I think your not suggesting how to stay away from gambling and rather keep them from playing other gambling stuffs, And rather gambling on dice for me sports betting are safer and even if you bet that day it will just be ocassionally and not an everyday gambling. What you said is correct but most of the gamblers will not agree with this point. According to them gambling is nothing but free or easy money so they will keep on try even though they lose money. As long as one know how to control them than gambling is not wrong otherwise it is very wrong.
There are different perspective for different persons because the way they think of things are very different, others think gambling as just for entertainment only, and others think that gambling as instant money that is why all in this thread will argue about this |

Yes everyone will lose money at the end, only some people have the luck to win a big amount that the lost will disappear. The problem is only some people have that luck the most lose a lot of gambling and never win it back.
I think everyone can play gambling even with that small luck every one can lose a lot even if the odds are with him or mr luck is on his side because not all the time is christmas right? That means there are times that people without luck end up lucky in another day he or she gamble! |

we should be very careful while investing our hard earned bitcoins to any of the trading or gambling sites and without proper knowledge its not a good idea to just invest it anywhere and it will make money from it. I also experienced the same as you keep a few in Cryptsy, yeah did not think it would happen on such a big trade like Cryptsy. The best part of gambling is the risk itself, if you are not risking big amounts of money, it will never be as pleasant. Thats why if you try to play with fake credits it just doesn't cut it, you need to be exposed to risk to get that natural adrenaline high and this is exactly what can make some people severely addicted to it.

There's no way you're going to win more than that you are losing
People who don't regularly gamble also lose in long run and i think i'm irregular/occasional gambler. there's no difference between regular/occasional gambler once you got bad luck you'll lose. Same here mate, my friend told me about bitcoins in 2011, but at that time I thought it is uselsess to invest money and time in it, and then I got into bitcoins in 2015 which was very late, and now I regret that why I didn't listen to my friend in 2011, I would be the richest by now.

The worst mistake was invest in hashprofit.com, probably over 1 btc. IO though I was a early with hashprofit.
Many websites of investment bitcoin are scam or can't get profit as much as our expectation. We must be smart investor and know details a business which will investing. Yes, I am buying and the lower it gets the more I will buy. I think all the recent controversy has spooked people too much and BTC is undervalued right now. Once some of the FUD surrounding transaction capacity is cleared up along with the approaching block reward halving, I think a sizable rebound will occur making today's prices seem like they were giving BTC away.
In that kind of a stir news many has sell their BTC and the price of bitcoin today is quite down right now that means it is good to buy bitcoins today right? it will be great if bitcoin will be stable this coming month |

I lost some btc investing to cloudmining sites turned ponzi and scams a while back. But it was just minimal i was just testing waters..
i just entered btc world when scrypt was a (good invest) everybodys said.. so lost some bitcoins there .. Well investing in something is not bad, but if you invest in something that you are not really sure that you will gain anything then that would be a problem, always research on it before investing money on it! |

basically I want to use BTC as a real currency !
A car would be very nice. I've been waiting and searching for this since a long time. I hope it will be possible some day. Althoug we have to wait for bitcoin to get mainstream first That would be great but there is something that is blocking bitcoin to do that or like a wall so we could not use bitcoin for that kind of purposed because the government does not handle bitcoin or they cant possibly manipulates it that is why they try something else so people may not use bitcoin |
