981  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 17, 2022, 11:59:29 PM
Tough to bet on Manila Clasico tonight between Ginebra and Magnolia since watching their previous games, that was close and unpredictable until the end.

But odds-wise as a bettor, it's good and worthy to put some bucks on Ginebra.

I also don't believe that Ginebra will lose twice in a row that's why will risk on them tonight.
982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 17, 2022, 11:59:11 PM
I do agree into this suggestion that it would be better if winnings would be partitioned and would be gradually be taken on day to day basis and of course
only get those small amounts.

I might agree on this too but depends on how the user's approach to this.

There are gamblers that feel so rushed to enjoy their money that's why they will do a bulky withdrawal right away.

Maybe much better to become patient and just slowly withdraw the money for the site not to be notified about big activities that happening on our account.
983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How are Online casino's and sports betting platforms coping? on: December 17, 2022, 11:58:06 PM
They usually reduce costs, fewer promotions and lower bonuses for users. For example, two big gambling platforms I usually play have been done this a few months ago. They have decreased monthly bonuses by at least 30%, IIRC. The main issue is both parties suffer from a such decision that should be done to survive in this business mode, IMO.

That is not a way to reduce the cost. Didn't you know that promotions and bonuses do have a wagering requirement and that will lead users to deposit more money just to reach the requirement? Since gambling sometimes resulted in losses, that user is unable to reach the wagering requirement.

Casinos do have advantages on that promotions therefore it's not wise to reduce the cost for that. That's not a wise idea to do to cut expenses.
984  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: December 17, 2022, 11:55:28 PM
I think something related to Web 3.0 can't even attract new users on a gambling platform. It's just technology.

Gamblers are gamblers and they only care about winning and for that to happen, they will only choose a big casino that already established a reputation.

For new users or gamblers to be attracted, unique promotions and bonuses are the keys, not these web 3.0-related stuff.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters, how much you really earned in the last two years? on: December 17, 2022, 11:51:50 PM
Because of this question, I've now become curious about what are those projects that held a bounty campaign before here that becomes successful during their ICO but still kicking up today. Does someone know about some of these projects?

Not talking about those successful projects only on ICO but those projects that really becomes popular but are now nowhere to be seen today.

Really hard to trust a project that comes from only pure hype.
986  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Accumulation phase is out!? on: December 16, 2022, 11:59:09 PM
A month after this thread is being created, we can say that we are still in the accumulation phase.

Although some green lights happened just recently, we can't say that it's now the start of the expectation of a bull run. What's the next thing to do? Just to accumulate as much as we can as we don't know if something like this, on the price level like this, will still happen in the future after a bull run.

These might be a different 4Q to anyone as they used on seeing a rocketing price during this month.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Crypto With a Job.. on: December 16, 2022, 11:58:33 PM
Dedication really matters. Anyone can do trading but not all are capable of doing it.

Even leaving the job, its not an assurance that someone will have success in doing trades.

On that part of choosing trading crypto over a job, it needs a serious approach to decide what's the best thing to do.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recipe for Simple Money on: December 16, 2022, 11:56:49 PM
If everything is that easy, no one will have a problem. That's not how it works.

Even with how effective those "recipes" is, we can't hide the fact that in the process, there will always be a problem.

Just go with the flow and make sure that every action is being taken care of. In the long run, we should be able to see good results.
989  Other / Archival / Re: who played here? on: December 16, 2022, 11:55:13 PM
Has anyone played at this casino www.dexterbet.com ? Share reviews about them who have dealt with them or maybe someone knows a good casino with identical odds to their sportbook. Thank

Don't use them if you don't find any good reviews around. That's the basic thing you need to do.

I really wonder where these newbies encounter these kinds of sites.

Since you talked about odds, is that site offering much better and good odds compared to the popular ones?

Why the need of finding another site with identical odds on that gambling site you have mentioned?
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just how bad is the bear market right now? on: December 15, 2022, 11:59:18 PM
Just how bad is the bear market right now?
Historically low prices have endured for a longer period of time in the present bear market cycle than in any other.

Hug the dip. Accept the situation as nothing we can do about it. Besides, for experienced ones, it's not the first time they experienced a bear market.

We won't learn if everything will always go up. There are lots of genius during the bull run but left dumb during the bear run.

Instead of treating the bear market as a negative thing, make that your advantage by accumulating more coins.
991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is There Any Crypto Casino With An In-built Mini Crypto Exchange? on: December 15, 2022, 11:59:09 PM
They will be subjected to the usual crypto-exchanges terms and policies if they will build a mini-crypto exchange.

Might also be the reason for much strict policies regarding KYC.

If we like to gamble with USDT or SHIBA, just deposit these coins next time for comfortability.

We are the one who needs to adjust and not the gambling sites.
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 15, 2022, 11:56:50 PM
It is true that martial arts is different when it comes to boxing because the rules are also different, but martial arts is also about speed and to respond well in such attacks by showing how good your reflexes are. And seriously, I didn't saw those attributes to DK Yoo when he was facing Pacquiao recently on the ring and frankly that's the reason why DK Yoo's face is now becoming a meme.

Maybe because of the difference in the fighting nature, DK Yoo's approach to Pacquiao is not shown.

It's also worth noting that they also fight within Pacquiao's comfort zone which is boxing.

If we changed the situation where Pacquiao will fight DK Yoo in a martial arts fight, the result might have a chance to favor DK Yoo since that is his nature.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do slot game developers get the soundtracks they use? on: December 12, 2022, 11:47:27 PM
Where do slot game developers get the soundtracks they use in their game development? Are soundtracks made specifically for every game (that will be an extra budget) or do they use selected already existing soundtracks and just pay the creators some royalty for using it?
They can use any soundtrack that is already available as long as it can connect to the game especially when you hit the jackpot. Also, a developer can make their own soundtrack which can be more easy for them, most of the slots machine today have their own interesting soundtrack, it can actually help to increase the emotion of every gambler, if you are a developer better to create your own.

Copyright-related issues. They can't just use an already available soundtrack for their personal use. They might face the law.

But yes, they can instead make their own by hiring a professional service related to that matter.

That should not be a problem for them since spending money on those is just a common thing to expect.
994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 12, 2022, 11:45:15 PM
Can't believe Pacman KOed that Yootuber brutally, it doesn't look like an exhibition fight as Pacman exercise his full force to show his KO power. The exhibition that I have in mind is just like Tyson vs Jones who just keeps the pace while maintaining not to crush someone.

It's not surprising. If Pacman disregard that fight as an exhibition match, the fight will be over in just 1 round.

But since they are having entertainment and the fight doesn't have any bearing but just as a show, Pacman tries to keep the fight lasts for the whole 6 rounds.

Always expect a game turned out like that in exhibition matches regardless of who's the boxer involved.
995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 12, 2022, 11:36:42 PM
Regardless of that, he just need to be more careful because he's really prone to it but when he's already inside the court,

Can he keep on being careful on the court, especially with his position? hehe.

What he needs to do, which he is already doing since then, is to just continue to improve his overall physical strength and sturdiness.

Since he already faced lots of injuries at a young age, that takes a toll on his body in the long run even though he is recovered and fit to play.
996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 12, 2022, 11:25:25 PM
Inoue is expected to win all the titles in the Bantamweight and move up he is having issues with his weight, but Inoue will conquer a lot of weight divisions, like Manny Pacquiao, he will be multi-titled I don't think he will face big challenges in the featherweight division, Inoue career is just going to the most exciting part because there are great names in the upper weight division and this is where the big challenges are.

Issues with the weight? He will move forward no matter what. It's already on his list to try conquering the next division which is the Super Bantamweight.

He already cemented his legacy in the Bantamweight and the next challenge is to move up a weight.

Even though this fight is not yet settled, I will already conclude the Inoue will enjoy being the Undisputed Champion in the Bantamweight.
997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever heard of provably fair system for online crypto casinos and slot games? on: December 12, 2022, 11:22:55 PM
The moment I entered the crypto-gambling experience, provably fair is one of the most active terms I can see everywhere.

It was always mentioned here and even discusses several times already. There are even sites before that were caught not being fair.

Personally, for me, I'm not verifying the fairness but just putting the trust in that site not to cheat on their players.
998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any Live Casino In world that Accept Cryptocurrency and pay in crypto? on: December 12, 2022, 11:18:36 PM
I was wondering today that if there are casino that started accepting crypto as payment and if someone wants to payback in crypto, are there any casinos available.
According to me I have not heard anything yet but in future this might happen cause when crypto adoption will come than we might see these Casino bosses to accept crypto and other alts.
What are your thoughts on this?

Maybe none as of this moment since it wasn't necessary after all to accept crypto payments.

Many people will still choose the much-improved fiat digital payment to be used while in the gambling place. Much fast, quick, and just almost a 1-tap.

Crypto is also considered mostly as an investment. Adoption will take place but still it will not change as how them majority treats bitcoin out of its purpose.
999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Using Bonus Buy or Not Using Bonus Buy? on: December 12, 2022, 11:16:11 PM
Not using bonus buy is cheaper long run but to utilize it immediately is still cheaper then being unlucky short run in attempting to get the bonus and failing which is the fear of most gamblers I guess.   The house wouldnt offer something which isnt of benefit to them in some way so I think thats the case that convivence costs.

Definitely agree.

Let's say the cheapest price is around $20 for a 0.1 or 0.2 bet. Still worth testing this and facing the risks compare to waiting for too long on manual bets that even spending $20, that bonus game will still not appear on our session.

Since it's gambling, just hope for the best that luck will come to us once we purchased the bonus game feature.
1000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambing Halal or Haram According to Jewish Or Christian Faith? on: December 11, 2022, 11:59:38 PM
I know that this is very silly and religious question but I think that this should be Discussed.
According to me, As I am Muslim, Gambling is Haram and there are very reasons behind this. And also I do not much about another religions. But if someone has knowledge about that if Gambling is allowed or prohibited in Jewish or Christ Faith. And I think many people have many mind sets.
I do not want to hurt someone's feeling by talking about Religious Comments.

I don't see what to gain by discussing such topics and the religions associated with gambling. Any benefits?

If you don't know about other religions' approaches towards gambling, there's a Google search for that.

There will be no right and wrong argument here because we will only stand on what we believe is right. The discussion will just turn into a non-stop exchange of our own religious views. No need to technically put a discussion here related to that.
