There's a lot of people buying when the price already high. Infact if i see a lot of people keep talking "it's not late to buy", most of the time it's already too late. People are waiting until at least august 1 to see what will happen to bitcoin. Some people maybe play it safe and cash out some so it is expected to go down until that. After that, it's purely speculation again. If you buy high, it's your decision whether you believe in bitcoin and can hold for some time or you can cut loss and try to earn it back by trading latter.
