981  Economy / Speculation / Re: $11k - when do you sell on: April 19, 2018, 09:51:12 AM
I actually placed my point of selling my coins when the market beats the previous ATH because I believe it will. Until then I plan to hold on to my bitcoins and even buy more when the price goes down if I can afford it. I won't sell for anything less.
That was the most intelligent answer. When we know we can have bigger profits, then selling out an asset for enjoying a big profit or just a profit is not supported by me either. Crypto currencies are good for long term investment. Eric became a millionaire because he held bitcoin for years. He waited until spring arrived in the world of digital market. Everyone should be like you and him.
982  Economy / Economics / Re: will next decade be the bitcoin era ?? on: April 19, 2018, 08:32:18 AM
As by seeing the usage graph and profiting graph i can easily assume that in next decade of 2020 people will mainly relay on bitcoin and the main thing to survive in the next era will be bitcoin and it will be frequently used by everyone and that will help many regions to boost their economy as well so hope for the best, many people are eagerly waiting for the btc system to be implemented.

Bitcoin is the future of all cryptocurrency in the world as it is the most famous and most valued digital currency until now. Bitcoin has the potential to grow and become a global currency by looking at its currency spread rate. It is becoming famous very fast and its value is also increasing. Till 2020 I too think bitcoin will become a globally accepted crypto currency and every on can use it freely.

Bitcoin can also increase the job and earning opportunity due to its earning methods. This will also help a country to increase its economy. Bitcoin has many profits over other currency and will surely make a bitcoin era.
As we can see that different people and countries are releasing their own crypto currencies, it makes clear that the future of money is digital currencies. Like Mark has launched his Facebook crypto currency. If we do a comparison between digital currencies and paper money, indeed the first one is according to the present requirement of people and bitcoin is the best crypto coin that the world can have ever.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This is the Right time to get in! on: April 19, 2018, 08:00:48 AM
This very well could be the year of the alts.  I think the alt of the year will be Marinecoín, .MTC..  IoT is upon us and machine to machine transactions are critical to its success.  .MTC. has geared their artificial intelligence driven platform towards the needs of IoT.  They have zero fees at the most and transaction speeds fast enough to cater to IoT applications riding on their platform.  The blockchain is time tested and the entire network runs on the power of a few old pc’s.  No expensive and eco unfriendly massive power requirements.  Check out their ICO at their website.  Beta testers currently are receiving 20,000 .MTC. for completing AI assigned promotion tasks on a daily basis.  Check it out here to find more info.  marineco.ín/ico
This is the right time to do for investing. The worth of has started rising and though it is a steady and slow rise, it looks long lasting. Many experts speculate about ETH going as big as $1000 or even more. This means it is the right time to invest. If you are interested, use the money you do not need in near future and let the investment stay for long. Such an investment pays off.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking: China May Legalize ICO Soon on: April 19, 2018, 07:31:46 AM
Don’t know if that’s going to happen  for sure, but if it does happen it will be a very good thing for the crypto community. Chinese who quit crypto investment due to it was declared illegal will get back to it again and that will drive the price to a very higher rate.

Not just only Chinese, there are people who even quit because they heard China is out, so these will also come back, and even people who haven’t been into this before will be convinced.
985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What makes a successful trader, not a gambler? on: April 18, 2018, 01:15:13 PM
Here are some characteristics of successful traders and gamblers:

A gambler:

- Have no transaction method.

- Do not take notes of your views on the market trend daily.

- Don’t care about risk management

- Spend most of your time focusing on winning and making profit.

- Let emotions dominated their mind when trading

-Place orders without consideration.

- Place too many orders

A trader:

-Understand and master an effective trading method

-Have a clear and specific trading plan and comply with it.

- Have a daily note on market view and trend

- Pay attention to risk management for each trading order

-Don’t set making profit and winning as their 1st priority

- Only make the deal when the price model matches the method.

-don’t let emotions control their actions

- Consider coin trading as their career and daytime job.

If you have those characteristics of the gamblers, you should change it immediately. If you have trader traits, maintain them for as long as possible and remember to always think twice before doing.

Wow, man you’re very right! These are  really the qualities of a real trader which can differentiate them from a gambler. Gamblers don’t care about anything that has to do with market trend or whatever, all they care about is just to put in money and take the risk, whether to win or to lose.

But a real and professional trader will always consider a lot of things before making any move. But not everyone is an expert, there are people who don’t know anything about the business and can make mistakes most times.
986  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how much usd need for trade ?? on: April 18, 2018, 12:37:46 PM
If you want to start trading, I will advise you to check your pocket and know how much you have first and also how much you’re ready to give out for this. You have to bear in mind that there are lots of risks involved and be ready for for it.

As a starter you can get in from $100, $200 to $1000 (best is to start with either $100 or $200 and test your skills to know if this isthe right thing for you. If you’re not able to trade with $100/$200 after series of training, then forget it, trading is not meant for you.

For where to learn things about reading, maybe you should check out strocktrader.com, they usually post things that has to do with stock trading which is the same as crypto trading. I will also advise you to find a mentor and also consider a paid subscription. Read books and articles, follow the market and be very careful.
987  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: April 18, 2018, 12:00:52 PM
If lack of jobs is part of having a bad economy, then the economy in my country is pretty bad. I don’t really like the fact that there are no jobs in my country, I know such is everywhere, but it’s too much in my own country. Young people will go to school, work hard and after graduating they will start facing unemployment. Some of them do end up becoming what they are not supposed to be, some turn to criminals and all those stuffs. You can get job easily if you’re connected to someone that is in politics, or maybe someone that is rich.
988  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin helpful to the economy? on: April 18, 2018, 11:32:11 AM
you can say bitcoin gives jobs to some people, which of course can improve the economy. for example the bounty hunters get paid for a number of projects they do, but not everyone can do it other than in need of knowledge about it, and also tools to do it like a computer or laptop.
Hmm… well, that’s true. Bitcoin provides job for people. Before I got into Bitcoin I already had a job doing, Bitcoin is just like a second job now and it pays more than my first job, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to quit my first job… no, I will still continue with it, because it’s more stable than Bitcoin.

Bitcoin doesn’t really offer a job with a stable income, it relies on how hard you worked for that month, unless you got an actual job that pays you with Bitcoin.
989  Economy / Economics / Re: What's more important when starting a business, Big Idea or Big Capital? on: April 17, 2018, 01:32:58 PM
Both big idea and big capital are required, both in the case one is short you will to improvise. If you have a big plan with smaller capital, you need to start small and grow your business slowly, but if you have big capital and not so good ideas, you have to search for bright minds and employ to help out with brain storming great ideas to grow the business.
Well, I have a little different point of view in this matter. Big idea is more important than big capital. It was the strength of idea that made Mark, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and owners of all other giant companies as the richest people in the world.

Knowledge is power. Due to amazing thoughts, these people not only earned huge capital but gave jobs to thousands of other people. An idea can change the world.
990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: April 17, 2018, 01:05:39 PM
I have witnessed many people and families become unhappy with participating in gambling. They lost the money they earned, they lost themselves, lost the trust of their loved ones, eventually became drug addicts. I advise you not to participate in gambling, first a fun habit, then it will take away all you have. Be alert to thinking of getting rich from gambling.

You would really come to a point on where you would able to suffer consequences like losing up your family or being got drug addicted due to lots of money but we know most gamblers are on opposite way which they do have negative profit instead which it will really mainly affect your entire life if you engage in gambling too much.
These points come very early in gamblers life when their families become aware of their activity because they don’t want to see their brother or father in problem as their problem would be the problem of the whole family and they can’t bare these problems everyday so they think it is better for them to leave the gambler on the way he is going as there is nothing left to cure his disease.
991  Economy / Economics / Re: Alternative investments on: April 17, 2018, 11:26:48 AM
Many investment options certainly make us confused, for fear of getting scam so many people choose saving in banks even if only get bank interest not more than 15% per year, I think in life need the courage to take risks that is with investment cryptocurrency.
i think in bank is not up to 15% per year, a lot of choice of cryptocurrency as an investment. if you search other than btc and eth, you can choose cryptocurrency aligned rank, i am sure will be profitable future than saving in bank
Banks are old fashioned method for storing your wealth. People are really fed up of the services provided by banks. The interest rate that banks offer you is really negligible in front of the profits given by bitcoin and rest of the altcoins to investors.

Banks need to revise their strategies tremendously to keep their customers otherwise people will sooner or later leave banks by transferring all money into coins.
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: April 17, 2018, 10:57:49 AM
intelligence is declining: the head, the human brain in particular, demands a central crown of every human behavior, cleansed with zakati every year. but if the mind has been contaminated with negative things, an act that only think of gambling .. gambling .. and gambling. value and ability will also decrease.
In my opinion, those who have grown addict to such an idiotic game like gambling do not have any brain from the beginning or they don’t like to use it because they think, it might reduce. Any person with even a bit of common sense won’t even think about wasting his money this way. He would rather give that amount in charity and earn some virtue. You are right, gambling damages one’s thinking power too.
993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Much Should You Invest in Bitcoin? on: March 05, 2018, 02:04:57 PM
for how much we invest to see Bitcoin price fluctuations
it depends how sure you are on your investment and see the progress and the next estimate price.bila you are not sure then do not invest too much because the risk will be smaller
Either you are an expert trader or you a newbie, don’t invest that money which you can’t afford to lose. This statement has been famous since the first day I came here and till now I read it somewhere. And this has an immense fact on reality.

People need to understand the difference between risk taking and investing over your affordability limit. Be vigilant while making such sensitive decisions.
994  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I make passive daily income with trading? on: March 05, 2018, 01:27:05 PM
Can I make passive daily income with trading?
I have little money of about 100$, Is it a good idea to start jump on Bittrex or Poloniex and
start buying alt coins for profit.
Passive daily income with trading is not possibe according to me. With trading, there are so many risks associated. So trading cannot be associated with a DAILY source of income as you say. Trading discipline teaches us so many things. We have to be very patient trader because quick rewards don't await us on trading platforms. So trading is not a fixed source of income, all i would say!
You can surely make some very good amount of earnings once you get into the field of trading but the fact is you really need to be very much careful while dealing the things as this will have higher probability of loss of money too and that you really need to think for a long period of time before making any final decision. Stay determined and firm and that you will for sure be able to make some good money out of it.
995  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think cryptocurrencies have the potential to overtake regular currencies? on: March 05, 2018, 08:34:22 AM
It's very unlikely, at least in the short period.
Firstly, there is no general acceptance: there is a lot of talking about cryptocurrencies, but they are still used by a limited number of pieoneers.
Second, when banks and governments will realize that there is the risk to lose their power, they will start a real war against crypto.
We'll see.
People are not going to accept bitcoin as massively as that unless they have no option, people are never going to accept the truth unless they are hit in the face by it, people are never going to accept the current system cannot last and it is a scam until they see it with their own eyes and see the economy in ruins, so until that point we cannot expect that crypto replaces fiat.
Shortly, it is hard to be implemented. Majority of us want this to be practically happening but this would be ending as a dream. No one can replace fiat money with bitcoins. Reason is obvious and you already told it that people are not accepting new system.

They are calling it scam and many others are doing propagandas about bitcoins. It may happen after three to four decades but not in near future.
996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: March 05, 2018, 06:31:46 AM
tbh, there is no strategy in gambling... to win you just need luck, whatever your strategy you will always lose in long term... for short time i like to using 100x multipier and 1.5% increasment as my strategy with medium bankrolls (atleast 0.05 btc) and 100 sats as basebet...if you're luck you might getting small profits Tongue
Only if people can put this at the back of their head and know that gambling is just to try your luck and as long as you are trying it, nothing is guaranteed the better. And in most cases, your luck will not even be there to save the day as even luck gets tired and need some rest once in a while.

I would rather still consider the subsequent loss anyway when gambling than expecting that most of the time the 1.5% will be permanent.
997  Economy / Speculation / Re: Trading is gambling after all on: March 05, 2018, 05:54:25 AM
In a way trading could be considered gambling, but there a lot of different variations in gambling risk. What I mean is that some gambling games are completely games of chance like dice where there is no skill involved. But there are also games where skill is a factor such as in poker.

You can argue that risk in trading is lower if you are skilled at reading charts and if you do research on the coins you are trading. You may even be able to say that if you are highly skilled, trading may not really be gambling.
Normally, the meaning of gambling in the dictionary is doing something without knowing the possible outcome. If we all do, there is absolutely no way there would be stop loss, which is one thing I am pretty sure the whales (main market controllers) do not use since they are the ones who decide to direct the market the way they want. They are more like the house edge in this show, and they can never lose.

However, the only thing that makes it perfect than a normal gambling is you can still try to play safe with some skills and knowledge than someone who does not have.
998  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best exchange to trade? Why? on: March 05, 2018, 05:21:34 AM
Would like recommendation on best exchange to trade on and reason why you believe the exchange is better than others?

I use binance and poloniex to my trading job., faster and realable exchange both
Same are have low transactions fees.
But have many exchange over there you can choose fit in your location for your trading job
Choose wisely to avoid risk in your investment.
Binance has really been awesome and with just their mobile app alone, I have been able to enjoy making use of this platform. It is good to keep having exchanges though, as that should bring in more room for competition and the problem most exchanges are having when it comes to being able to handle huge number of users.

Bittrex is also not bad, but the issue is always the problem with support these days, but they are at least still better than the likes of poloniex.
999  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading FOREX or Crypto? on: March 03, 2018, 01:33:27 PM
I need some help.

I already have experience trading FOREX but until now im not that profitable. The market of forex is very UNPREDICTABLE. technical and fundamental analysis are not really working. Market makers and bank institutions are controlling the market. its centralized and big banks can manipulate the exchange.

All markets are unpredictable, you should accept that fact and trade in a way that reacts to the market and not try to be ahead of it.

Quote
Im planning to leave FOREX and switch to CRYTPO trading. Does anyone know who controls the bitcoin price? is it still the government or the whales trader?

Who cares. The important thing is to be aware of what is happening in the market now and act than make a problem of why something is happening.
Exactly, there is no market that is not controlled anyway since we have the whales as well in cryptocurrency. However, every market like you have said cannot be predicted, but with the help of analysis which he said he has the knowledge of, I guess he should be fine.

Something a little bit worrying though, is how he could combine fundamental and technical analysis in Forex and still ended up flopping? Maybe he is getting a lot of things wrong and he need to understand that crypto is even more volatile.
1000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help me invest my small amount ?? on: March 03, 2018, 12:48:50 PM
Right now I have only approx 0.25bitcoins to invest/trade or do anything with them..I want to split them in good altcoins as well...please advice me what can I do with those which altcoins I can buy and how much I should leave only in bitcoins...
Right now I have 100 WCT and 55 Waves coins and 0.25btc more...please tell me which other coins I should add in my portfolio for those bitcoins
First if you buy some potential altcoin in this days I'll make sure that in the next few weeks you'll be profit dude. because current altcoin's price is much below the previous price. then I think it's a pity if you missed Ethereum for your investment, this coin is very potential with their technology that is widely used by ICO users, then Dash I think make it special because many people use this coin for undercover transactions and then ripple you should buy that coin..
I must say that he actually needs to be very much careful while deciding what to do of his investment amount which is though not that much high. You cannot go for investing in costly coins like that of bitcoin etc. if you don’t have enough of the money.

However, you can invest in coins like that of ripple, ETH etc. as they are less costly and can also help you in having some good money at the end.
