Leipzig has to win today to get into third position, and a  top four spot, and hope that Bayern win against Leverkusen on Saturday so they can further secure that spot. I expect Leipzig to win, scoring at least two goals.

True all that, Leipzig has to attack and win some points today. Koln has actually scored 2 goals and conceded 2 goals in each of their home games after the restart. When we look to H2H both to score passed in last 5 games between these two clubs.  I have the same odds @1.55 for Leipzig win and both to score so I opted for both to score this time as a bit more likely option for me.

Life got in the way so I didn't see any matches today. I still did ok. Thanks Rand for starting my education.

So bragging time? I did ok today as well in the end, but all games started poorly. Went with sure things from esports and coupled with one football. Took compLexity from rand but skipped on the other one since I didn't want to bet against forZe. Missed your DOTA picks today rand so I went with VPP & Viking.

Congrats to all guys making the final tournament, you all deserved it Smiley

Hopefully, there will be a "looser" tournament this time as well.

Big thanks to our hosts efialtis & tyKiwanuka for the work they have put into this series and hopefully we will continue to organize some poker here in the forum.

Could it be we will have our very first forum member winning the multimasters this weekend!? Smiley

mitchr4 was the first forum member that i know of to win the multi-master, Trofo won one of the Esports editions not long ago, i have two wins on the board as well. The forum is doing pretty well, JanpriX is the latest winner we have (welcome to the gang).  Smiley

Dortmund comfy win just now 6-1, i had the AH -1 parlayed with Gladbach O 1.5

And for those who followed Steve's picks, we are just one win away, waiting on Leipzig tomorrow.

I had to share my reward with 6 people so it didn't feel like so big win Smiley If I am not mistaken you had to share it with several people as well. Did anyone manage to get solo win? I know nobody managed to get 15 correct and big prize. Korea league kicked my ass this time around.

Need a good score today to have any chance for final tournament and again I have guests at home  Sad Hopefully, they will go home before our series starts so I can concentrate properly. We already wined and dined so get a hint ....

Just 6 of us for now but I guess we will get at least to about 15 or 20 with last minute regs and late regs. Good luck to all of you guys fighting for the points and see you on the table in a little more than hour.

I made a total of 3 bets on game 2 alone, which would've all won had the bookie acknowledged the decision of the admin. Unfortunately, they didn't recognize it. It was odd. As a matter of fact, even my bet on which team would bring down a tower first, which was won around 45 minutes before the game was finally decided to be a default in favor of Vikin.gg, was also voided. I was wondering why, because it didn't have anything to do with the overall outcome of the game.

I would suggest you read terms & conditions of the page you are using. If they don't have it covered you can write to support and demand your money. Those are the situations which all bookmakers can value differently. By common sense your tower bet should have been winning and other bets voided.

I had similar experience with wbet7. If one player forfeits during tennis match they count it as regular result while many other betting sites  count it as void bet. I complained and got my money back and they added the clause in T&C few days later.
9667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 31, 2020, 09:24:48 AM
Don't like the games in Bundesliga today from betting perspective. Both games have clear favorites but I am quite sure one of them will not win today. Can't decide which one though. Dortmund should be without Reus and Haland which puts a serious dent in their attack while Gladbach didn't impress me much after the break.

Maybe I'll put some low stake bets on their opposition and my main ticket will be just esports. If somebody told me 2 months ago I will write previous sentence I would call him crazy and put him on ignore list Smiley

Question to Trofo: Why?

I had guests over (some boring relatives from wife side) and one of them came behind me with 5 month old kid which screamed on my ear for the whole time. If I continued I would have killed him (the guy, not the kid) so it was better to donate the chips and go join the company. Glad you got the chips, I bullied you enough times  Smiley

Should not have played today but they of course came by without notice so I didn't know.

Saturday matches will start either at 12.30pm, 3pm, 5.30pm and 8pm. Sunday matches will kick off at either 12pm, 2pm, 4.30pm and 7pm. <...>

Seriously tho, wtf?? we've been deprived of top quality football for months and then all of a sudden they hit us with this? where my degenerate football fans at? are you ready to watch football action for 8 hours in a row on the weekend? I certainly am  Grin

Nice!! I am more then ready for 8 hours of Premier League action in a row, just a bit concerned it will be too much if it starts with day like that. You know after such long abstinence eight hours could be overdose. Hopefully, we will get a nice Friday evening match to get the taste of it and then full program on Saturday and Sunday Smiley

Four players have registered so far for today's tournament, but I'm sure there will be around 20 in the end(it's a pity that not 200, tho).

It seems vast majority of players prefer to register in the last moment and cut it close. There is still only 4 of us at the table. Maybe that is a part of the tactic so we don't know who we are up against Smiley

I am hoping for 18 players total with all the late regs included. That way I can keep my place at the table Smiley

Btw, thanks to @tyKiwanuka and others for suggesting to switch to 4-colour deck! Done. Indeed it is easier to play with a 4-colour deck. No flush will be missed from now on, even after two beers.   Grin

It looks strange first few hands, but after you get used to it, there is no going back to 2 color decks.

So guys, what are your sure picks for today?

I went with simple double which will hopefully return me to winning ways.
I picked Hertha to win against Ausburg @2.0 because Hertha is playing like crazy after the break. My second game is Mainz-Hoff both to score @1.55. Both of these teams are scoring and conceding a lot and I hope they will continue in the same tone this afternoon. Last 5 games between them ended with both of them scoring and 4/5 had five or more goals in them.
9672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: May 30, 2020, 09:44:46 AM
For what it's worth Sportsbet already have a feature that I haven't seen on any other sportbook till date, which is keeping your bet selections for as long as until you clear them, when your session expires or you even log out, you don't lose your selections. If they could have such feature in place, then betslip copying/sharing shouldn't by any means be of a bigger programming hurdle.

Cool feature I agree. My fiat betting site does that as well, and they have one other cool feature. You can click on a button on any of your tickets to bring all the games which haven't started yet to a new ticket. It can come really handy when you make a nice multi ticket and first game goes wrong. You just copy all the rest and double the stake Smiley Fast way to recover or lose all your bank.

My best feature on Sportsbet is that they enable BTC betting without waiting for any confirmation. That I haven't seen anywhere else and I used it numerous times when I needed to make a quick bet. As soon as I click send on my wallet I can place a bet. Big thanks to the person that came up with that idea. Best thing, there is no risk for Sportsbet since you can't withdraw before your deposit gets 3 confirmations, true win-win from my point of view.

Our multimaster started quite wrong, Jeonbuk already lost and most of us had it as win. Hopefully all the others did as well Smiley
9673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: May 30, 2020, 08:15:18 AM
@Trofo: That info's been passed up way up (about sharing betslips) -- but it's a big programming issue. I'm sure they'll surprise us about it sooner or later though.

I am not really buying the story that it is a big programming issue. Maybe I am wrong but I did some web design in the past and I can think of at least few simple ways to do it without even doing any research.  We are not asking for some extra stuff like betting slip which you can one click copy to follow it. This first step is just to share info about our bets, they could made it like simple html print so you just share a link or maybe even picture which could be automatically hosted on imgur and then you share the link again. There is many ways to go about it that shouldn't be heavy to program.

And if sportsbet uses "big programing issue" as official excuse they are basically saying that most of the competion has better teams of developers. After all they all made it, so sportsbet could even copy some ideas.

Don't get me wrong I still rate Sportsbet as one of the best if not the best BTC betting site and that is why sometimes I ask and expect a lot of them. It is just an effort on my part to get that perfect betting page so that I don't need to use any other.

9675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: May 29, 2020, 03:54:24 PM
Relax guys, Battle Pass doesn't have any impact on the gameplay of Dota 2. This is just like a big promo for Dota 2 players where they can get so many interesting skins/items, exclusive items, rewards, special minigame, etc.

Battle Pass has a level system where the higher level you have you will get more rewards. Just like that and all of those items won't benefit the users to win the game.

So it has nothing to do with bettors  Wink.

Yeah, thought so but I was thinking maybe I am missing something because of all the hype. I watched some DOTA game and commentators got wild shouting Battlepass is out. I guess they get easily excited Smiley

I am new to esports so... What the fuck is battlepass, why is it so big deal and does it in any way affect future DOTA 2 bets?

I was forced to get into esports betting due to corona stooping all my other betting options. In this last 2 months CS:GO and DOTA 2 really got my interest. So much so that I was watching Dreamhack the other day instead of Bundesliga. I will definitely continue to watch/bet on esports even when all the leagues continue as normal. I was thinking I am getting a good grasp of things and then something like this happens and shows me the holes in my esports knowledge.

Meanwhile we've got ourselves a Bundesliga encounter tonight as Freiburg will Bayer Leverkusen..

For Leverkusen it's going to be a redemption chance after their dismal performance at home against Wolfburg and a win here is much need to increase their chance for a CL spot, Freiburg as well is contention for an Europa league spot but I don't think they'd fancy their chances of making it.

My Predictions is Leverkusen ML @ 1.73 (a 3 - 1 win for Leverkusen)

True all that, but I am always expecting a surprise when it is the only "serious" game in the day. I watched Freiburg play when they lost 1:0 against Werder and they played really well and should have scored few goals. I am backing them to at least score a goal today and hopefully Leverkusen will do their part as well, my pick is both to score @1.65. A little lower odds but bigger chance of winning bet if Leverkusen decides to switch off.

If I had to pick correct result I would probably go with 3:1, same as you so let's hope for that one.
9678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 29, 2020, 11:39:51 AM
Really surprised to see Schalke on that list. I don't perceive them as rich club by any metrics. Weren't they actually on the brink on bankrot due to Corona crises and then Bayern and Borusia raised some money to help rest of the league? Isn't Schalke like working men's club, miners if I am not mistaken? Anyway, before seeing this, I would bet my house that at least Leipzig has more money and players with higher market value than Schalke.

I was kinda busy the last two days, didn't have time to look up the games hence couldn't place any bets. No bets, no losses they say.  Cheesy
So true, after few good and OK days, I lost big yesterday. I placed first bet before seeing NiP changing players and had over on that game. Later I underestimated ENCE and lost quite a bit betting on NaVi to pick map 1 and to pick map2. Today should be redemption time so probably just a double with odds around 2.5.

So i heard NiP have a new player and that didn't go particularly well against Vitality (7-16; 4-16).

Na'Vi ml parlayed with Vitality +1.5 gives a decent 1.90 odds, my go-to bet for today i guess. Slightly tempted to try Na'Vi -1.5 and ViT O 2.5 that gives around 4.75...what do you guys think?

I like NaVi ML pick and that will probably be my main pick of the day. Odds a bit low so I'll maybe do NaVi -1.5 on low stake ticket. NiP really looked awful yesterday and if they repeat that performance this will be another bloodbath.

Vitality and Ence both played very good yesterday and I will probably skip this game. It could really end with all results possible.
