9921  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: August 24, 2016, 06:35:39 AM
I'm in desperate need for money right now. I need 3-5 BTC. I don't know what to do. I can't find a job because I have social anxiety. I have just 10 full member accounts in bitcointalk, that's it. I can sell it, maybe, but these accounts isn't even worth 1 BTC Sad

Its really sad to hear that you are going through this phase of your life and that is true that full member accounts will never give you that high amount but I don't understand why you need that high amount desperately?
well people might need money because of loans they have or something like that, i would just sell all my bitcoins if i needed money

I remember to had read something about a person who had around 5-10 accounts at signatures and those person were earning around 0,20-0,50btc weekly, sure those person should be already banned or the english and quality from the post are excelent making the person make a living from here. If you sell those full and even when they became senior they still wont reach 1 btc, in the past full members were traded at 0,04 and senior around 0,10btc, since the halving price the accounts keep being sold for the same ammount in dollar but less bitcoins.
It is a good amount already, 1 BTC could be possible for that guy and if he has a job he will not be in desperate need of money when he is living below his means, he will only be in desperate need of money when times of emergencies.
Yes if they need to use that 1btc amount for emergency and do not have back up for next day, need to wait more if you want a good income here at this forum using full member and only one account is not enough to earn some decent amount , I think if your rank is legendary you will earn good profit weekly.

even with legendary account actually, the earning may still not be enough. if it is they would have been no users selling thier legendary account.

one should have learned a skill useful enough to find a job in the bitcoin economy.  social media marketing skills could be good.
9922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][rICO] Antshares ico halfway, already 4400+ BTC on: August 24, 2016, 06:17:27 AM
BTC38.com is a good exchange for antshares!!!

Thats for the Chinese users.
Antshare will gain a lot of volume on poloniex and bittrex as well. I can see it will be listed faster on bittrex. This exchange have already gained popularity in the forum for a long time. ICOs even use this exchange as escrow.
9923  Other / Off-topic / Re: Steady Way To earn Bitcoin Online... on: August 24, 2016, 06:11:28 AM
Looks like there is many people are voting in trading but for me honestly its not a steady income for me because anytime the price of altcoin or bitcoin is changing and you dont know what will be the price of bitcoin or altcoin.
If i will say others many way to earn steady.. without trading or gambling it..

The two almost have a similar aspects, both have unknown result, we may speculate on those two on who may win or we are buying or selling at the right time but sometimes things go wrong, your bet might fall wrong and your speculation also might go wrong, so both has a chance of losing and winning and that's not going to be steady like what you receive when you work...

So that's it, if you want a steady earnings on bitcoin, work for it, find a job that you can that regularly pay their employees...  Smiley

having a job is a much better option really. i should know because I've worked for a company who pays bitcoin months ago.
I've tried gambling and trading and it will require time to gain a lot for it to work. not a lot of us have time to wait for an opportunity to wait and so we end up creating our trading opportunity which could users could end up losing.
9924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to profit on Bitcoin escrow services? on: August 24, 2016, 05:25:58 AM
Even the trusted ones still get to be doubted by users especially what happen months ago with masterp.
There are websites doing escrow business but i don't see it used thru the transactions here. iCOs prefer to use exchanges as escrows.
9925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][rICO] Antshares ico halfway, already 4400+ BTC on: August 24, 2016, 05:18:08 AM
Any news after ending of ICO? Do we need to trade it on Chinese exchange too?

There'll be both China-based and overseas exchanges. So dont worry, you can trade on oversea exchange.

Just asking how do you know?

it will be listed to some other xchanges too. how do we know? because we know.

it would be stupid if the team won't add them to the exchanges and i don't think they are. they have collected this much btc and so they should know what else to do beyond that.
9926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a cryptocurrency (alt coin) valuable? on: August 24, 2016, 05:09:09 AM
a crypto currency may have value when its platform can be considered revolutionary.  the demand and supply will follow so long as it has its use for adoption.
and most importantly it will have more value if its funded well. Smiley
9927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Honestly, which is better? Monero or Dash? on: August 24, 2016, 04:59:01 AM
Although they both offer anonymity, I find Dash to be better lately. Apart for its price.
They also do have DASH DAO right now which somehow if going to be revolutionary and I like Amanda lol I wonder where they found her.

Dash's anonymity fails to meet end-to-end privacy standards, so offers inferior anonymity to Monero--pretty girls are hardly an argument for due diligence. Offering anonymity and delivering it are two very different things. Even without CT and kovri, Monero offers you the best privacy available--maybe you need less--cool.

DOA

The masses always catch on a day late and a dolla short. AFA XMR it has been so undervalued FOR SO LONG IT'S FINALLY GETTING THE ATTENTION IT DESERVED YEARS AGo

its gets attention yet the price still are not going up still. its what matters as what we users are up to.
it doesn't matter about anonymity/privacy anymore. bitcoin doesn't have that as well. if monero price goes up for maybe about $5, it may attract users but what other features does it have beyond that anonymity/privacy?
9928  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you know other big forums where can i sell digital goods ? on: August 24, 2016, 04:07:29 AM
You can try the webmasters forum such as digitalpoint and blackhatworld, these are just the few there are lot more like wjunction.com to which they all have cryptocurrency section.  I have seen users trading bitcoin and perfect money in these forums.

9930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETC = Most obvious way to double your money right now on: August 24, 2016, 03:41:01 AM
We'll eth won't be that popular if it ain't useful though.  in fact its one of the crypto that has the highest marketcap.
New coins/token get to use ETH for gas to send thier tokens elsewhere and this is just one of its used. i believe they were even the first who uses smart contract.
9931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dollar Collapse - What does it mean for Bitcoin ? on: August 24, 2016, 02:40:44 AM
don't it mean like bitcoin shall also collapse?
I would consider betting on binary option if that happen.  if lets say BTC/USD is going down, it should mean that EUR/USD can have a bull trend right?
9932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][rICO] Antshares ico halfway, already 4400+ BTC on: August 24, 2016, 02:15:29 AM
I am not trolling here antshare is gaining lot of popularity and attracted some wealthy investors 4.4k BTC  can get you a good apartment in china and  its not a joke this kind of amount can make heads turn and eyeballs pop out of their sockets, to make it shorter Hackers, ETH and THE DAO had the taste of it. hope antshare have a good security to counter any attacks.

with that much of funds, the could hire and buy devices for the security of their investors. Its just not sure how the coin is going to be used by the rest of the people.
one thing is certain though is that this coin is going to attract more attention and will be traded with volume in the months tocome.
9933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you gambled? on: August 23, 2016, 02:09:38 PM
If you have been gambling for so long you must have lost count of how much youve lost and even the amounts won.
Its impossible for me to count all i've lost. The only thing i can remember are some situations like i've almost lose my capital yet managed to win back!
9934  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 2 week $2.8k loan on: August 23, 2016, 12:04:22 PM
I'll be getting a $3k bug bounty from Uber in a few days. Need some money now. You can choose to trust me or not. I'll show you proof that I've done it before.

If no one trusts me, you'll all be pissed off in two weeks when I sign an address with $3k in it.

I'd rather be pissed off for not getting $200 (which have very low chance of happening) than for losing $2.8k in a stupid way (high chance of happening).  Roll Eyes

This shall be a better logic here.
One would rather invest to some coin than losing 2800usd without the joy of trading on exchanges.

If you have that 3k usd later, lend some money to someone who needs help.
9935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Today Image coin Facebook Campaign on: August 23, 2016, 11:48:15 AM
Haven't seen an ANN thread about the coin. Its the first time i've heard of it. Not sure if its new but how much is its value and where is this coins listed? Which exchange?

9936  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to sell Bitcointalk account? on: August 23, 2016, 06:08:55 AM
Accounts you wanted to sell was developed by you, so don't sell it. rather make use of it.

If one day bitcointalk don't allow accounts to get sold, other people may just gets to create auction threads on some other forums to sell these accounts. so there is no way still how to stop people from selling accounts. it could just go worse.

its like locking an ANN thread to control the trolls but then trolls themselves created more threads about the locked thread. You can't control these sellers.
9937  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OPAIR ICO=SCAM!! on: August 23, 2016, 05:11:32 AM

If you guys can post using your real account, you can do so. it won't harm you if these scammer paint you red.

Obviously, I never answered this attempt to extort us (we have nothing to do with that person) and two days later you make this post (with your account) on our thread using the same weak argument: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1570330.msg15823407#msg15823407

As another users tell you before, you are one of these: a paid troll or a scammer.

It's a shame that people like you are part of the bitcoin community.

Keep talking alone scammer.

Regards

That doesn't make me a scammer but just an extortionist. Anyhow there is no difference between them and both of you deserve to extort each other for attempting to accumulate bitcoin the kooke way.  Grin  It's a shame that you are part of the bitcoin community wasserman. and congrats us for wining against you scamming.

I am nothing special, of this I am sure. I am a common man with common thoughts and I've led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten, but I've loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me, this has always been enough..”
Nicholas Sparks,

I see this Nicholas Sparks is the opair project host in github?  A Farpa.

is this wasserman?
see he dont have to hide, only need to do simple video prove he is him

He suddenly change his name on github to wasserman when it used to be Nicholas Sparks.
on an investigation, i landed on this page farpa.bitcoinwallet.com
maybe its not that hard to find Farpa as my alt also found him.  Grin

Searching "Bitcoin Nicholas Sparks" on google will give farpa.bitcoinwallet.com as one of the page in the first page result.
Still this isn't a hundred percent proof. but the thing is that.. its very coincident to see them both likes nick sparks so much that they quote the author a lot.
and both of them created coins as well.
This afarpa owns https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/19645-sovereign-coin-updates/
And wasserman owns the opair itself.
and both of them likes to ask altcoins so much.

requesting videos of the dev can be a battle.
9938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Xaurum RICO [WITHDRAWALS LIVE] on: August 23, 2016, 03:19:45 AM

nice so xaur is indeed on the right track. I wish to see this coin rise above in less than a year really.
Knowing that XAU was worth almost 1 btc months ago,  was shock how the coin was never being exposed to us since the start.
9939  Other / Off-topic / Re: can i be sued for creating a facebook page? on: August 23, 2016, 02:09:10 AM
Scare tactics. I recommend that you ignore anymore emails from them.

This is a huge company really, its scary. so huge i can't imagine what will happen. just to give you a hint, its a Singapore Real Estate Developer.

You should crosspost this to get better answers here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=74.0

Thanks moved the thread.

If you are an agent for them, you must follow your agreement with them. Anybody can sue anybody for anything. The important part is who wins the suit.

Cool

i agree with this, you should follow their agreement but if you are not their agent anymore, then you don't have to be worried. i think its different situations. its like oh yeah i did this in the past, but now i am in present.

I'm not anymore connected to them but still the team i'm with when i created the facebook page are still active and i let them use this page. should this be okay?

i feel like they will be deprive of the future sales if i do give it to the company. besides the agent name TOM is a friend of mine and he gets to have sales thru this fb page. i even added him as moderator.
9940  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: My portable Raspberry Pi setup for mining on: August 23, 2016, 01:28:10 AM
Is there a way to make this portable set up to be also profitable?

Maybe i can also set mine, not portable though. i still have my raspberry pi b that i can use an old monitor. i was thinking of mining ETH but it requires gpu so maybe just another coin. still if it could mine, i will make use of it.
