The Spanish government is saying that the vote is illegal and the process has become very violent and there are results of the police using rubber bullets as an effort to stop the people on voting on the referendum. Even if they vote yes, i would like to see how the whole process is solved. Again, double standards are visible. The European Union supports the independence of any nationality, of any region and is ready to support them with money and troops. I am not sure why we keep arguing about Fincen. Rightly or wrongly, LRM already made a decision, and that will not change until new guidance is issued, a state contacts LRM, or Fincen contacts LRM. (That is assuming his assessment of the regulation is wrong and the business is not compliant.)
