First off I would like to thank you for your assistance ahead of time, I know you have been quite busy processing everyone's request the last couple weeks.
I currently have two orders (mtgox -> paypal) that have failed since April 5th. The funds have been withdrawn from my mtgox acct but have not been deposited in my paypal account. Please see failed order details below...
