About 3 hours or so ago, after I had 10 confirmations (usually it ALWAYS worked with a single confirmation) I started to wonder. But he has not been active anywhere I could see for about a year (twitter, bitcointalk, reddit). So not really expecting an instant reply. Let's hope for a miracle! Because this is a fortune for me to be honest...

TOPIC SOLVED! Support replied within 24h and I got a full refund! Trust restored :-) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have successfully used privcoin.io in the past - however this time I sent 1 BTC and never received anything. Does anyone know how to get a hold of the person running this service? Or must I consider my coins being lost to fraud? I have a letter of guarantee if it counts for anything....
