First of all, I don't expect Neymar to go anywhere at this point. His current wage is too high for all the rich teams to accept. Maybe Newcastle would still try their luck with him but I don't think that he would like to go there in the first place. The remaining rich teams wouldn't pay a significant amount just to sign him too. So Neymar is staying as it seems and Galtier wants him in the lineup too.
