9681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If today was your last day, would you gamble everything? on: May 26, 2017, 03:21:52 PM
If you are a donator and fundraiser for the orphanage, you could help people around your location when you are earning and living happily. Just do and kick on gambling and enjoy the thrill of win and loss. We will not be able to take with us anything, when the last day of our life.
At least on the final day we must find time for helping other people or at least our family members. Due to hectic work schedules, I could never find time to spend with my family members. If today's my last day then I will spend all my time with my family and part of my money will go for donations and rest will be for my family.

Only karma might be a thing we can carry forward. Definitely I will not gamble on my last day. Because I just want to maximize my karma on my last day at least.
9682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: May 26, 2017, 03:06:35 PM
Before i buy something first i will put it in an investment so that my money is secure. In investment you earn profit for your money. And others i will needs in my home and use for paying my bills. But most important is savings, when you save your money won then someday you have to keep it in the future. And that's the time you enjoy your money if it become grow in your investment.
All your plans are so good. But I just wonder how often you are making profits from gambling. When profits from gambling is impossible or not happening frequently what is the use of just dreaming big ?

Secondly I just wonder on what investment you are talking about ? I guess there are very few such opportunities exists. Some gambling sites accept investments and recently freebitco.in pays some interests. Do not look for doubling/hyip, they are all confirmed scams.
9683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: May 26, 2017, 02:44:53 PM
as early as possible you should stop gambling because even your family will be affected if you gamble so much.
Most probably, before getting our family affected by gambling must be the right time to leave off gambling.

It does not mean we can allow gambling to affect ourselves being a gambler. It would be much better if we are able to quit before affecting ourselves. Even we are able to bear frustrations/disappointments to affect ourselves , we should not pass those to our family members by forgetting our personal life responsibilities.
9684  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's dominance in transaction volume [hard facts] on: May 26, 2017, 08:32:12 AM
Some more hard facts :
- Bitcoin dominance might be a reason we are still feeding greedy miners.
- Practically it will not be easier nor possible to switch over to some altcoin payments suddenly when we are into bitcoin payment based agreement.
- Probably some gamblers might have switched over to altcoin payments but I am sure they too might be finding difficulties in calculating risk/reward ratio with a new value denomination.
- Steller and bytecoins were having ~ 200% to 500% growth in recent times but not having at least 1% transactions of what bitcoin system has. How smartly devs try to fool traders.
9685  Economy / Economics / Re: Will silver ever skyrocket? on: May 26, 2017, 08:18:36 AM
people say it will go to one thousand dollars an ounce or more but if it showed signs of going that high tech companies would likely switch to cheaper metals as alternatives and phasing silver out. it probably would not sky rocket for that reason alone.

i think so many people have silver that if it did go up to one thousand dollars an ounce it would cause economic inflation.

am i mistaken or did i miss something?
It depends silver is getting rarer but one of the things that happen is that no one is mining silver, because it is so cheap, silver is mostly a byproduct of other mining operations at the moment, so if the price of silver gets higher because of lack of supply then the miners of the world will do their best efforts to get silver so I have my doubts silver is going to skyrocket.
Other than mining/industrial demand aspects, there is one big support for silver which must be considering it as store of value similar to gold investments. It is being followed worldwide. But obviously it is interlinked with the industrial demands for silver but we cannot be sure which one will be triggering silver to skyrocket.

Probably when gold will be skyrocketing, we can expect silver to start its rally. But as of now gold is not as hot as how bitcoin is attracting investors. So, in near future too silver may remain cold.
9686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: May 26, 2017, 07:10:53 AM
If I had $500 for investment I would cut the money in half, meaning $250 would be in buying bitcoin which I'm sure will increase its value in the next few years and the other would be invested in altcoin trading.
But I am strongly suggesting to go 100% with bitcoins. It is highly expected altcoins may switch over to old trend of finding down fall against soaring bitcoin prices.  Because when bitcoin finding rallies which might be lasting till $10k levels, I am sure that high profile traders will be switching into bitcoins from altcoins.

But as of now both bitcoin trading and altcoin trading are equally profitable but there will be no guarantee this trend will continue when bitcoin will be having prices in 5 digits.
9687  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: May 26, 2017, 06:40:49 AM
The best emotional management comes from having a clear cut strategy and knowing exactly what to do when you execute each trade. If your strategy is extremely detailed, emotional management will come naturally.
When we will be following a strong technical analysis based strategy, there will be no chances for us to lose our emotions hence managing emotions while trading will be much easier along with profit making.

We are all face the situation of needing emotion control when our trading strategy is not supporting us profit making. When a high fluctuating market deviate our targets, automatically all the traders get emotions broken which is leading to ad-hoc decision making. When our important decisions are taken under pressure, its accuracy will be low.
9688  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin up altcoin dump on: May 26, 2017, 06:07:39 AM
Bitcoin price i being corrected right now. So expect some altcoin pump this time. I bought some XRP(ripple) because it reaches its highest marketcap. I believe it could double or even triple its price. Bitcoin pump and altcoin dump is really normal. That's the good time to buy cheaper coins.
I don't know really what's indicator to predict bitcoin-altcoins price.
I can assume with your opinion above that when a certain altcoin hit the highest marketcap it could be one of many indicator to expect the price will skyrocketing right?
Let's see what will happened , current market situation is really interesting isn't it?
Highest market cap is a clear indication of happening of high manipulation especially in altcoin markets hence it will not be an assurances we are going to see continuous pumping for skyrocketing. It happened many times and I did see many traders did get trapped. Being just a watcher is really more interesting in these high volatile markets.

When the btc price goes up, what is now a good time to buy altcoin or sell bitcoin? Huh
There is no clear strategy on these as of now. If you have asked me some 3 months back, I would have suggested you to go for selling altcoins when bitcoin is on up surge. But now a days altcoin markets got their specialized traders to keep their levels intact regardless of where bitcoin prices are trading.
9689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to increase BTC? on: May 25, 2017, 03:27:14 AM
A first step in making your Bitcoin grow faster is to join this forum and after that,

joining signature campaign,
joining social media campaign and
completing or accomplishing tasks and you get paid.

joining signature campaign and social media campaign that's a good way to earn some bitcoin in forum and doing some task in service section for extra bitcoin. And do trading too so your bitcoin will increase 2x or maybe 3x.
This is cool to have more bitcoin the signature campaigns really work also if you are good in trading you can easily double your bitcoins in a month or so. If you think you are very lucky in winning games and stuff then you can try your luck in gambling as well.

Among these, I recommend signature campaign to get bitcoins after that use those earning for your trading to multiply them. But you need to be careful all the time so that trading will not disappoint you.
9690  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if I buy 3BTC now and forget about them for 10 years??? on: May 24, 2017, 08:52:29 PM
I am wondering, what would happened if I can get some cash to buy 3 BTC that means at the prices of this moment 1 BTC = 2,252 USD so would be 3BTC= 6,756 USD and forget that I Have them for 10 Years???

Will I be rich??
Will I have lost all the money??
Will I have just make a few extra dollars??

Would you do it??

I am not sure if you be rich or not. What is your standard to be called rich ? It depends upon you if you were smart enough to not forget about it and instead of leaving it aside go for something productive with it which makes your 3BTC a minimum of 3000BTCs. This will be your real success.

I am very sure in next 10 years bitcoin may value in millions then owning just 3 bitcoins itself might make any one as fiat riches. I believe I could be rich in next 10 years this way.
9691  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the price of the bitcoin at the end of 2017? on: May 24, 2017, 08:36:29 PM
~ 6158.84 USD @finex Cool

Three times more then now, are you sure? This is not possible to happen in next 6 and a half months, in some time next year maybe, but even for that to happen possibility is 5 %?
Around 2 500 dollars for 1 bitcoin is my prediction, not even that, if we get to 2 300 and stay there it would be also great.
I appreciate you for not to giving a hype to the price of the bitcoin like the other. Some of our mates are either very much optimistic or greatly excited that they predict some abnormal growth of the price in the forum. It really makes me worried about the earning of the BTC as well. Don’t you think it will be ever harder to earn a few satoshis at what the price prediction is?
9692  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this a bubble? When will it burst? on: May 24, 2017, 08:26:04 PM
Can we see BTC return to $1,000 again? As much as I like BTC I still think this scenario is possible... don't invest more you can lose.
As earlier people have been talking about it that the bubble is going to burst and the BTC is going to come down and stuff like that while neglecting the fact that the BTC price is related directly to its demand in the market because of the limited supply. I don’t think the BTC will come again to $1000.

Probably it may reach $2000 levels but I am sure we are heading toward $3000 levels which most probably will be realized by first week of June month.
9693  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How effective are bitcoin trading bots? on: May 24, 2017, 08:03:06 PM
bitcoin trading use bot only automatic trading youre trade not guaranteed if you trade profit
and setting bot from programer, so sometime is wrong open position trade
Bots are here to facilitate the users and I guess they work very well. It may happen that sometime it may go wrong but there is no other opinion in it that they really are helpful. You just need to communicate your way of doing things with the programmers and that makes your work quite easier.

How effective are bitcoin trading bots? I read a review on google where a person claimed that he turned 300$ into 50000$ in one year using bitcoin trading bot (i can't remember the name of the bot).
Trading bots might get you good profits in calm market conditions whereas in high volatility it may go wrong. It means you cannot leave off your trading responsibilities to a bot. You must take care of when to use bot and not.
9694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long does a trade take? on: May 24, 2017, 07:48:46 PM
How long does a trade take?
I am into a trade which is still lasting even after years lol
The life of a trade is purely dependent on the target you will be setting. You may finish off a trade in less than a minute too if you just want to cover exchange fees or even some times under heavy fluctuating scenario, you may get decent profits within that one minute.

No one could exactly predict how long a trade may take. Because the tools we are having will support only price-wise analysis not in terms of time span. Only in speculation we are getting time frames, but they are purely guess-works/based previous similar incidents.
Yeah exactly, no one can predict that how long a trade takes. It needs a very much technical analysis and the speculations that an investor faces take him like a pendulum. The to and fro motion of the prices will never let anyone to make a 100% accurate prediction.

I have come cross some professional traders are making time based predictions but I guess it will not be that significant because market volatility is like God, beyond anyone's control.
9695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is more risky. Sport or casino bets ? on: May 23, 2017, 07:56:52 PM
casino is way harder.

at least in sports you might be able to predict a safe bet.
no such thing with casino bets

Even I don't have enough knowledge on the teams that have the upcoming match. I can have an intelligent guess for them but only for those teams that I'm familiar with.
I find it hard to bet too with casino bets, so my choice is sports bet.
Sports betting is very dangerous because its rather much addictive and you get a hang of sports betting once you start betting that way. I have been gambling since a long time but I never got addicted with that dice or slots game but once I was predicting sports I was just becoming crazy and made bets that I don't wanted to make but since I feel my country's team would win I bet.

Match fixing may kill the spirit of sports betting gamblers. It is happening with almost all sport events. But making profits beyond these difficulties also might give good feel to any gambler.
9696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RANSOMWARE impact on: May 20, 2017, 02:38:16 PM
It didnt impact a lot, for sure bitcoin will be considered as criminal coin, but bitcoin become more popular and for the bitcoin users, it didn't bother a lot, the price is still good and people still believe in bitcoin and the bitcoin transaction rate still high, so bitcoin still has a good future
In summary wannacry brought mixed responses. Government might be thinking negative as bitcoin brought hackers a way to get safe money but many people come to know about bitcoins as media made enough coverage on bitcoins this time. My local newspaper wrote an awareness article on ransomware which covers what is bitcoin too.

But by considering the current rally of bitcoins, we can be sure bitcoins system not finding any hard impacts due to recent hacking attempts. I wish issues of ransomware to get fade away asap when some antivirus coming up with strong solutions.
9697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does this community use bitcoin? on: May 20, 2017, 02:05:23 PM
Well I think many people, including myself, view the bitcoin as closer to a stock (and money making asset) than an actual currency. People just want to own some BTC because of its rapidly appreciating value compared to other currencies. As far as I know, most places do not even accept bitcoins as a form of of payment. However, as more and more vendors start accepting the BTC , it may not be long until people start considering it a legitimate currency.

Your assessment is top notch. However, I will quickly add that I see Bitcoin as a hybrid between commodity/asset and fiat. And that's what keeps the price soaring
Prices of bitcoin is continuously soaring because less number of people are selling compared to the people who are buying. People may buy bitcoins either to use for his online transactions or move into cold storage for the purposes of making his life into next levels. But I believe that does not matter and what we need to note, is people buy bitcoins but not selling. It means they started using bitcoins for their own purposes.

Hence using bitcoins as currency or investment is no more significant as long as not converting back to fiats.
9698  Economy / Speculation / Re: just buy it already, strategy! on: May 20, 2017, 01:45:59 PM
No one could be sure about what is going to happen so investing only what are afford to "wait" would be the right strategy as of now. I just wonder probably we are heading toward $100k levels in 2017 like how 2013 brought $1200 from $13 but history may repeat but we cannot expect to repeat exactly.

Or we may face corrections which may lead to $1500+ levels again. But we can be sure about fluctuations between $1800 to $2200 levels by next week and I am getting ready for $2000 in bitstamp by Sunday night.

Buying now and keep waiting to find significant profits could be the positive options in front of all of us.
9699  Economy / Speculation / Re: Unlike alts Bitcoin will not crash on: May 20, 2017, 01:13:39 PM
New investors are entering into crypto world with the plan of diversifying their capital across bitcoins and altcoins. There are enough awareness with these people not to go all with one single instruments and I feel this would be the reasons altcoins are standing strong when bitcoin is trading near $2000 levels.

What we must find out is how long these valuations and high market capitalizations on altcoins can be maintained.
There will not be any problem when new people come and buy some altcoins. As long as new money flow happens, I guess they will keep their capitalization competitive.
9700  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a Bubble? on: May 20, 2017, 12:56:34 PM
this could be the beginnings of a bubble. it's not there yet. it could fall plenty too and i wouldn't call that a crash either.
I agree here. Probably here after new people and may rush into bitcoin economics and keep buying to make bitcoin prices into some extremes like $3000 or $5000 levels and whales may pop it up. But when more number of people will be targeting bigger prices I guess it will not get pop up that easily.

We can be sure bitcoin prices may settle around $1950 levels until block issues finds a solution. But marching forward without finding solutions for scalability may lead to disasters and solving block issue may double the prices.
