received my cards too. the setup was pretty easy - followed all the instructions provided by the support. everything works as expected. so far no hiccups. want to try out some cards where you can store coins directly. service is good, support is always on telegram. keep it up. 👍

DIM Deposits are disabled in HitBTC, saga continues did a test transfer from Depowallet yesterday & amount is still not credited in HitBTC, be careful for now...

I am not a new user in Polo, but they are definitely up to something. Recently I asked for 2k withdraws (BTC) & I am waiting for days now to get them out. Support tickets are being ignored. I have had some issues in the past & support was always fast enough to react, but now it's a different story altogether. I am worried about Polo as I keep quite a lot of BTC there to trade, hope it's temporary, but got a bad feeling...
