Looking for a GTX 460 or slightly worse, or better, card.

Need it for some CUDA stuff.

I have about BTC0.6 to spend right now, can supplement with PayPal if needed.

Also have lots of MRE's for trade:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269909.0

Post or PM (preferred) with the card you have and what you want for it shipped to 55072.

I have a number of ztex 1.15y clones - quad Spartan 6 LX150 boards, with heatsinks.  I have spacers to stack them.  840MH (or more, typically closer to 860-880) on 40-45W.

Let me know what you offer for 1 or more miners!

I tried to reply yesterday from my phone but kept getting timeout "database error".
985  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS: Case(s) of 12 MREs - Sure-Pak Meals - Camping / Zombies / Disasters on: August 19, 2013, 08:32:53 PM
Are you interested in mining hardware?  I have some FPGA boards that do 840+MH...

Yep, PM me the details or post here if you want it public.

Anyone want 2 cases shipped for BTC0.80?

Made that offer via PM so I figured I would post it here as well.

That is a monitor color calibration tool/display tester.

You got for it, approximately what they are worth if you can find a buyer.

They are made for Artisan series CRT monitors (still used, still expensive) although I'm uncertain what else they might work with.

Forgive my lack of networking knowledge...

If I have 1 PC that does all my Torrenting and acts as a NAS for my other rigs/TV's, what service would I have to choose for that 1 PC to be "safe" (as far as my ISP harassing me for DLing Hollywood blockbusters)?
990  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS: Case(s) of 12 MREs - Sure-Pak Meals - Camping / Zombies / Disasters on: August 15, 2013, 04:23:48 AM
Shame these arent the military mres. If you come across the legit military mres, i would buy a few cases.

I have two cases of legit Military MREs from a 2007 exercise with the USAF... what would you pay?

My wife says I should get rid of them, but I think they are pretty cool to have around the house.  You know, in case of zombies Tongue

Edit:  Wait, the pictures just loaded.  Why would you think the OP's are not "military MREs" ?  I can assure you those are the exact same as mine except for the box and the bag that holds the contents!

Yep, it just depends when and where you get the MRE's through true "military" channels as to what the packaging and entree's consist of.  So many different ones floating around, you know the Gubmint, need to pad the pockets of lots of Contract Specialists!
991  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS: Case(s) of 12 MREs - Sure-Pak Meals - Camping / Zombies / Disasters on: August 15, 2013, 12:51:02 AM
First day's shipments arrived to nearer locations, buyers should update with Trust and hopefully post feedback if they tasted one!
992  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS: Case(s) of 12 MREs - Sure-Pak Meals - Camping / Zombies / Disasters on: August 11, 2013, 09:51:08 PM
All replied and printed/shipped as applicable.

Don't forget I'm interested in trades or bulk buys as well!

What other stuff for trade? SHTF stuff? pc components?

From OP:

"I am interested in trades for:
Block Eruptors
ASICs
Some PC Hardware (Hard drives, SSD's, Fast DDR3, 4770K, 4670K, Higher end GPUs, etc)
Other stuff, just send a PM and inquire"

Really anything might spark my interest!  I'm already "above water" on these (flipped 2 pallets for the price I paid for all 5 Wink) so the rest is just gravy and fun stuff.

Can't buy them in bulk and they can't sell them in bulk, the same company packages both "military" and "civilian" types.

These are from the Minnesota National Guard and funded through "Disaster Relief" so they are able to resell.
You can buy them in bulk, just have to have a military ID and a PX that carries them. I used to buy mine at the old PX at the Daytona Beach Airport, but they have since shut it down. I'll have to get off my butt one day and drive down to Key West it seems. Wornick is the company that makes the military MREs, the ones listed above are not from the same company.

Good luck with your sales, people need their SHTF food!

Yeah I should have been more clear, you can acquire them in large quantity, but not at a price worth reselling Wink

SoPakCo also packs Military MREs and other varieties of Military food, the same company that provides the Minnesota National Guard with Sure-Pak Disaster Relief MRE's (my item)

MRE shelf-life

http://www.mreinfo.com/us/mre/mre-shelf-life.html

MREs were designed for the high-caloric needs of soldiers out in the field.  Walking many miles, carrying a lot of weight.  If you buy MREs, and intend to store them (personally I'd rather store freeze-dried food, it'll last longer), note that while in theory they can last a while, practically you may open it up years later and discover something got accidentally punctured, and your case of MREs is now mush.

I'm not saying don't buy them, but if you're prepping for longterm uncertainty, MREs are not the way to go.

If you want MREs for full-day paintball scenarios, or hunting all day and don't want to carry a cooler (or walk back 10 miles to your truck), MREs are OK.   Things like that.

Yep, most people with experience will attest to the much longer shelf life than they are rated for though.

To each his own, these sell like hotcakes on CL and eBay so we figured why not put them up here as well.

really interesting, how is your stuff different than these guys?

http://coingig.com/WisdomSurvivalKits

On my phone so a bit limited viewing but I'm not sure I saw full meals comparable to MREs on their options. They don't list what's in them all or calorie content or if they have a heater.

Survivalist forums seem to prefer "real" military or disaster relief meals.

Most people I sell to throw a few in their trunk, a box in the basement and many use them for canoeing and hiking camp trips. Real light and nice to supplement hot meals in case you don't catch any fish Wink

I won't say my option is better or worse, just an option! Though if people actually buy 5 gal buckets with a roll of duct tape, a tarp and some water tablets for $60... I'm in the wrong business!
999  Economy / Goods / WTS: Case(s) of 12 MREs - Sure-Pak Meals - Camping / Zombies / Disasters on: August 08, 2013, 02:02:44 AM
For sale I have 40 Cases of 12ea Sure-Pak MRE "Fully Prepared" Meals.

They are all 08/2014 dated and, if stored properly, can be kept for many many years.

These have been stored in a climate controlled (67F) warehouse since they were purchased by the State of Minnesota.  I unloaded them into my garage for 2 hours and they are now in my 61F basement in a room with a dehumidifier.

All are sealed, strapped boxes and ready to ship!

Each Case contains 12 FULL meal kits.

Each kit includes:
Heater (2oz of water added heats the entire meal to VERY hot)
Entree
Side Dish
Dessert Item
Cracker or Wheat Bread and spread (Peanut Butter, Jam, etc)
Beverage Powder (Electrolyte drink mix)
Condiment Pack (Spoon, Napkin, Wet Nap, Salt, Pepper, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar)

Each Case contains:
2 - Beef Stew
2 - Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce
2 - Chili w/ Beans
2 - Chicken w/ Rice & Black Beans
2 - Chicken & Noodles
2 - Chicken Tetrazzini

Each MRE averages 1250 calories and these are higher in protein than the "old style" MRE meals.

Price is $50 per case SHIPPED within the US.  Additional cases can be negotiated for a discount.

Payment calculated at the time I send you the BTCitcoin address from Mt. Gox Weighted Average.

I accept BTC and PayPal.  I have a few transactions here and 550+ feedback on eBay and 100% Heat Feedback.

If you happen to be in Minnesota or western Wisconsin we can meet in person if you wish.

If you are interested in an entire pallet (48 cases) I have access to 4 or 5 full pallets for a good price.

I am interested in trades for:
Block Eruptors
ASICs
Some PC Hardware (Hard drives, SSD's, Fast DDR3, 4770K, 4670K, Higher end GPUs, etc)
Other stuff, just send a PM and inquire

1000  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / 7970 "Mining" but not accepting any shares on: November 05, 2012, 04:03:31 AM
Just got a 7970 to get back into gaming.

I've been mining on the same rig with 3 5830's no problem for a few months.  Using GUI Miner and have tried Deepbit and BTCGuild pools for a few hours and no shares accepted, both have good connection and miner name/pw is accurate.

I've tried a few different SDK's but no change, drivers are Catalyst 12.11 (for Battlefield 3 gains) and I can't really sacrifice going to an old driver due to big drop in FPS on 7970's.  I need all I can get maxed out at 2560 x 1600.

I was thinking of trying a different miner but can't figure why that would make a difference since GUI works fine with all my other setups including this one until I swapped cards.

Card reports 100% load, 615Mh/s in GUI miner screen too.  Power draw is there, so it's doing something but not sure what :p

Any ideas?
