Demand is increasing but the thing about the fees, are they really that high? I don't think that transactions are high as of today. It's lite and quick so that's why bitcoin transactions are better than ETH today.

Many says before that ETH is faster and cheaper than bitcoin transactions but you can't stand with that statement about it. The bull run hasn't been seen so far so if this is just a sign of the bull run, wait for it until bitcoin and other altcoins goes all time high.

Maybe you are wrong and you've been looking to the past months chart of ethereum? I see there's a nice pump for ETH couple of days until today and this is because the market is getting healthier again.

Bitcoin is pumping so it is part of it too.

Yes, altcoins are likely to be pumped as well. There are coins that will be left behind but bitcoin and ethereum will rise so those altcoins that has impressive volume will follow the uptrend.

If that picture really came from IMF then it's obvious they are looking at bitcoin now. Look at the innovation, from fiat -> credit/debit --> digital currency/cryptocurrencies.
