, it really good, actually in this way you get more information about crypto currencies and get knowledge about online trading. I realize it is a awareness way for all crypto currencies.

Altcoin trading is a very good way on  making your bitcoins grow on certain amounts but dont forget  on the risk involved on it and its possible to lose  some coins or money you have  instead of gaining some. Before you jump into trading  just be sure you are knowledgeable enough and well informed about the market and the news in cryptos so that you would have an idea which coins would you buy.
