In any case, that a user changed email and password does the staked bitcoin address should be edited also? What if a sudden hack occur and the hacker change even the email and can access the email of the victim. Does changing email, have some verification on that email saved? Or the only way to prove authenticity is the bitcoin signed message. I just read a lot of posts that they are hacked so the only remedy here is that process. On most cases, and as far as I know, when you change an email, it should send a verification code to the email which is currently being used. I never changed my email here so I can't tell it they have this security here, but I do think that that bitcointalk developers has added this security measure. And for the staked address, I do not think that you should edit it. Maybe sign a signature message there and add your new bitcoin address if you want. Afterwards, it is necessary to sign a message using that new address. |

Base from your previous posts it refers to the scenario that you have a total of 15 withdrawal requests amounting $750 if all are added. Am I right? Or this is the confirmation of your withdrawal transaction which they were processing according to you. If it is the first one, then it means you have already received $500 in total. Am I right? |

Adding bb codes here for images can be done by Junior members. You are now a Junior member, being so, your account is then capable of posting images. You do not need to gain 10 more merits. You can upload images and get their bb codes from different platforms such as imgur and imgbb. From FAQ: Why can't I post images?

There are competitions for other games here that are being held by different casinos. You can find them in Games and Round board. Some are free to enter (usually when the game is about prediction). But if you're referring to games that aren't initiated by casinos except poker tournaments, it is because no one initiated it. |

And for what I knew about Roobet, they will stick to the coins and network that are the most used and they probably want to just stick to few coins and network for deposits and withdrawals to eliminate some potential problem caused by too much payment method. Plus we do not know how much adding another ETH network will cost them, it might need some time, effort, and additional budget. Therefore, I think adding a new network does not weigh the same with the problem which you have personally caused in the first place. On the other hand, if ever Roobet decided to add new ETH network, which I doubt, "Will it solve the problem?" Definitely yes. |

The thing is that the funds were not sent to a wrong ETH address but were sent using auwl different network. Because of this, I do not think that this phrase from their ToS is applicable to the case. Personally, I think that Roobet can help him out, however I do not have enough knowledge for the process itself so I have no comment of how much time and effort it can consume. My suggestion is this: Perhaps Roobet help the user with his concern, but make the user pay for the inconvenience he has caused for the company. |

Our deposit minimum from start is 20 usd. This user try to "cheat" our system by making requestment for 20 usd deposit and send only 1 dollar to the deposit address.
System deposit this one dolar into his account but is still can't make withdraw request because minimum deposit condition is 20 usd.
You call that cheating? I don't think that he wants to cheat you with that trick. In the first place your support agent told him that a $1 deposit will do. So it is not his fault. The solution I can think for this case is allow him to deposit ~$20, and then you should approve his withdrawal request. |

What do you think Forums are for? Aren't forums created to have a platform for discussions of different topics? Same as with Bitcointalk, people do use this platform to have discussion with each other. Through this you can obtain and share knowledge even you do not personally know the member. This forum is mainly for bitcoin discussions. However, since this is considered a huge forum other boards were also created where you can discuss several topics which can be connected or not connected with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. For many years, most people use the forum in order to seek for some opportunities where they can earn some money through different services. |

Yeah, there's one guy named Archie Karas from the article mentioned from the OP who unluckily lost most of his winnings in just time span of three (3) weeks.
