9802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if someone bought up all the existing bitcoins? on: July 20, 2016, 04:24:13 PM
Hi, I am a noob to all this bitcoin stuffs. It sounds like an interesting idea but before I invest too much into it I have
some questions and concerns. Perhaps highest on my list of concerns is the possibility that someone will buy up all,
or most, of all the bitcoins that exist.

Will it be just like the existing economic system where the rich get richer on the backs of the poor?
Will that not destroy the whole bitcoin project and make whatever bitcoins I happen to get myself worthless?

I have read a few things on this kinda stuff and some of it sounds pretty scary. I don't know how much of it
is FUD or how feasible any of it is at all at all.

Please help me understand and ease my mind in regard to this issue.

Thank you
Some btc are not in this world yet, so nobody at least can buy those. And for what will someone need such an amount of btc? I think it will make the price fall, because nobody will use btc much if they belong to one person
9803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: World is really moving toward space age ! on: July 20, 2016, 04:18:59 PM
What you think when you see movies like as 2000 years later as few of Hollywood movies are there, shown proper space age.

Block chain is a best tool to concur space age. I think already its beginning of spce age. As cryptocurrencies are good example of it.
Cryptocurrencies wil conquer the world, I'm almost positive about that
9804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2016, 04:12:07 PM
Bitcoin is the future of money, or so they say.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

Because you can earn money quite easily with it which is a great thing. But apart from that, bitcoin is convenient, because you can keep it on your computer, for example, and don't have to deal with cash. And I also enjoy its price changes. Yes, you may suddenly lose money because of it, but you can also suddenly get some.
9805  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: July 20, 2016, 04:10:47 PM
I wonder if you would jump into another cryptocurrency in case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom. Or what else would you do? Would you leave the game completely? Tell me Smiley
I would wait for it to grow in price, so I can withdraw my money afterwards
9806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: July 20, 2016, 04:10:00 PM
I guess people mostly voted for neither, because nobody can know, who Satoshi is. That's the way he/she/they wants/want it to be
9807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax?? on: July 20, 2016, 04:08:49 PM
Since bitcoin is an internet currency that can be turn into a actual money. And Bitcoin too is known on Government but still government can't observe bitcoin that good. So I'm thinking if Bitcoin has tax??

Edit:
Now I know that bitcoin doesn't have tax but Transaction does..
Where do these Tax go?Government? And what kind of tax is it??
I think these taxes for transactions go to some companies, from whose websites we send money to our wallets.
9808  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: July 20, 2016, 04:07:15 PM
what you will chose amomg them.and why do the banks are afraid of bitcoin.why banks are not much smooth and faster like bitcoin.if banks start accepting bitcoin as payments then will it became a revolutionary for us?can bank can solve our mining or money curculation probems.
I would choose BTC wallet, because a bank can say it is bankrupt, so I can lose my money
9809  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2016, 08:58:10 AM
It is sad that I can't pay for anything I need for everyday life in BTC in my country
9810  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: July 20, 2016, 08:45:41 AM

I wish I could do the same! I will change btc into local currency instead to buy food and pay for transport
9811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoiners Should Be Proud on: July 20, 2016, 08:39:20 AM
Bitcointalk is an entire community dedicated to early adopters who are addicted to finances and technology. We've seen pricing go from $50 to $650 since 2012. A conceptual infrastructure is now a lucrative proven concept because of us. May the next 5 years be even better for your wallets. Bitcoin to the top...cheers!
Not all of us haveseen these price changes, but being a part of community is still very nice
9812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you would be rich as f***, would you still gamble? on: July 19, 2016, 07:23:05 PM
I think it's not really a matter of one wanting or not wanting to gamble. Those who are addicted will gamble and will eventually lose. Those who aren't addicted are nt gambling, so they won't)
9813  Economy / Gambling / Re: Big bet on: July 19, 2016, 07:21:31 PM
If you have 1600 BTC (a little over 1 million dollar), how would  you bet?

I njust wouldn't. This is great money and I'm not planning to lose it.
9814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: July 19, 2016, 07:20:14 PM
I'm against gambling, because you may get this feeling of luck but then you'll want to have it more and eventually will lose
9815  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Bitcoin designed to last forever? on: July 19, 2016, 07:19:13 PM
I've been thinking about it since last night and I couldn't find an answer to myself.
I know that there's a 21 million block cap and we wouldn't actually be here to see that time it comes to that point.
But assuming that we have reached reward era 34, what happens then? Miners wouldn't have any rewards from mining then.

Anyone care to help explain a few things for me?
I think BTC depends a lot on those who use it. If BTC overcomes all the halvings and people still use it, then it continues to live. If mining isn't  profitable at all and people  stop using btc much, it dies
9816  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: July 19, 2016, 07:16:48 PM
WE all control btc in some way. Especially miner farmers and just those who have lots of btc (casino owners, for example).
9817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: hacking secret keys in the future on: July 19, 2016, 07:14:49 PM
and a bunch of nerds hack all the secret keys of the bitcoin network

What secret keys, exactly?

Surely he means private keys.

Yes, but private keys are not of the bitcoin network. They are for individual accounts. Whatever they're referring to doesn't seem to make sense.
Well, if private keys don't work then btc is unprotected and people won't want to use them
9818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the probability of Bitcoin being replaced? on: July 19, 2016, 07:11:03 PM
Is Ethernum a threat to Bitcoin?

-Ethernum is faster than bitcoin
-has been gaining popularity
-its good for smart contracts.

Is Ethernum going to replace bitcoin, die out as a fad or coincide with bitcoin? Are we likely to see any altcoin possibly kill bitcoins or will bitcoin simply incorporate any improvements from altcoins, taking away all advantages.
I don't think Ethernum will become more popular than BTC. It costs a lot less
9819  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: July 19, 2016, 07:09:19 PM
Well, I obviously wouldn't kill myself. I wouldn't withdraw either, I mean come on, man..... How many of us would be able to withdraw even $50 if this would happen? I don't think there are many of us who would be able to. I would just keep it there and hope for an increase of price.
I absolutely agree with that. We all will wait for the better times
9820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is common for a transaction in bitcoin not be noted in Blockchain? on: July 19, 2016, 07:07:50 PM
I had this problems. Two of my blockchain transactions just don't appear in the list... I don't know. I can see my money in the wallet and I hope it's alright

Its showing like that most of time, When you transfer the bitcoins very less amount of fees and It will take unusual time to complete the transaction and sometime throw online wallet It might get lost also, Try to switch with electrum or and other desktop wallet.
But it doesn't take unusual time to complete, I guess. It takes about a minute. Anyway, thanks for advice
