Btw I think you made an error, as first and great promoter and supporter of lisk it wasn't a good move change your path spreading "fud", alarming people about one guy that bought 1000+ btc and considering to end the ico @ 6000k btc, this move can only generate panic, if it's not said by a newbie account with one post. You understand what I mean. It was something you should have done only privately with devs. The ico rules can't be changed, and in fact dev didn't changed it even after your concern. If there's some whale we can't say what's going to do, we know how they act yes, but if it let us notice its buy, it was because the whale want us to panic. yes. I have a modification proposal: Every amount bigger than 100 BTC will not receive any coins, but the amount will still be considered as a funding. LOL ;-) Where exactly stands, that this wouldn't be legit? (Although of course any lawyer would win against it...  ) it should be limited to 50 BTC per natural person/ legal entity, with verified identity. cmon... we are in crypto space. There are no identities... Lol indeed, people will just get other people to create an account and still get whatever they want. There is almost no way to avoid them from coming in. The only way to counter is for more people to jump in, and for people to invest even more lol. additional clause: Onename identity required to participate. |

changing the rules at the last moment of the ICO would've a serious impact on dev's credibility, so I think they won't do anything about whales investing btc more than what we saw lately. We are all taken by surprise here, and so they are.
well this whale just put all of us day one investors in a tizzy. it's not every day someone invests almost a half a million dollars and gives everyone else a 10% haircut in their lisk total. as i wrote earlier, if this becomes an impediment to the health of the project the ICO gets refunded under force majeure and a new ICO is issued by an incorporated entity with clear cap rules on funding. I would suggest all investors must have a verified Onename identity. the 1k whale can fuck off. |

Lisk is NOT a pump and dump coin and it is worth fighting right here and right now to keep it that way. once any coin hits the exchanges it's open season for the market to decide what happens to price. the price is a reflection of all variables, and whales are a well known variable factor in crypto trading. If after the ICO closes on Monday things look difficult Max and Oliver could have a rethink. It can come under 'force majeure'. indentured servitude is a thing of the past. I would suggest a full refund and a new ICO, issued by an incorporated entity this time, and with limits on individual contributions to the fund. the rules need to be better thought through imho. |

the big problem with that is there is no incorporated entity, and therefore no memorandum and articles of association. there is no way to submit such a 'resolution'. there are no voting rules. The T&Cs of the ICO do not permit such a move. it would be illegal. |

There are a few ones who expressed interest. Only C-cex announced their support in public. So either you need to contact the individual exchanges yourself or wait for an announcement from them. Here you can see our current team, which will grow in the future. We don't have a CFO. You've raised ALOT of funds allready, mind explaining how those are gonna be spent?

Yes. However, I hope you understand that we have much more and urgent things to do right now. We will post transparency reports every month and a business plan + fund usage will also come. It just takes a lot of time to prepare, and right now it's impossible to prepare anything. There is just too much on our hands BEFORE the launch. Thanks Max. I do understand. TLDR: Kraken has been getting server attacked since the ETH pump, be cautious. Poloniex is highly suspicious, with trade bots and fake trading volume/book activity, as well as withdrawal problems and verification problems. Lots of fake IRC channel users to make ETH seem more popular than it is. ETH's PR manager has mysteriously lost her job with ETH after putting out a pump post on Twitter that she never delivered for. ETH devs are dumping on the markets, and the timing of this bubble is suspicious when they were only just recently complaining about the vitality of raising funds to fund ETH development.

How much time after the ico ends will delay the income of Lisk to an exchange?
Lisk will launch 1-3 weeks after the ICO. The exact time depends on a few variables, e.g. how many ICO participants didn't generate their passphrases yet. More details soon, we will heavily communicate this after the ICO ends. We will provide a validator this weekend, so that users can check they saved the correct passphrase. Switching to PoS simply means a change in security model to weaken ethereum as a tradeoff to eliminate PoW. In this case bitcoin will reach less than 1% inflation in 2021, and Ethereum will reach 1% after 2080 (iF it is still around). The more complicated matter is people are investing in a coin where Vitalk hasn't even made up his mind concerning the future inflation rate* and may stay to the original plan or change it at the last moment. Such is the case with a centrally planned work in progress. *This is a really troubling fact.
