Sorry to ask..
I played the "Twitter 1k BRK" Tournament yesterday. If I got it right I should receive an Email and answer with my Adress and my Username..but I did not receive one yet..
Somebody got an idea what to do? Thank you in advance!

I downloaded the latest wallet version but i got some problems:
sometimes the wallet won't start up. The task is open in the windows task manager but the wallet doesn't start up properly. I need like 5 to 10 tries with different compatibility modes to get it started. But i always have to change it, it won't start with the same settings when i try it after closing. Does anyone have the same problems? Sometimes it also seems to need like 3-4 minutes to start (but without a loading screen)...

What you should know is that this is a side project, so they will let us know more once they have more to share. In contrast to most other coins, there is actually a pretty legit company behind this. I have a good feeling about it  We can just hope that this company answers to RouletteRun's Email. If we don't get any information from them, then I think there is quite a high risk of never hearing anything by anyone again. Dev has been offline for almost 3 months now, which feels like an eternity in times of internet and modern communication. |

It's a dang shame, I really thought the dev. would make an appearance with the block halving. I believe that with just a little work in the right places, this coin has real potential.

Nutcoin is no premine. It was proved from 0 block start.
Nutcoin supply total 92 000 000 000 (92 billions of coins), but PoW total supply 15551996287 (15.5 billions of coins).
Where coins come from rest 76.5 billions ?
lol.. i never make the calculation before. But, after i did, the coin supply only 15.552 billions in 17 years. So the supply is far lower than it should be.  That is nothing but good news as far as I'm concerned... 15.5B is still a crap-ton of coins... even if it grew to the market cap of BTC currently... it would barely have broken the $1/nut level. It's fun to dream, but I seriously doubt we would ever be able to reach a market cap of even $1B unless there were some unexpectedly massive upsurge in active development. Just being pure PoW via scrypt is like bragging about 'quadraphonic sound' in an age of 11.2 channel receivers. We just should wait a few more weeks - if we dont hear anything from the dev after the block halving (and shortly after), we should think about either taking things in our hands or forget about this coin very fast The price in exchanger is pretty alive for diying coin. This could be, if advertised correctly, a huge opportunity to get more attention on Nutcoin since Darkcoin is so popular at the moment! There is a giveaway for miners. I've just sent a PM to dmx374 asking him to confirm the block halving date of June 4, or to give us an update on any changes so as to be able to keep the community informed. If this Information is correct: Last Active: April 18, 2014, 10:35:25 PM I wouldn't expect an answer from dmx. I feel concerned that he just stopped developing. I don't know, I really got a bad feeling. Of course I still believe in this coin - just made my 6th Million NUT these days  |
