Be careful with those screen shots Phil. I just had my SIM card ported and my email/coinbase account passwords reset. Coinbase's default 2FA authentication goes to your phone and your email is security is also garbage if its 2FA is also your phone. I guess they upgraded my coinbase (which was basically unused) to coinbase pro and I guess that gave them instant access to all crypto on the account. Drained my bank account to coinbase and transferred it out to their address in less than 30 minutes...
Wow that really sucks and really sorry to hear that. You have to be super protective of all your online devices these days. People have to realize that your phone and email is pretty much the gateway to just about all your online accounts. Guard them well especially since it's so easy to lose your phone. yeah you have to use google auth i have a dedicated phone for it. never leaves the house.

Is that Omen from that black friday deal? I vaguely remember there being one for like $1000 and I thought it was too expensive. Kicking myself now lol. Is there any reason you buy the Dells from Best Buy?
well I have 45 day return as I am elite member plus. So If it all falls apart I can return them . I also had 650 in gift cards. and more points so they are not as expensive for me as they seem to be. I WONT BUY ON EBAY as I want my warranties. Ebay purchases do not always have a warranty.

mine at viabtc.com
you can give them two addresses
ltc and doge.
I did try to hook up my L3+s to viabtc but I can't calculate profit, only way I see is to set like 12hrs and see what's up. So I just plugged them to nicehash, which I'm not very proud of. this not belongs here but I'm pretty sure I can get more hashrate than 510MH/s the stock firmware offers, most legit one I've seen the firmware was awesomeminer's one, if any recommendations I'd love to hear if you set to freq 384 you get close to 510mh you should be able to do about freq 424 or 430 and get over 540mh if you mine at viabtc 20 machines do about 380-420 doge a day so if you have 2 machines you will do 38-40 doge a day 19-21 dollars and about 7 usd worth of ltc this is about 28 usd a day for 2 machines and about 1700 watts an hour or 40-41 watts a day

Interesting analysis, Theymos. A lot rings true. I still think we are looking at a very bullish last quarter this year, but I can't help nodding in agreement at the rough ride we'll have getting there.
I don't like giving Theymos a merit point for obvious reason he does not need them. But it is very well thought out and reasonable set of numbers. Especially doge = BTC and BTC = Doge concept as it is true to a lot of people. If you are looking for a coin that is well backed by asics BTC is king but LTC/DOGE has a very solid power use base. My partners develop solar fields in New Jersey and to act as a tool to make a larger solar array mining BTC is pretty much equal to LTC/DOGE. So thanks again for the well thought post. I also quoted curious as I agree with him.

Good and bad news I guess, Non limited cards now worth more? As I highly doubt they will be selling the Eth limited ones cheaper.
I think that the older full hash models will bring a premium. But lets say the real manufacturers price is 799 for a 3070 the gamer /LHR will go for 1300 the full strength will go for 1600 hard to guess full strength 3070 are around 1600 on ebay they may stay stable and lhr goes for 1200-1300 fast ebay check shows https://www.ebay.com/itm/265160320907? this is 1598 with a best offer option. https://www.ebay.com/itm/224461504207?https://www.ebay.com/itm/144039544780?

Still no shuffle for me either. I did score a 3070 system from Best Buy that I get next week. Will pull GPU and add to my rig, which will put it at 6 cards. Just need 2 more to fill it out.
this is 2 Alienware and 1 omen pulled 3070's 178mh at 459 watts eth came back over night and is paying 20 cents an mh! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FolK3SUE.png&t=663&c=UiXSilswn2yqjg)

Hi guess just doing some math on keys to address ratio's. We were always led to believe that their was 1 private key per bitcoin address. This is not even close. If I am wrong please tell me how:
There are: 115,792,089,237,316,195,423,570,985,008,687,907,852,837,564,279,074,904,382,605,163,141,518,161,494,336 possible private keys that are valid for bitcoin addresses
There are: 1,461,501,637,330,902,918,203,684,832,716,283,019,655,932,542,976 possible valid bitcoin addresses (2^160)
This means their are: 79,228,162,514,264,337,593,543,950,336 private keys per Bitcoin address
This means that if I have a newly generated Bitcoin address that I created by generating a valid public key converting to public key to address, their will be 79,228,162,514,264,337,593,543,950,336 other private keys that will end up with the same result (address).
Like I said if I am wrong tell me!
you are wrong. use smaller numbers to understand why you are wrong. there are 100 keys and only 10 addresses it means 90 keys do not get assigned and the ten addresses get 10 keys.

lost the shuffle again.
but on the good side the lost alienware arrived.
I pulled the 3070 from it. I pulled the 3070 from a second alienware I pulled the 3070 from an omen
i now have a nice three card 3070 rig doing 179mh and pulling 459 watts at the kill-a-watt meter.
the rig makes about 30 a day.
I have 2 x sapphire 6800xt due tomorrow.
I have 2x alienware 3060ti due in early june. I have 1x hp with a 3060ti due in early june.
so i bumped 60 mh today i will bump 122 mh tomorrow and 180 mh in june
about 360 mh.

I bought laptop with RTX 3070 mobile for 1700eur @63MH/s 115W versus just a card RTX 3070 that would cost me 1500eur for slightly less hash. So far mining for more than a month without problems.
nice 👍 so 30 days in and you have grabbed back a lot of the 1700 euros. the omen 3060 laptop runs too hot 🥵 I very likely will return it once I get my alienware 3070 pc today. the dell 5600m is tempting to keep I have not yet decided if I will. I buy a lot a real lot from best buy in usa. I have 45 day return privileges and I do not abuse them. So I ordered 8 psus with no returns I ordered 4 ssds with no returns I ordered 2 alienware pcs I ordered the two laptops and I ordered a pny 3090 gpu they fucked this order up. but with the gear i ordered this year and no returns if i return the omen laptop it wont be an issue. if I return the dell i should also be okay as I can say the following. you fucked the 3090 order up so i had to buy the two laptops. the laptops were not good enough so i purchased the two alienware pcs. they are good and i am now returning the two laptops. if they never fucked the pny 3090 order up i would not have had to get the laptops. seems fair to me. Where are you buying your stuffs philipma? eBay or Amazon? It seems things are more cheaper on there than store in my country, also it's hard to see laptops with RTX3*** here, I can only see 1660 setup and 2070 well i buy at evga.com bestbuy.com amazon.com provantage.com dell.com hp.com newegg.com bhphoto.com adorama.com ebay.com I spend a few-hours a day looking for deals. I go way back on internet pre 2000 I have multiple discount coupons like from retailmenot couponcabin rakuten its work. but when you catch a good year you can do well. this has been a good year.

Note my trezors are a mess due to multiple transactions the wallets slow down and take a long Time to clear. At the moment fees are decent so I consolidated the ck funds and they now sit in this address below. about 0.01755 btc edit do not send coins here 1ECKcYnb3iVmqodaR3fFodnhRFmBssZeUF
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1ECKcYnb3iVmqodaR3fFodnhRFmBssZeUF edit do not send coins here Make note if you want to donate to it. I want to update this. I have 0.01755 btc in my coinbase account that is the donated money. I made a lot on my doge holdings on my trezor wallets and found my trezors froze the doge for 4 days. So I am less happy with using the trezor for longer holds. I have 0.01755 btc which is about 1053 usd held. I will hodl it till June or till coins get to 100k. So coins are on coinbase and are safe. I will then send to ck. so we have 0.01755 btc left. I can send the coin to your address ck please let me know if 1PKN98VN2z5gwSGZvGKS2bj8aADZBkyhkZis viable and I will send it. as it is close to 1 year worth of server fees

Well, that's the way things work here. That post wouldn't have been deleted in other forums, but usually too short posts that don't add anything meaningful are at risk of being reported and deleted. In my case, I had some posts deleted after someone considered one of my posts low value and went through my post history on a reporting spree. It has not happened again, I guess it is clear that I am a decent poster. Although I suppose I might get some post deleted in the future, as most people in the forum have. I'm not sure the moderators have to interfere with the communication because of the length of the post, especially if they don't bother themselves to read all the rest of the conversation to see it was not just a casual comment. I've personally got many of my posts moderated so far. Specifically I was doing a quality research creating a dedicated topic here and thus I was answering to the question of people in a very serious manner, dedicating hours and hours of work of research posting replies that later on were moderated for the reasons I don't know, which has made me stop working on the topic here and the forum has lost a lot of quality content. However I'm not complaining, I'm just trying to create a tool for those like me that would like to know why they've been moderated. I helped some fix an issue the thread was six or seven posts we got the issue fixed. so I post this A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator. Posts are most frequently deleted because they are off-topic, though they can also be deleted for other reasons. In the future, please avoid posting things that need to be deleted. hello, i have just started to mine LTC with bitmain antminer L3 on viabtc.com
so i have told that i have to choose pps+ to get rewarded of doge, but on website it is written that i have to choose ppln..
i have a question if you are mining on viabtc what did you choose? thanks for answer
pps+ ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fr4ETpFa.png&t=663&c=O_YzJr7Tde-mww) thanks good luck as doge is amazing at the moment As I helped the guy get squared away and was merely being civil. mods deleted it. As being civil and encouraging new people seems to be frowned upon. I have no signature for profit as I no longer believe in doing that. But that is simply the way of this forum it doe not care if you are polite or civil .
